Words cannot describe how beautiful Dimitri’s villa is. Two families with two 5 year olds, had an amazing time and Dimitri’s communication was second to none. It really is a SLICE OF HEAVEN.

This is our favourite place to stay in Primorsko so far! Apartment was sparkling clean, amazing view of the pool from the terrace, 10min walking distance from our favourite beach and overall great value for money! Hopefully we'll be back next year!

This villa is perfect for a big family or for a big group of friends. The swimming-pool is really nice, sauna too! You have a really good view in the 2nd floor, all the rooms are great.. You have a space near the barbecue very cool... Mother and sister of Maya are very friendly and available. Again thanks you Maya, it was a very good pleasure in Varvara!! I recommand it! You can’t get a better view is Sozopol and a better location. We LOVED looking out and seeing the sea and the beach. The walk to the beach is less than 1min. The appartment is right in the middle of everything fun yet it was quiet and we slept perfectly. There were plenty of fresh towels and even beach towels to borrow which we needed. Right outside we had access to stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and so much food options. There is a street near but along the beach with all the fun restaurants and entertainment. In the other side there is a street with a ton of little shops and vendors. We felt super safe and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Servers spoke English and were very helpful. The walk to old town was easy and extremely worth it!

Cèline is an amazing host - proactive, flexible and reaponsive. Her property is tidy and clean and matches the description. The complex Greenlife provides a lot of facilities for families and children, but parking is tricky. Parking is either pricey (15 bgn half day) or the free spots along the road are possible to find only in the late afternoon and 10 mins walking from the apartment.

It was an experience indeed. The caravan and the location are lovely, but it is optimal for four persons.

The villa is fantastic - it's way bigger than it looks on the photos, the pool is lovely and the whole place is decorated with a homey seaside decor. The garden is amazing too, highly recommend!

Jordan’s place was extremely nice with great location and everything you need to fully enjoy a peaceful time in Strandja mountain! Lots of trails for hiking at walkable distance. Jordan was super helpful as a host. We had to checkout late in the afternoon and he was very polite and understanding of the situation.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this RnB Apartment. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the nearby cafes and the convenience of having shops within walking distance. The host was fantastic. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out and were always available to answer! We encountered a problem with the washing machine when our clothes got stuck in it. The following day, the host promptly inspected the machine. To our surprise, within just two hours, Stanimir had replaced it with a brand-new washing machine. What amazed us even more was that it was a Sunday afternoon, and he managed to get it sorted even though it was a non-working day! Overall, I highly recommend RnB Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I look forward to return!:)

Hi, We remember the stay very fondly. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children. We were very nicely greeted by Gergana's nice parents. They took care of our well-being and provided us with all the help on the spot. We were treated to a traditional Bulgarian dish, Banica, prepared by the hosts. We also received a jar of fig jam. Everything was delicious. Gergana's mother even brought us traditional white cheese from Burgas. As for the area, it is a very quiet place. Perfect for relaxing. We walked to the beautiful beach in 10 minutes. There were very few people on the beach, but the food outlets, as for the time before the season, were already open. It is worth having a car to be able to visit nearby towns, Sozopol, Nesbar and others. We are very grateful for everything and we will definitely want to come back to this place. Great place with amazing sea view!

I had a great stay at Konstantin’s apartment. It is in a location that allows for quick access to the beach and everything one could possibly do in Sozopol. The balcony was a nice touch too. Konstantin was an attentive host and I hope to stay again.

Everything was perfect.

The location is amazing, all windows and the terrace have a beautiful sea view. The terrace also oversees the pool. The sound if the waves at night is lovely. The resort is well maintained, the pool is very large and clean. Security is great, gates and building require fobs. The host is very responsive and helpful. Recommend 100%!

Excellent property, very clean and well maintained. All kitchen equipment is brand new and stain free. Leads of plates and cutlery. The host great at communicating and quick to reply.

The house is in a great location, easy to get to the beach and the town of Sozopol. Our family had a great time!
