Autumn is a beautiful house , spacious and stylish , there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay . Everything was sparkling clean by the time we arrived . Very welcoming and welcoming host , responded quickly to all our requests and even gave us a bottle of great wine . We are very happy to have had memorable days with the whole family at this wonderful place . We warmly recommend it . We will definitely go back again )

It's not easy to describe our level of satisfaction with words. From the start to the end of our stay at this magical house everything worked out just perfectly fine and beyond our expectations. My family and I were extremely happy to stay there for 8 days and in the end, we didn't want to leave. It truly is a dream house. The massive and gorgeous garden has the most delicious fruits from apples to grapes and plums and many more. They don't use any chemicals and everything is organic there. We simply would walk down the garden and pick our favorite fruits and eat them. The beautiful and heated swimming pool was just amazing. We did swim during the day and also at night time. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the most relaxing spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee every morning. Every inch of the house is designed with love and passion with a traditional Armenian touch. Every room has its own unique feeling and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you possibly need. We did barbecue almost everything night in the beautiful garden area right beside the pool. I can't emphasize enough how amazing of a place #Yerkirmylove is. I have to say the hosts and the staff were extra helpful and kind. They treated us like family and we couldn't believe how nice of a people they are. Every one of them are amazingly beautiful people. They even gave us an Armenian cellphone during our stay so we could easily have access to phone and internet everytime we went out in the city. To speak to an English speaking person all we had to do was press the speed dial and someone would answer in a second. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate, relax and enjoy every single second of your time in Armenia, don't look further. This is it. I highly recommend.

The place was above expectations, just because that evening at least everything else was in good faith and the prices were overpriced. Given the location near the resort, it was just super. The cabin we were in is a little smaller than it feels, but more than enough.

We stayed at Liana’s place for a week. It was wonderful. They were helping us with flexible check in and check out. The place is 15 mins from Dilijan so very easy to commute for tourist attractions. Strongly recommended.

Wow. What a place. The pictures are not giving the place enough. It is way prettier in reality. Very helpful host, welcomed us with ice cream and cake. Also, the place has big garden outside and BBQ area. It was cold even in the middle of the summer when we visited. Such relaxing and wonderful place. Thanks really for having us and being so welcoming. We will come again inshalla.

It was my first trip to Armenian in 33 years, and I wanted to find a place to relax and enjoy myself with my family. The description of the house was exactly as we saw. It. It is a little paradise outside of the town. The beautiful house, the outside pool, and the rest of the properties covered with fruit trees create a familiar and relaxing place. Both bedrooms on the property's second floor have the most fantastic view of the sunrise, and on the balcony, you can claim the rest of the valley.

Great apartment. Very spacious. Close to all the shops and restaurants and walking distance from the lake. Very well stocked with everything you can want and more in the kitchen. Internet is fast and reliable. Karen is a great host who communicates well and adds a personal touch. The armenian sweets and fresh fruit on arrival was super.

Very cozy and comfortable apartment with two separate bedrooms. Perfect location in the heart of Tsaghkadzor. The house has a bank, groceries, pharmacy. The most delicious restaurants are within 5 minutes of walking. Taxi to the lift costs 300-500 drams (40-60 rubles). Separately, it is worth noting the hospitality of the hostess!

Excellent location, away from Yerevan, from the bustle of the city, I really liked the view from the window to the mountains, lived for a month, I also plan to come! The apartment has everything, come and live.

Decent apartment, everything is perfect, thought out to the smallest detail for the convenience of guests. Clean, comfortable. Lovely hostess, always "available". The apartment fully corresponds with the description. I sincerely recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit the beautiful place of Armenia.

My parents and me stayed for a month in this neat and tidy apartment. Kechi house building has tranquil atmosphere and spectacular scenery. The host Yelena is really attentive and generous. The furniture are new and well kept. It has every appliances you needed and a lot more things to make your trip more enjoyable - hookah, cards, backgammon and small electric clay furnace for kebab, to name a few. Senior landlady who came for check-in and check-out was very good-natured.

The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. I made a mistake with my reservation, and she went out of her way to assist me. The place was impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable.

I liked everything very much, the owner is very polite, always in touch with everything you need - he helped. Thank you very much for the quick response, the apartment was cool, in the shortest possible time they replaced the battery with a warmer one. The apartment has everything you need,even a little more, thank you for the present, I recommend to everyone, a very good option,5 minutes by taxi to the lift. Plus, they gave a discount in the restaurant. 10/10

Wonderful cozy and spacious apartment, has everything you need and even more) towels, bed linen, new toothbrushes in packages, toothpaste, shampoo - in a word, everything you need for a comfortable stay was prepared for our arrival. There are a huge number of different stores around with a great variety of products. Ovanes is a very responsive and kind person, one of the best hosts I've ever visited - he was always in touch and helped with any questions. Thank you very much!

My daughter travelled for an ITF tournament and stayed in the apartment. She had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! The location was absolutely scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque retreat!
