Holiday rentals with a patio in Trutnov District

The place exceeded my expectations, beautiful, clean, cozy, quiet, easy parking in the garage, clear instructions from the hosts, just great, I can only recommend.

Very nice accommodation in a beautiful hotel, the place matches the photos, there were also towels that were not written in the amenities. The accommodation also has one parking space in the underground garage, where there is also a ski box. Attention the apartment is not part of Hotel Pecr, so there is no free access to wellness and breakfast.

My friends and I were very happy with the rest. Beautiful place, very well equipped with kitchen wares (more dishes and silverware than people, so we could collect before we let the dishwasher go). Different types of grater, scissors, baby dishes, strainer and much more. We easily cooked all our meals there (there is also a stove, oven, and microwave). We also had access to cleaning supplies, a supply of chemicals for the dishwasher, and utensils like garbage bags, sponges, cloths, a broom, and even a vacuum cleaner, which made it extremely easy to keep things tidy during your stay. The apartment is as described and photographed. Mute, so the presence of other guests in the building didn't bother us. Great contact with the owner. You should book a wellness area in advance, because we were only able to use it 3 times, because we didn't book it early enough (we were in the New Year break, so in high season) Highly recommended☺️

I totally recommend this place! Everything looked just like in the photos and description. It’s super cozy and has everything you need. The location is great too—you’re just a short drive from awesome skiing or hiking spots. Shops and restaurants are around few minutes away. And the evenings on the terrace? Just perfect. Peaceful, beautiful views, and a great place to chill after a day out!

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights while climbing in Czechia, and we were really happy with the apartment. The checkin process was super easy and flexible, and the apartment was clean and private with modern amenities. Our day trips took a bit of time because the area is connected via a network of small roads, but the scenery was lovely so we didn't mind. The flat has a lot of natural light, and the balcony is huge and very private, so we got to enjoy the sun in the daytime and the colors of the sunset in the evening. There are lots of shops within walking distance, too.

Super clean and fantastically beautiful. We were so thrilled that we extended our vacation directly. The only downside - at the price a box of wood and the electricity should be included. Please come back.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The house is very tasteful and lovingly furnished. We were able to ski directly in Benecko for boarding. About a half hour drive away is a larger ski resort, Spindlermühle. We were totally snowed in but had everything we needed. The sauna and wood stove with free firewood have provided a lot of coziness. Ondrej has simply thought of everything to give his guests an unforgettable holiday. We fully recommend the place.

Wonderful house! Very large. We stayed there for 14 people very comfortably. The neighborhood is great for walking. Very close to ski resorts. Big garden to play in the snow. Highly recommend!!!

It was a wonderful holiday. Just nature all around us. Forest, stream, meadow and pond with swimming facilities. A great secluded location to relax and feel the connection with nature again. Also a great explorer's paradise for our children. Cooking with gas stove, kitchen stove and campfire also worked great. Thank you very much

Petr was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The house is perfect for friends or family. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful. Many hikes around the house. The garden is beautiful and perfect for eating outside or just enjoying the sun. Definitely recommend and plan to come again!

The stay was great, very welcoming, ideal for a family, and self check-in helps a lot for people like us who come from far away and have no expected arrival time. A wonderful place, it seems to take from a movie, a lot of peace, a super quiet area, a beautiful landscape and for those who come with the initial idea of getting to know the capital like us, will not regret renting in this area because it is also very beautiful.

My son had a game nearby on Saturday morning, so we decided on a shortened weekend on bikes in České Skalica and the surrounding area. Mr. Vít responded almost immediately to a check-in inquiry and we immediately agreed. The place is really beautiful, clean and in a quiet location. We can only confirm that everything you need is really close to the 😀 Accommodation, and if we have a trip to this location, we will be happy to come back.

I highly recommend this apartment. The owner is friendly and polite. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything is very clean, there are all the essentials, absolutely all the kitchen utensils, as well as a nice BBQ area - you can immediately see that the owners have thought of everything to the smallest details and take care of their guests. The location of the apartment is great, there are a lot of walking places nearby. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday!

Spacious and well-equipped apartment, suitable for longer stays. We were there for four days with a one-year-old child, a travel cot is available in the apartment or at the reception. The apartment is located outside the center of Pec, but within walking distance. Communication with the owner and the manager was without any problems, we can recommend staying here.

The apartment is well equipped there is plenty of space. We appreciated the electric drying rack. Communication was through Airbnb, responses were quick. The only thing I would recommend is a blind for the kitchen (you sleep there), there is a lot of light from the street in the evening.

We have enjoyed our stay in this brand new apartment, perfectly equipped with everything we needed and very quiet. The living space with kitchen is amazing and offers great view from the terrace which gives directly on the slope (very convenient in the winter for the family with kids). The kids room can accommodate up to 3 children which is quite unique. Extra convertible sofa can be used in the living room is a bonus as well. The location is perfect since it has its own underground parking and it is quite impossible to find the parking place in Janske Lazne. We enjoyed the biking and other activities around for kids, located on the top of the cable car only 5 minutes from the apartment. There are many restaurants around for fairly price and we would definitely come back for winter. Ski slope right around the corner which would bring us on the top of Cernohorsky Express and the storage with a private boots dryer locker is a real plus. Nothing to say, everything was perfect .

Beautiful, modern apartment in a good location for our winter vacation, only 1,5km from the ski slope. Nicole always responded quickly and kindly to small problems and despite the proximity to the street, the apartment is pleasantly quiet. The secured parking space as well as the garage with ski boot warmer was an amazing touch. For a small fee, we also had a wellness area in the building. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!
