What a great place and excellent value for money with a brilliant coffee/breakfast place virtually next door. Guy was a great host and very kindly let us in early to drop our stuff off so we could attend a function.

We had a lovely stay, food and drink for breakfast was therevfor us when we arrived. The house was nice in a quiet area, would stay again if we were back in the area

The house and facilities are precisely as described. The local public house and general stores are recommend. Swavesey is a village set with clear access routes to drive into and around Cambridgeshire. The guided bus route is an asset to get to Cambridge and local towns. Local walks have access to wetland parks.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. We’d stay there again.

we really weren't in the air b n b because we we're busy but we absolutely loved it. we thought the house was so cute and homey. and it was so nice to come back to after a long day. we would definitely stay again

Lovely house with good sized rooms and ample facilities. Clean and tidy with a full complement of bedding and towels. Loads of on site parking. Would definitely recommend. Would be good for a couples get together as well as a family visit. Perfect location for the wedding we all attended.

Fantastic stay at Ema-Louise’s Beautiful home. We felt instantly relaxed the moment we arrived. We celebrated my mum’s 60th Birthday and we had such a lovely time. The weather was good to us so we also got to spend time in the pool. The host was so lovely and made us all feel most welcome. The highlight of our stay was Rosie the pointer & Rocky the Chihuahua and all the horses. Was like a home away from home and we would love to come back! Thank you again for a wonderful stay ❤️

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Lovely place to visit, easy to reach Cambridge, friendly hosts and great amenities

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. Thank you Sally!

Spent a lovely few days, we had planned to go out and about but we the grounds were so lovely we didn't need to. Lara was always available if we needed but we were left to ourselves to relax and enjoy the cottage and grounds. My kids want to go back already!

We had such a lovely time during our stay in this secret garden as Helen describes it! It's so unusual and peaceful 😌 Helen was so friendly and made us feel comfortable and at home! Would most definitely stay here again

It was the first time that we had stayed in an Air bnb so we weren't sure what to expect. Really struck gold with this booking...flat was excellent, location was great for us (we had a wedding so the venue was walkable!) As described in the details though the comfort of the bed AND the balcony were really surprising extras. Parking is very difficult in Cambridge so having an allotted parking space was great....thanks again Simon and look forward to staying again.

The Annex is lovely, quirky, spacious and comfortable. The garden was great for the dogs too and we were all made to feel very welcome. We will revisit soon, thanks for being such great hosts. :0)

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights at Easter so we could visit family and friends in Cambridge. The house is nicely furnished and decorated throughout and the bed was so comfy. The enclosed garden was perfect for our Labrador and David was friendly and helpful. It’s a great location, close to the motorway and to get in to central Cambridge. Would highly recommend.

very nice place with great view and nice deco. the kitchen has everything we need, beds were very comfortable. The only problem was car park, there is street parking free at night, but it was forever full during my stay, Scarlett suggested my to book a nearby private parking slot in advance, otherwise it could have been real headache.

Would stay again. Very clean and well equipped. We had a toddler with us and she settled no issue, she played outside in the little courtyard. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The only downfall is we couldn’t walk anywhere safely with a toddler as there is no footpath and vehicles travel along the road at speed but overall it’s a lovely place to stay.

Good location. Good value. Exactly as required and expected.

We stayed at Lauren and Tim’s for a week, perfect base to explore the area and all the magic it has to offer. Wonderful countryside walks, close to the station and a gorgeous family +furry friend to look after you. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend to others 😊
