Holiday rentals with a patio in Trumpington

We needed somewhere to stay last minute and found this property which was perfect for our needs, the Host was also great and let us check in early. I would happily stay there again.

Ok, so James's place is immaculate, new, purpose-designed, tasteful, spacious (for a studio). This is exactly what an Airbnb should be. Everything is thought through, and yet it is quite minimal, which is just right. It's on the owners premises, but you don't notice that. It has it's own separate building. If I had to quibble it would be churlish - It's so smart it made me want to leave it perfectly behind me. Found myself cleaning up more than I would. :-). Fulbourn has really nice walks and a big recreation ground for exercise. Nice woods a short walk/jog away. Short of good food in the village. One pub shut down and another rather 'deep fried food' style. There's a third I have yet to try. (Next time). Price is a little on the high side for a studio, but as I chose it instead of the more expensive and awful Holiday Inn Express, I'm quite satisfied with the price too. It is Cambridge after all. I'll be back very soon, if he'll have me.

Thank you for the stay, lovely home in the perfect location, just off Mill Road with a variety of choices. They were kind to allow an early checkin and communication was lovely, responding to any enquiries needed. Thank again for a wonderful stay and a chance to wind down in Cambridge.

Great stay here with fantastic bus links. Would recommend to anyone doing a weekend in Cambridge. Also a convenient drive into Cambridge. Flat was clean and tidy with a fan which was v helpful considering the high temperature.

What a lovely gem to stay in with friends for a weekend away in Cambridge. It was a bit further than we thought from the Center but we did walk it which was fine. The home was extremely clean, instructions to check in and check out was easy, was in a peaceful area, amenities were great. We even asked for a slightly later check out which they were very helpful with.

We loved the property and its surroundings. Buntingford is great local village with a local cafe, pubs and handy supermarket. If you’re self catering it’s worth a look at Pearce’s Farm Shop and cafe, 10 minute drive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peters place. Very convenient for the wedding venue we were attending. The house was lovely, very clean, lots of room both inside and out. Would recommend anyone wanting to visit Newmarket this place is a really good location

Very comfortable cosy cottage with a private courtyard - perfect for unwinding on warm summer evenings.

I’ll stay with luke was more than we could’ve asked for. The space was beautiful and the location was perfect, and we had the most stunning sunset. The property was clean and tidy and plenty of space for all of our Crew. communication with Luke was perfect and was there whenever we needed anything. would stay here again.

Accommodation actually bigger than I thought...easy parking and shops close by if you don't have a car

We stayed in Nicola's house as 6 people for 3 days. Even though these houses are tiny by default, we didn't feel like not having enough space. It was clean and well equipped. Everything is within walking distance and its a nice neighbourhood overall. Wouldn't hesitate coming again.

We stayed here for a month while one of us worked at the University and the other worked from "home." We had a lovely stay here and would absolutely do it again. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, lots of birds and flowers outside in the spring. Katherine was quick to respond and very helpful. She told us about a shop that could rent bikes for the month, and not only that, they drop it off and pick it up again! The parking is very close. We could walk to a well stocked little Tesco, and used the bus almost every day-- can recommend the Stagecoach app if you plan to do that. It's a quiet family neighborhood, and the patio was very nice to have as the weather warmed up. The Cambridge North station was a good option for trips into London, before everyone gets on at the main Cambridge one!

To be honest I don't like leaving the type of review that I'm about to. The reason being that the Roundhouse was so wonderful that what I am about to write may make it harder to book again, as everyone should stay there at least once! The property is even more unique, and beautiful, than it looks in the photos. It may be hundreds of years old but it felt like home the second we walked in through the great, big, front door. All the creature comforts that a couple could need for a short break were there, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. It has to be said that I think the shower alone was worth the price we paid for the weekend as it was the perfect strength and temperature in a lovely large enclosure. If you ever want to actually leave the property there is a short stroll back along the road to Finchingfield. The village is the definition of picture postcard. There are numerous places to eat but I highly recommend the homemade pizzas at the Finchingfield Lion!!

Mandy's place was perfect for us. We were visiting Cambridge for a few days with my 1 year old and we had everything we needed. It was a great location for visiting Ely too.

A friend had already used Stephen's lodge when visiting me in a nearby Village. So I didn't hesitate booking my parents a nights stay here when they came to visit. Stephen is excellent at staying in touch before hand, & arranges a little welcome package of bread, milk etc & even contacts you beforehand to find out guests preferences (nice touch!) Really lovely setting, clean & tidy with everything needed for an overnights stay. Beautifully kept garden for my parents to sit outside, on a little patio enjoying a wine or two, looking out onto a peaceful setting. Wouldn't hesitate to book again for friends & family when they come to visit us!

This is one really good Airbnb! In a quiet, small development, the place had everything you might need, with great attention to every detail. Like the USB charging adapters at the bedside, a dusk/dawn nightlight in the hallway, and plenty of useful shelves and lamps. The bedroom had a double bed, surprisingly comfortable, with individual duvets, and a decent wardrobe. A hallstand for coats and bags, and a fine bathroom with modern electric shower beside. It has a well-appointed kitchen/sitting area, with comfortable couch seating. The entire apartment was pristine clean, so nice to see. Parking (private) was literally outside the door, really handy! And, it had many facilities not often included, like washing machine, microwave, lotsstay of storage space, and a hairdryer, and a nice patio seating area outside. A bonus was the decent walk to the old city along the banks of the River Cam, with views of row boats, and nice meadow parks on the way! Can't go wrong here - enjoy your stay!

What a fabulous stay! Great location, convenient for local shops, restaurants and cinema and close to town centre. Also amazing to have on site parking. Easy check in with key box. Super comfortable beds, huge shower, hot tub and everything you need for a home from home. Host could not be more helpful. Such a fun stay! We will be back!

David and Leslie are the kindest and most welcoming of hosts. They made me feel at home immediately, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very willing to accommodate my requests, and it was lovely to enjoy their hospitality in the garden. Their generosity was evident in the LWH - ensuring there were things for breakfast and a drink (even ice cold water in the fridge) to lovely cosmetics in the bathroom. And the LWH was spotless, beautifully kitted out and the bed was very, very comfortable. I had everything I needed for my short stay, and if I had needed something, I was reassured that all I should do was to ask. The LWH is a great place to stay to explore this part of Essex and is highly recommended. Thank you David and Leslie for all that you did to make my stay a memorable one.

A complete gem of an Airbnb and a delightful, helpful host in Fiona. The Annex is so spacious and comfortable. Fun days out exploring beautiful medieval local sites then back for drinks on the patio and a tasty supper from the amazing farm shop nearby. Our dog loved it too whizzing through the orchard fetching balls. We didn’t want to leave. Just fantastic.

My friend and I were lucky enough to have a long stay here and we couldn’t have loved it more. The location is perfect, Tom is so proactive and reliable to contact, the place itself is beautiful, even better in real life than in the photos and the use of bikes was so useful to easily get around Cambridge. It was like a sanctuary to come back too after a long day, couldn’t recommend it more!
