Overall a great place to stay

Michael was friendly, professional and his check in instructions were very clear and timely. Our flight arrived late at night and Michael went to the property to turn on the heat and lights prior to our arrival. That was pretty cool.

Great communication, great location

Spacious two-level house where even with a large group staying at the property one can find a secluded spot for relaxing or attending online work meetings. Well-equipped for hosting a large family BBQ or dinner party with its large deck and plenty of seating. Traeger grill/smoker and workout equipment added bonus for BBQ and fitness enthusiasts. Very dark at night with spectacular nighttime viewing of stars and planets from the deck.

Host was amazing! Kind, clear, flexible and available if you need anything. The house was great and was in an awesome part of town! Highly recommend!

We had the best stay! The location and the amenities of this home were perfect for our group. We were able to walk to the beach, Heavenly Village, casinos, etc. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed as well. Esther & Norm were GREAT hosts. Easy to work with, informative, responsive, fair, and friendly. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to stay in South Lake Tahoe. I will be back!

The condo was even better than expected! Betty was super communicative during the booking process. Perfect spot for my family’s ski trip. Amenities were top notch.

Loved the location, amenities and incredibly convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, gondola and shuttles to California lifts. There is a hill right outside the building where kids can bring sleds and enjoy hours of downhill sledding. Thank you for sharing your property with us. It was a magical time!

We loved our week-long stay at Brady's house in Lake Almanor. From the master bedroom we could see the lake. The house is well furnished with everything in the kitchen to make great dinners and comfy linens for sleeping. Our family of 4 had plenty of space for relaxing. The pool table was a highlight, but our favorite feature was the backyard waterfall that looks like a natural stream. We even saw a deer come and drink from the upper "stream." Country Club amenities were a bonus. Husband and son played disc golf, while mom and daughter relaxed at one of the two private beaches. We also had a pickleball court to ourselves. Loved watching the sunsets over the water with Mt. Lassen in the distance at end the day. Brady was very helpful, with tips and ideas before our arrival. He also made sure that our check-in process went smoothly. And either he or his dad was available when we had a few questions about the fans and the shower. There is no AC, but with fans, we were fine.

This was a super quaint setting and cozy interior, perfect for our family of four (kids are small) While we usually opt for places with more bedrooms and bathrooms, it really wasn’t an issue. The kitchen has all you need and the best part is that it’s walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. It has a lovely back deck where we played cards and had coffee, really so pleasant and peaceful. We hope to return someday.

The home was comfortable and well appointed and especially fun for our group. The host was responsive and helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here.

As a family we have traveled to different ski resorts across the US. This is by far one of our favorites. The unit was just as described. Close to the Palisades Ski Resort, restaurants and just a short drive to the lake. Eric responded very quickly to any questions we had. The unit was very clean! The kitchen had everything you might need! There are lots of windows in the living room and the view from the unit was so nice. The hot tub was an added bonus that was enjoyed by all. Lots of walking trails! While there we enjoyed a major spring snowfall, it was beautiful! We can't wait to go back!!!

What we loved most about Garrett's Water's Edge place was the patio. It overlooked Plumas Pines Golf Course and a small pond that was beautiful especially at night. It was a great place to relax with friends with a glass of wine or Baileys and coffee.

We stay at Kristiana’s Lotus River House every year, and have been for the past many years. It’s our home away from home. It’s beautifully surrounded by trees and the river, quiet, peaceful, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable! We love this place and highly recommend it!

We had a long weekend getaway with kids and grandparents and everything was great. The place was one of the cleanest airbnb’s we’ve stayed at and the area was beautiful for the grandparents to enjoy while we went skiing with the kids during the day. We loved the fact that bedrooms had radiators instead of forced air for heat, so we didn’t need to run a humidifier overnight. Other than that, great view, great location!

This is my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in Tahoe and I come at least once a year every winter for ski season. It’s cute and cozy and James was a kind and responsive host. Go to the Old Post Office Cafe diner for brunch one morning and walk down to the little park by the lake for sunset during your stay.
