Apartment holiday rentals in Tropicana

Location is great which is near to Paradigm mall. Place is as described and it’s functional and clean. Wifi is good and no issues. If you drive, parking area is easy to access and bright.

Pros: 1.Great place to stay and do your laundry there. 2. Many cafes in petaling jaya nearby. You need to take grab to north tower. 3. There’s Anytime Fitness gym at the south tower. Very convenient. Cons: 1. The designated drop-off/pick-up road is quite confusing for the grab drivers. 2. The security guard physically records your passport or Malaysian identity card details before allowing you enter. 3. Must use access card at the entrance and lifts before pressing the lift button. 4. You have to drive to paradigm mall nearby.

I stayed for 3 months with no car. Things that were great: - Spacious, bright, well-maintained, looks just like photos - Connected to train, great for commuting to Subang Jaya and getting into KL - Grocery store next door - Building is secure, quiet, and has gym/pool - Washer/dryer in unit - Host is responsive, helpful, and friendly - Feels like a home, not a hotel Could be issues for some guests: - Functional inconveniences may affect long-term guests: Kitchen table is unstable. Kitchen is minimally equipped for cooking. Sheer curtains mean people can see into living room from corridor at night. Clothes steamer but no iron. - Tight security may affect 2+ guests: There is only one key pass, and you need it to go everywhere and to exit the building. - Cleanliness on arrival was adequate, but it took a few weeks of wiping counters with vinegar to get rid of the ants in kitchen. - There are few restaurants/shops in the immediate vicinity, but CITTA mall is only a 15-min walk

Great and pleasant stay

We liaise with Tony who was a great guy - friendly and hospitable to say the least. He went out of his way to fetch us when our Grab dropped us at the wrong location. Gary explained everything and was kind and patient. The location is just a stone’s throw away from TRX hence everything we need is within reach. Apartment was amazing. The highlight of our stay was the view at night. If we have to find a thing or two that needs improvement - it would be that the pillows need to have better head support and that the washer needs to come with simple instructions. Other than that, everything was top-notched. Two huge TVs made us not want to leave the place. The place is beautifully done up. The owner definitely has good taste. Will definitely return in future. Stella is a great host , always responsive and ready to help in case we need anything. House is exactly as pictures , super comfortable stay for my family with kids, no outside disturbance. House has good bedding for a relaxed sleep , sufficient storage for 4 pax. Overall , all amenities listed are provided and are of great quality. My kids felt like home. I will definitely recommend it for everyone and it is already in my list of favourites for my next trip to KL. Location is also quite good ( airport about 40 mins drive, KLCC, KL Sentral, Bukit Bintang about 20-25 mins drive) , easy to get grab as it always arrived within 5-7 mins. All in all five star stay *****

房间被用心准备，比如厨房与餐具都很齐全，床很舒服。 房间是很干净的，东西摆放的合理。消耗品也提前放好了。 房东是最棒的，细心准备，主动交流，提前说明需要注意的事项，房间有问题都可以沟通。而且在预定中碰到问题，也是房东帮助解决的。 这里环境也不错，有50米泳池，可以散步的地方和篮球场，健身房。 如果是想找一个舒心安全的地方住，推荐这里。

Très bon accueil par Farhi malgré un gros retard dû à notre avion. 😊 La résidence est très sécurisé, calme, avec piscine à débordement, jacouzi, salle de sport, hammam…. Le bâtiment est au dessus d’uncentre commercial très pratique pour manger ou faire différents achats. Métro à proximité pour une aussi grande ville c’est beaucoup plus pratique voir même pour venir de l’aéroport. L’appartement est super très propre décoré avec goût, très fonctionnel, super literie. Nous recommandons +++ Merci à Farhi pour sa gentillesse. Hôte très agréable et réactif aux échanges tout au long de notre séjour.😁😊

One of the best stays I've ever had. Ashraf space was absolutely beautiful, love love love the interior -- just wanted to stay-in the entire time. Lots of restaurants and good coffee place nearby, making it super convenient! Also big thanks to Ashraf for being responsive and clear with the checking in & out instructions. It's super pleasant to communicate with Ashraf, super friendly guy! Would definitely be back again if I could! xx

Lynn’s place is just a hidden gem in the urban environment. Very calm, green and peaceful neighbourhood with lots of local places to eat and buy groceries. I was feeling so much like home there! Swimming pool is clean and you can use it all day. Lynn is amazing host, super supportive and help me to navigate around and find places I want! I d definitely recommend this place for local, quite and chill KL experience :)

Teratai was a great and friendly host. The check in process was smooth with clear instructions given prior to checking in. The house was very clean and various amenities provided (iron, hair dryer etc.). Only slight hiccup is the design of the carpark which might be hard to navigate for mid to big sized cars. Overall a great stay and will come back again when I'm visiting Glenmarie next.

We enjoyed our stay at this place, it felt like home. The apartment was clean and offered a nice view and comfy bed. The location is great, just above a B-class shopping mall with a large grocery store Jaya, a few good (though overpriced) restaurants, and a metro station with direct access to and from the airport. The gym and swimming pool have a good vibe. We’ve visited several places with rooftop gyms and pools, and this one felt just right. I can objectively recommend this place.

Stayed for a short rest, Very secured with access card on almost every entrance so it's either perfect if you like it private and safe but a hassle for those who prefer convenience experience. The staff was helpful, The room was comfortable, kitchen and bathroom is clean, and most importantly the view especially at night is exceptionally beautiful. Not able to comment on the amenities because too lazy to go down. Oher than that, it was a wonderful experience.

After traveling to many countries and staying at many different Airbnbs, this was easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at and the best host I’ve ever had. The place is perfect for short term and long term stays. We arrived to the Airbnb at night and were greeted by Ng who went out of his way to provide us with dinner so that we can have a restful first night after flying in. The place is very spacious and had everything we wanted and needed during our stay. The space has a luxurious feel to it, with a great view of the Petronas towers. The living room and kitchen area were very nice, and the bedroom and bathroom were extremely comfortable. Location is great and so were the amenities. Fast working elevators in the building was also nice to have. Air conditioning worked well and bathroom shower had great pressure. We felt at home here and if we are ever in Kuala Lumpur again we will be sure to stay here again. Thank you, Ng!

We had a wonderful stay and would gladly give five stars! The management team was excellent — friendly, responsive, and professional throughout. We’d especially like to thank Adam, who kindly and patiently showed us around the property and made sure we felt completely comfortable. The view from the house was truly spectacular, both day and night. Everything was well taken care of, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Host: friendly and responsive. Even ask if we want Early check-in. clear instructions given. House: Great, full of amenities. great floor carpet and cleaning cloth available. even Cooking oil, chili sauce, conditioner also available. feel like home. Cleanliness: sparkling clean. location: great, less than 5 min walk to Lalaport Mall. lost of restaurants and great mall not so crowded. Jaya Grocery & Healthland Pharmacy also inside, easy to get all you need. Bonus: lots of children toys, my kid love to play and don't want to leave the room. Cons: sometimes, there are some noise upstairs, no problem if sleep at main bedroom, but will hear it clearly if sleep at second small room. Besides that's, the 2nd room queen bede is spring bed which is also quite noisy and not so comfortable compare to main bedroom one. Summary: Worth the value, clean, convenience, satisfied stay. Will stay again and hopefully host will change the 2nd bed to a more comfy one. Recommended, especially for kid

Like that the place is out of the city hustle but still accessible to eateries and basic necessities shopping a walking distance away.
