Holiday rentals with lake access in Troncos del Talar

Everything was incredible. The house is as seen in the photos, the land is spacious and nice, perfect for relaxing or activating for a while. We use the kayak for a walk, we also play with balls and rackets, and when we wanted to rest, we had the hammocks. It is the place to unplug and have a nice time. In addition, Viviana was super attentive from the moment we booked, always paying attention to everything.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, spacious, and artfully decorated home. The high ceilings, wood floors, and natural light made it feel airy and calm. The setting was very peaceful—no traffic noise—and we appreciated the newer appliances and thoughtful design touches. A few practical issues stood out: the toaster didn’t work properly, and there was a rusted honing rod and steak knife in the drawer. While we appreciated the stainless steel pan, the nonstick one was scratched and worn. The white couch was extremely firm, and the bathroom door in the master bedroom wouldn’t stay closed. Still, these were minor things in the grand scheme, and we’re confident the owners can address them easily. With a few updates, this place could be truly exceptional. We’d gladly come back to enjoy its charm, quiet, and natural light again.

The house is super complete, very comfortable, functional and fully equipped, it has everything you need to enjoy the days with family and friends. It really feels like you're at home. Although it rained every day during our stay, we were able to enjoy both the tranquility and rest, as well as the activities offered by the place: biking, fishing, kayaking in the lagoon, roasting, getting into the pool, going for a walk, playing board games, watching series and movies and going out for shopping and walking around the tiger shopping area. We had a great time, thank you!!

We arrived and welcomed us ahead of time as we had asked them, he gave us super helpful and clear information and recommendations (even before we arrived). The dpto is in a prime location, super quiet the neighborhood and close to everything. The facilities were great, had everything we needed. We are very happy and would certainly come back.

My best experience staying in CABA so far. Everything worked perfectly, the bed is super comfortable, good shower pressure and has everything you need to have a great stay (oil, salt, and even bottles with cold water, items that are not usually in all apartments). I would definitely pick it again.

Access was a little tricky, there was no improvement on the instructions. It's very easy to get there, but in our case the GPS sent us to the other side. Same, very good Anita and her recommendations, you can get there well. The house is comfortable, relatively small, but it meets perfectly and is well equipped as for family or friends to do asado. The park is great, large, very neat, with games for boys, very well cared for everything. There is a very good playroom, and the ranch is a very good idea to go from several. We had a great time in famulia, and with visits from friends. We will for sure be back.

The beds are super comfortable, they give linens and towel. The house is really spacious and every sector is enjoyed. Very good water pressure for bathing. It has a playroom with a pool and some board games. Exelente fogonero for a good campfire with friends. Lots of green, many trees, has a hiking trail and a nice canoe to paddle on the river. You can order from a warehouse and they bring it to you by boat to the house, luis the one from the warehouse a person of 10 !!! Super recommended house!!!!
