Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The apartment, located at the foot of the Swabian Alb, has a spacious, sunny living room, a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. A beautiful terrace in the garden invites you to relax with magical views of the surrounding nature. Directly from the house you can choose wonderful hiking trails or plan cycling tours. Nearby excursion destinations: Tropfstein Caves, Lichtenstein Castle, Bad Uracher Waterfall or a nice visit to the historic, attractive university town of Tübingen.

Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Landluft Vacation Rental

Our 45 m² apartment Landluft on our farm Hermannslust, on the Swabian Alb is in an idyllic secluded location surrounded by forest and meadows and can accommodate up to 4 guests (possibly 1 additional child in a travel cot). Our apartment is the ideal place for rest and relaxation, but also for families and as a starting point for excursions. Dairy cows and their offspring, chickens, horses, cats, dogs, goats, sheep and rabbits live on our organic farm.

Experience pure nature! Here you can experience a rustic wooden hut in the middle of a natural forest property. You can end the evening comfortably by the wood-burning fireplace or on the large wooden terrace. The nearest town with restaurants and supermarkets is minutes by car. Electricity and running water are available. It is elaborately purified rainwater and not drinking water. Drinking water can be obtained from a tap about 500 m away.

Relaxed living and working in a pleasant atmosphere. The bright apartment (45 square meters) is located in the basement of a modern residential building. Equipped with wooden parquet, underfloor heating and central ventilation. You have a magnificent view of the garden and the Swabian Alps. The house is conveniently located, Tübingen and Reutlingen are a 15-minute drive away, Stuttgart and the exhibition center are a 30-minute drive away.

Room on the Alb

We rent an apartment with a bathroom and toilet on the first floor of our house. The bedroom has a large double bed (2 × 2 m). There is also space for a children's travel bed. Adjacent is the bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. Next door is a large living room with a sofa bed as another sleeping option, TV and a cozy dining area. A fully equipped kitchen and washing machine are also available.

Area is rural, car necessary, next shopping about 10 km away, 2 restaurants and 1 café within walking distance. In addition, the main and state stud Marbach is located in the immediate vicinity.

The small workshop house from 1947, gutted and renovated, was now converted into a modern apartment in 2022 with a lot of love and dedication. Enjoy relaxing days here in the center of Sonnenbühl-Willmandingen and discover the surroundings of Sonnenbühl with the many different excursion destinations.
