The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Drinking water can be obtained from a tap about 500 meters away. The cabin is self-sufficient except for electricity.

Our 45 m² apartment Landluft on our farm Hermannslust, on the Swabian Alb is in an idyllic secluded location surrounded by forest and meadows and can accommodate up to 4 guests (possibly 1 additional child in a travel cot). Our apartment is the ideal place for rest and relaxation, but also for families and as a starting point for excursions. Dairy cows and their offspring, chickens, horses, cats, dogs, goats, sheep and rabbits live on our organic farm.

New design holiday apartment as a pure wooden building on the Swabian Alb. The kitchen is equipped with an oven/ microwave combination, 2 cooktops, a fridge/ freezer combination and a dishwasher. Washer-dryer is available. Kitchen, hand and bath towels are also provided. From Steinhilben you can reach numerous attractive excursion destinations on the Swabian Alb, but also towards the Black Forest and Lake Constance region in a short time.

Room on the Alb

We rent an apartment with a bathroom and toilet on the first floor of our house. The bedroom has a large double bed (2 × 2 m). There is also space for a children's travel bed. Adjacent is the bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. Next door is a large living room with a sofa bed as another sleeping option, TV and a cozy dining area. A fully equipped kitchen and washing machine are also available.

Welcome to the cozy and ecologically built wooden house “Herta” in the countryside! Within walking distance to the edge of the forest is our log cabin with 3 rooms and offers up to 4 guests a cozy stay. Our motto: coziness and relaxation paired with nature and sports. Look forward to a place of recovery and turn off. Two e-bikes are at your disposal to explore the surroundings in a relaxed way.
