Had a wonderful stay at cave springs! Loved the communal area for games, fire pits, hammocks, playground and easy to walk around. Fun place for families! The place was great and would stay here again!

What a great spot. huge, fully fenced back yard. the rooms are big and there is plenty of room for teenagers and dogs. beautiful place, very comfortable. I'm from Mt. Shasta and stayed here while visiting family. I will definitely be staying again.

Our family had a wonderful time at Heidi and Steph's place to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Heidi and Steph really made us feel like at home. They're the most wonderful hosts we've ever met. The view from the front porch, facing the river, is beautiful. Great place for fishing and enjoying the beauty of nature. We caught 6 trouts in two days. Yay! Thank you for showing us the spots and for everything else that made our trip an amazing one.

Great cabins! They were comfortable and clean, with lots of little personal touches. Great decor. Kids loved the fire pits, bocce and being so close to the river. Staff were helpful and responsive. Very relaxing. Would definitely come again!

Peace and quiet surrounded by the woods and beautiful vistas. Only a 5 minute drive from Dunsmuir, avoiding the disruptive sounds of the trains that run through town.

This location is fantastic! It offers ample space and is conveniently situated near numerous attractions and points of interest to explore in Dunsmuir. Whether you're looking to discover local shops, scenic views, or nearby parks, everything is just a short distance away..

We had a wonderful stay! There were only four of us and there was room for more. The kitchen was well stocked and Kavian is an excellent communicator. Very responsive, friendly and accommodating.

This place was great! After a long day skiing it was the perfect place to relax! There was plenty of space for all of us. Very cute and beautiful deck!

Surrounded by natural beauty. Great for star gazing. Beautiful roses. Quirky. Needs updating. Fed by natural spring so water high quality but very low water pressure. Hosts very proactive and communicative. Enjoyed the lizards and wildlife that joined us on the porch to sunbathe and enjoy our morning coffee.

the place was spectacular and the outdoor seen was amazing and very peaceful and it was just an awesome experience would definitely get again.

The cabin was perfect! Super cozy and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Janelle provided us with all the information we needed leaving us with zero questions. Check-in was very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the sound of Coffee Creek right out the window was so peaceful. The property was absolutely gorgeous! There grounds were pristine and there were beautiful areas to take a stroll and serene sitting areas to relax and enjoy the stunning views of Coffee Creek. We (our dogs included) loved it and would highly recommend this cabin!

We had a wonderful stay at Meghan’s cabin. It’s in a beautiful area too. Meghan was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond when we had car troubles. We cannot thank her enough for a great stay and for all her help!

This is the third time we have spent time in Lisa's cozy cabin, as Dunsmuir is an ideal stop for us en route to our son in Portland. We love it! Although we never play any of the games she has provided, we love the comfortable bed, the shower amenities, and (at Christmastime) the Christmas tree! Lisa was particularly accommodating this time, as I had forgotten to mention our pet when we signed up. PS Pizza Factory in town = great pizza!

Really relaxing being next to a vineyard , very quiet and room to roam.

The adventure lake house was amazing ! Fully stocked and all organic condiments and some extra food in the pantry. The kitchen had everything we needed coffee maker and everything needed to cook.We had plenty of room to park our 23 foot Malibu wake board boat out front which we tow with our model X Tesla. The 220 Tesla charger helped us keep a full charge. There are no other chargers in the area so this saved us. The cabin is perfect for 2 people.The view of the water was filtered a tad by the trees but still able to see and the walk was less than 3 mins to the water. The house was super cute with lake themed items placed around the house. Beautiful pictures of mount shasta and lake Shasta in each room. The AC was cold and the bed was super comfy with plush new sheets and robes in the closet. The house was fully stocked with lake toys! Paddle boards,inflatable raft, water toys,life vests,etc. we highly recommend this plug and play Shasta adventure lake house and will be returning soon

My friends and I were lucky enough to get the house at the last minute. The five of us were super comfortable and glad there real beds for all of us. Loved the old bar ceiling. Great vibe. This is a great spot in Mt Shasta!

This was my first experience at a cabin at a remote places. Home was clean and well stocked with necessary supplies. Hosts communicated really well and overall it was a very pleasant experience!

Incredible host and lovely home full of character and comfort! Our stay at the house over a long week but it was near immediate to feel get settled in. So many small touches of art, hospitality, and amenities kept us comfortable throughout the cold weather and we were very appreciative of the little things provided. House was absolutely spotless, outfitted with everything needed, and we will be sure to come back again for our next time in town

Amazing location & the house was great…kids loved the air hockey & foosball! We loved how close the boat ramp was to the house, super convenient! We would stay there again for sure!

Such a awesome location, and theme. Hedge falls is literally within walking distance. Mount Shasta is a short drive, and has all the stores resturants and amenities needed. We really loved the back yard with the "Outlaw mural" and open space. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Jon was very responsive and caring for the few questions we had. Highly recomended bnb. Great price and great lil house. We will surely be back everytime we visit mount shasta.
