Simone’s place was wonderful! We were visiting the city with friends and we all loved our experience staying at her lovely Airbnb. She was very proactive in getting us clear and easy to follow check-in instructions as well as providing information on the neighborhood and DC. The place is exactly as the pictures and was pristine. This place is small but I I expected that coming in. It looked just like the pictures. It was a really good place and close to my family and walkable to local stores and carry out restaurants. Only a couple miles from the main DC attractions. I would recommend for a 1 person or couple trip to DC.

Cozy Private 1 BR Unit – Heart of H St Corridor

Had a great stay with Lula. The unit is just as described and the bedding is rather comfortable. Very easy access to everything DC via scooter/bike or ride share. The area of town is under development, but there are some part that did not seem the safest. This is coming from the fact there was a shooting two blocks away. My wife and I walked the area during the day with no issues! Even with trouble in the area when we were there, we would absolutely repeat the stay!
