Just stayed this weekend!! it was 4 of us staying and spacious and accommodating for all of us!! 100% recommend, hosts were absolutely amazing!! Beautiful space and great if you have a pet!! We definitely want to stay here again!

Woldensie and his family were so kind and a great host! I'm a nightshift travel nurse and was able to sleep peacefully during the day, the space was perfect for me and my pup and just a short walk to the arboretum! Target was also a moderate walk away. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The space is set up well with intentional necessities, bed was super comfy and the shower had amazing water pressure. Woldensie was quick to respond to any questions I had and he and his wife were so sweet encouraging with every interaction. 10/10 recommend this bnb and will stay here again if I make my way back to DC one day.

This was our 3rd stay with Patricia and we've already reserved our next stay. Patricia's flexibility and the apartment space never disappoint.

The house was emaculate, spacious and very comfortable. Response time was quick and very helpful!

This place was great, even better than the photos. There was ample parking on the street if you are driving and although the curtains in the living room are slightly sheer like other people mentioned, there isn’t apartments directly across so you don’t feel like anyone is watching you. It was quite peaceful and safe. The place was very clean, perfect for a couple or a solo person. There’s a washer n dryer and full kitchen so all your basic needs can be met. The tv is smart and has all platforms but you need your own log in info. 3 minutes east (driving) is union market with shops bars food and party events. And a few blocks west (walking) are a few local bars with food and outdoor activity space with like mini golf. You are also 10-15 min drive from downtown which is great. The only issue I had was upon arrival with the front door, but I was helped promptly. And the living room couch is not uncomfortable but the back is stiff so you can’t really lounge you have to sit upright.

Avery was great! She was quick to respond to any of our requests and the place was neat and clean.

I had a great stay in DC. I was there for a festival, so we really only used the place to sleep. It was very clean, and the kitchen had plates/ cups which made it easy to fix quick meals. I recommend!!

This was a great find! Would 100% recommend this location for future guests. They had little snacks in the cupboard and bottled water nice and cold in the fridge. Great communication from the hosts!

Katie and Matthias were wonderful hosts. They were flexible about check in and its obvious they spent a lot of time curating local recommendations. They're extremely responsive and the listing definitely met our expectations. We actually had to book this place semi-last minute due to a cancelation, and are so happy we ended up in this location. There's a food hall thats about 10 minutes walking distance and the area is peaceful. The wine that Katie and Matthias left was a wonderful gesture, I'd definitely recommend staying here. Do read the description that shares that the hosts occupy the space above. If you're a light sleeper this may bother you, but otherwise no major complaints for us. The kitchen is perfect for longer stays and have an in-unit washer/dryer was perfect.

This spot was within relatively close proximity to everything i needed, for those not willing to walk a few blocks, there’s plenty of uber or lime bikes, public transit it easy and accessible. The place was very clean and quiet, very thin ceiling so you can hear people moving around upstairs but it wasn’t annoying to me personally, anyone familiar with living in a city will understand. Overall the stay was perfectly what I needed it for, close the the RFK festival grounds, and easy to access. Totally private. I loved my stay.

The home is as advertised, cute little spot close to public transit. However, we didn’t feel completely safe going to/from metro, especially at night. Overall though, it worked for our needs.

We had a nice stay at May's apartment for a long weekend. It was easy to walk to Union Market and Whole Foods, and we also frequented a great little market right up the street (Old City Market and Oven), which had excellent coffee and food. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, too. The kitchen has plenty of pots/pans and utensils for cooking. May gave us excellent instructions for checking in/out, and we had no problem finding the place. The apartment is small but tidy and clean, and the bed was very comfortable!

The apartment gave us everything we needed including fast internet, TV with multiple streaming services already signed in, and a fully equipped kitchen. Christian was super responsive during our stay. We had no issues with weekend parking on the street.

Wonderful stay! Elizabeth was quick to answer questions and made sure we had a great stay. Lovely place, had everything we needed and more. I was so thankful to have a washer and dryer since we had been traveling for so long. Elizabeth even had a washing machine pod for us. Would definitely stay again!

Claire is an excellent host and her place is lovely and very welcoming. We were there as a family and really enjoyed the space. Also Claire was very responsive and helped answer our questions fast. We’d love to stay at her place when we visit the area again.

Great stay! Allan’s place was comfortable and relaxing. It was literally a 15min drive to the downtown area and 5min away from the grocery store. There was a great coffee spot on the corner and a dog friendly park in close proximity. Clean, inviting and cozy! We’ll be back again.

Perfect spot and highly recommended for visiting the area that is dotted with well restored vintage homes, massive oaks, and beautiful gardens. One minute walk to Logan Circle and then onto the commercial area beyond. Lots of space, hip & modern, and squeaky clean. Everything was provided for kitchen and bathroom needs. We loved the front garden with the table and 2 chairs where you can sit and watch the world go by. Thank you Benjamin for being a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again.
