The apartment is well laid out and clean. The stay was quiet most of the time minus the neighbors dogs.

This was the perfect stay for me and my big group of friends! Kai is probably the most responsive host I’ve ever had and him and his mom were super helpful during our stay! I would highly recommend Kai’s space for anyone visiting Trinidad!

I visited Trinidad for work and needed a place where I could feel comfortable and get a good night’s sleep — and that’s exactly what I found here. The place was clean, with fresh bedding and good-quality towels. Communication was clear throughout, and I really appreciated the warm touch of her mom staying up late to make sure I arrived safely — even though check-in is super easy with a key box, so you can arrive at whatever time suits you. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful hosts!

Alethea was a great host, she ensured we were comfortable and well taken care of. She responded to any queries we had promptly. The property is beautifully decorated and exactly as described/pictured. It was spotless and well equipped. You do have to take stairs to get to the property, so if you have mobility issues please take that into consideration. The property is located near a main road which leads to the town centre, it’s about a 30 minute walk or a 8/10 minute drive. It’s about a 20 minute drive to the airport and a 25 minute drive to Port of Spain. I would recommend either renting a car or trying to organise a driver as it can be difficult getting a taxi. Rideshare apps such as TTRS and DeliverMeTT can be very helpful but note it can take a while to get a driver to accept your ride due to where you are situated. All in all I would definitely stay at this property again. It was peaceful, immaculately kept and you really get to experience Trinidad in its authenticity.

I booked Ailsa's place for my fiance during her time in Trinidad in September 2024. She was very pleased with her stay. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Arima! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. One of the highlights was the above-ground pool, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. Bevan was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The location was great as well, peaceful but still close to everything I needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay, in a different but similarly equipped apartment. As before the apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained with good quality amenities all in working order and had everything you needed to comfortably settle in, a real plus after a long journey. Hosts are always responsive and friendly and run their apartments very professionally, with the safety and comfort of guests clearly a priority. Feels like a home from home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Quite honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in and I have been all over the world. Nestled in a local neighbourhood, it was a hidden gem that made us feel right at home. We felt safe and secure. The pool and outdoor space was perfect for a Sunday barbecue. Fresh Fruits and Veggie stands were couple minutes away as well as pharmacies and ATM machines to access local currency. I would return any day!

It was my first time in Trinidad, and it’s a trip to talk about! It was like home away from home . Everything was on point . Wish I had more time to enjoy the place . My stay at Apt 304, Emerald Plaza was wonderful! The apt was as clean and neat as in the photos, and with a fully-equipped kitchen, I could not ask for more! It was ideally located for my purpose, which was to attend church over the Easter Triduum! Would recommend this place for anyone wanting the comforts of home, while away from home!

Clytus and his wife made us feel so comfortable, Home was beautiful and located in a lovely area! His wife Simmi was amazing, even went out her way to prepare me a birthday breakfast. Simmi was always available and did everything to make me feel comfortable. Perfect for adults and children. Great outside area safe for the children. Would definitely stay again! This was my second time staying in one of Karen’s properties . Her properties are breathtaking and just what I needed for the few days . She is available when needed and has a very positive aura. Water pressure, water temperature, cleanliness , decor , bed , pillows and comfortability is hands down in both properties. The peacefulness that surrounds the properties was everything , seems like the apartments are sound proof. lol . If I ever do a solo trip this is my place to stay . Communication , respect and positive energy is everything to me and Karen possess them all . Thank you Karen for a wonderful experience for the second time around .

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing—spotless, modern, and truly felt like home. The kitchen was fantastic; I was able to cook as if I were in a five-star restaurant. After dinner, I even enjoyed a game of chess, which was a nice touch. Nekesha’s hospitality went above and beyond. Her communication and understanding were exceptional—truly unmatched. She had clear house rules, and as long as you follow them and stay communicative, you’ll have a great experience. Even the neighbors were incredibly friendly and welcoming. This was definitely a 20/10 stay. Highly recommend!
