Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Trincomalee

Compound Walls and gate gives the maximum security the building and the rooms are 100% clean. Room boy cleans and mops the floor every day. Clean rooms and beds etc. Rooms are with air condition and water heaters make the stay more comfortable. I enjoyed my 3 months stay there. 10 mins walk to the popular Allasgarden beach. 5 mins walk to the restaurants and grocery shops. I recommend anyone goes to Tricomalee to select this RP Villa for stay.

We really liked the place and recommend it for those looking for a quiet, clean place, close to the sea, and with several restaurant options around. The beach is good, but it is public and in a fishing area, so it is not always very clean. But the sea is always calm and the water is warm. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations, the rooms are spacious, clean, tidy and the bed is extremely comfortable. The pool is not large but it is good and clean, and the water is also warm. In our opinion, breakfast could be better and more varied. But you can always tell the staff what you want to eat for breakfast and they will do it at no cost. We didn't like what they had initially available and asked for pancakes and eggs at the reception and they did it without charging us another euro. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. We only have good things to say and hope to return one day. Thank you

If you want to experience life with a Sri Lankan family, it’s a truly lovely and welcoming place. You’ll be well taken care of and have your own private room. Upon request, you can enjoy beautiful trips to the lagoon or even to Pigeon Island. The beach is just a five-minute walk away. During my stay, it was wonderfully quiet, allowing me to fully immerse myself in nature. Rafid is a fantastic person and incredibly hospitable.

Good house. 3 rooms, but only in one is a/c. All was ok, recomended)

I would really recommend staying at Raja's family home. It's simple and clean, they are very hospitable. We had a lovely chat with Raja and his wife about their life, my only regret is we couldn't stay longer! A very short walk from the beautiful Nilaveli beach.

Very nice clean apartment in a great location to the beach. Through the management of a reception, you always had a point of contact, Kay was quick to respond to our messages. The only criticism is the little available loungers by the pool. The apartment had a great view of the sea.

Had a lovely stay in Trincomalee in this beautiful condo right on the beach within walkable distance to some restaurants via the beach. If you turn right and walk approximately 10 minutes you can reach salty dogs lovely little restaurant and if you turn left along beach your near pigeon island, highly recommended. Didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment on that. Host is very responsive would definitely return

Beautiful place. Very clean. The pools and beach are amazing. The restaurant on site is good and cheap. The wifi only seemed to work in the morning.

Absolutely amazing breathtaking fact you forget about all your worries and sorrow the moment when you walk in and look through those big massive windows really really wish I could’ve stayed longer however, looking forward to Returning in November once again thank you for all of your assistance during my day and constant phone calls definitely recommend this place guys worth every penny
