Nice place for staying with friends and family

one of our family's best stays so far in any place. smt Malini was extremely proactive in communicating. the property is pristine and we felt exactly at home. smt Malini took the extra steps of calling us upfront (she doesn't have to) and also offered us useful recommendations on local pure vegetarian food. this place is excellent for families wanting to experience trincomalee. Thirukoneswaram temple is main reason why we visited trincomalee. the temple is close by. thanks much to the host and we will recommend this place to our friends.

Pobyt u Raffeta byl jedním z nejkrásnějších zážitků naší cesty. Pan majitel má úžasný přístup – je srdečný, pohostinný a vždy ochotný pomoci. Stejnou laskavost a vstřícnost jsme cítili i od celé jeho rodiny. Ubytování bylo čisté, útulné a nacházelo se v klidném prostředí nedaleko moře. Měli jsme možnost podniknout výlety za delfíny i velrybami za velmi přijatelné ceny. Největším bonusem bylo, že nás Raffet vzal na nádherná místa, o kterých bychom jinak ani nevěděli. Jeho přístup nás doslova zahřál u srdce. Pokud hledáte nejen skvělé ubytování, ale i autentický zážitek a milé lidi, u Raffeta jste na správném místě. Určitě doporučujeme! ❤️

Very nice place and a friendly and helpfull owner. Rooms were clean with good mattresses and we liked the living room. Very close to the beach of Uppuveli, really relaxed. Easy access to Trincomalee city center (the harbour, temples, shopping, etc.) and more things to see in the surroundings. Good value for money! Highly recommended.

Good service

Exceeded our expectations. We had a slightly larger party and good hotel options were sold out or crazy expensive by the time we looked, hence we booked this. We are glad we ended up here than in a hotel. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Pool and outside the same. There are front desk staff, porters, ground/pool keepers, onsite restaurant, etc. Beach next to the place is very nice. Highly recommend.

This place was lovely, the decor and cleanliness was 5 star. The location to the beach and having a pool right outside was ideal for our family. Rooms are spacious, with the master bedroom having an ensuite too. The caretaker was helpful and polite checking in and out. The area is a good mix between being secluded and a short walk from a few restaurants and activities.

Had a lovely stay in Trincomalee in this beautiful condo right on the beach within walkable distance to some restaurants via the beach. If you turn right and walk approximately 10 minutes you can reach salty dogs lovely little restaurant and if you turn left along beach your near pigeon island, highly recommended. Didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment on that. Host is very responsive would definitely return

We stayed here for 6 nights at the end of a three week trip around Sri Lanka. It was a great way to end the trip, in a clean, air-conditioned and spacious apartment overlooking the sea. The setting is perfect - sunrise over the sea and picture postcard beach and palms in between. The apartment is part of a larger complex, but it never felt crowded and the pool and surrounding greenery were lovely. It’s clean, comfortable and spacious, perfect for a family. There are a few restaurants and amenities within walking distance but most stuff is either a hot walk or a tuk tuk ride away. It’s worth pointing out that if you’re planning to self-cater, there aren’t many grocery stores in the area and those that are there are sometimes sparsely provisioned. We tended to have breakfast in the apartment and then lunch and dinner locally. All in all, a fantastic base for a relaxing few days - we’d happily return and can equally happily recommend it.

Beautiful place. Very clean. The pools and beach are amazing. The restaurant on site is good and cheap. The wifi only seemed to work in the morning.

Where do I start? We arrived and were struck by the beautiful pool and gardens. The apartment is stunning - palacial in size! The photos don’t do it justice and the huge balcony offers stunning views of the garden, pool and beach. It was honestly the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in. The condo manager was also friendly and helpful with any queries we had. We had planned to visit Trinco but decided to make the most of the apartment and beach to relax. The balcony offers the perfect location to capture the awesome sunrise over the ocean. We used a local company (Pigeon Island Tours) to visit Pigeon Island for a snorkel safari - amazing sea life! We could have stayed longer but regretfully had to continue our adventure of this beautiful country. The apartment was a 10/10! Thank you Nalinda.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nilaveli condos and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Host Tisura was very supportive. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Direct access to the beautiful Nilaveli Beach. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view of the ocean , I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay and enjoy the Nilaveli beach .I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

Das Appartement ist sehr groß, luxuriös und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter im Gebäudekomplex kümmern sich sehr gut um alle Belange. Die Kommunikation mit Theodore war sehr gut! Es ist wirklich sehr schön hier!

Absolument FABULEUX !! Après une semaine en vadrouille avec nos deux enfants de 11 et 7 ans dans le centre et le Nord du Sri Lanka, l'appartement de Thuraisingam était exactement ce qu'il nous fallait ! Un resort de très belle qualité, sur une plage absolument magnifique. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos, la literie est top, les salles de bain également. Je recommande totalement !
