Prinos I, Seaside House

The Prinos Ι is located at the edge of the Lefokastro next to a sandy beach that you can approach by walk. The house's courtyard consisting of grass and orange trees while overlooking the sea. It is a calm and peaceful place. Prinos I Studio shares its courtyard with the Prinos II Loft House with a discreet separation and is ideal for couples. The space is also suitable for renting both houses as one, by two friendly couples or a group of friends who are looking for a house with 4 to 5 beds.

The Potter's House

The Potter's House is an old traditional, renovated two-storey building with the potter's studio and a gallery space downstairs and a tastefully renovated apartment upstairs. It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos. The neighbourhood is quiet although the house is only two minutes from the beautiful village square which is shaded by enormous Plane trees and surrounded by tavernas, a traditional coffee shop and two gift shops. A new playground is available at the village square.

Beach house

Two-storey traditional Trikerian fishermen's house, slightly renovated that maintains the authenticity of a bygone era. The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms,the ground floor of 1 open plan space with kitchen and dining area. Inside it has a wooden staircase and wooden flooring upstairs. The bathroom is out of the house. The balcony overlooks the sea. Agia Kyriaki beach is just 40 meters from the house and at 20 meters there are traditional fish taverns and a mini market.

Rania Sun Villa

Gorgeous old stone house completely renovated, comfortable, autonomous and spacious with many outdoor facilities, courtyard & balcony overlooking the Pagasitic Gulf. It is located in the Old Trikeri of South Pelion. A place unknown to many, but a place beloved by those who know & dare.The 85km from Volos is a wonderful seaside ride to Halogen and less than 5 minutes by sea taxi will take you to the beautiful island.

Ο χώρος βρίσκεται 16 χιλιόμετρα από τον Βόλο και αποτελεί καλή βάση για εξόρμηση στο Πήλιο.
