Very clean and modern. Easy to find. Very responsive and friendly host. Couldn't ask for more.

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

Our stay at Renata’s place was the perfect ending for our Italian family trip from Bologna to Trieste (one mother and two daughters). The house is 15-20 minutes walk from the train station, but there is a bus line also to easier access, than 5 minute walk uphill from bus station to the house. We felt safe and in peace at this accommodation. The three levelled house is gorgeous, well equipped and has a personal vibe through the little details, carefully decorated with personal treasures, unique items and renovated furnitures. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arriving, bathroom and kitchen extra tidy and clean! We got towels, slippers and Renata & Dario even got us some welcome goodies for breakfast and for snacks and welcomed us with nicely written words too. We had everything we needed in the kitchen also. The view is even better than in pictures, perfect for eating outside on the terrace, and sippin’ in the coastal atmosphere. There is simply nothing to complain about! 10/10

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Host was super nice and helpful. The place was absolutely spotless down to every corner of the house, not a corn of dust in sight. Also it’s nice that the kitchen has all essentials already available so it was a very functional kitchen as well.

This home and the location are truly exceptional and Spela is a 5-star host! We had a perfect week at Villa Kolomban and Spela was an exceptional host the entire time. We arrived as strangers from the United States and left feeling like family. Lots to do in the area, but we also enjoyed just chilling in the yard on the lounge chairs and taking in the amazing views of the Adriatic coast. I would highly recommend this property for vacation and we certainly hope to return someday soon!

Thank you for the quiet and beautiful stay in the "Eichenwäldchen" and the efforts of Genevieve to support us and make it as pleasant as possible. We especially appreciated the breakfast on the balcony. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen is well and practically equipped. We were able to do a lot in the area and enjoyed the nature all around very much.

We felt right at home, great apartment to spend quiet evenings at sunset on the wonderful roof terraces. Great also that there is a private parking space, great amenities and authentic living. The location of this place is really wonderful: a wonderful view of the sea and the old town of Piran. In no time you are at the harbor, a bakery and a market are also not far away even if you have to put a few meters of altitude behind you. But the view makes up for it! The communication with Ana's father was extremely pleasant! Very helpful and completely straightforward! We will be happy to come back...

Marina's apartment is ideally suited for exploring Trieste. It is very close to the main train and bus stations and a short walk into the historical centre of Trieste. We particularly enjoyed watching the stunning sunset from Molo Audace as a cruise liner set sail. There is plenty to see and do in the town and Marina's place makes everywhere easily accessible.

Very much enjoyed the Jacuzzi and furthermore provided with all comforts e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning etc. Spacious apartment/penthouse, parking in parking garage, quick responding host.
