The house offered by Laurent is perfect for hosting a family or several travelers. The area is quiet, 10 minutes from the access to Lake Bourget. Gresy train station is only a few minutes from the house, making it easy to visit Annecy. The house is perfectly equipped, clean and in all respects in accordance with the description. Laurent was proactive in facilitating our access to the house, and was super responsive in responding to our few requests. Great, we'll be back.

This is a first for me in AirB&b, very appreciated in all respects. I was required to stay one more night by your rules, this extra cost is not obvious, but this small downside was made up for by the approval of the premises, the cordial, discreet and no-frills welcome. We were at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The furnishings are very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large sunshade. Everything is just right and we'd love to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

We had a fantastic week in Armelle and Sébastien's chalet. Beautiful decoration, comfort, all the necessary kitchen equipment and an incredible view of the lake. We cross the road and we are right on the edge of the lake where a pedestrian/cyclist path allows us to take great walks.

I had a great stay at this apartment. The place is beautiful, with a neat decoration. Ideally located, close to the thermal baths and the city center. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and quiet. I highly recommend it!

Olivier and Cécile are charming, caring and very responsive hosts. The apartment was clean and true to the photos. It is ideally located between the thermal spa and the city center (10 min walk on either side). Everything is within walking distance. The place is very peaceful and surrounded by greenery. I recommend it.

Great stay at Romane's, a nice setting despite the works and very quiet and peaceful place! Only small downside, the parking area otherwise really nothing to say! We will probably come back! Thank you for everything! 🤗🤩

We had a very nice and relaxing time in this apartment with the wonderful panoramic terrace. What was not visible in the photos: She also had a spacious covered terrace on the side of the house! 🤩 The apartment is very well equipped and very comfortable.

Sebastian's apartment is in a beautiful location. I enjoyed the view of the lake whilst sitting on the terrace or looking out of my bedroom window. The apartment is self contained and it was lovely to have my own space to cook my evening meal and prepare for the next day. The bed was comforable and the room a good temerature, in spite of the warm weather. I had everything I needed and would love to return there.

Perfect stay with Marie - Noëlle and Georges who were attentive, warm and attentive hosts with us and our children! The gites is very well located in the heart of the bauges with multiple nature activities! We'll be back with great pleasure. Thank you again

We absolutely loved Anna & Pierre's place, it was such a treat waking up to that view every morning and it was even better than the photos. Anna gave us loads of recommendations before we arrived and check in / check out was seamless. The area was so peaceful and we had a great night's sleep as the curtains made it very dark at night. We hired a car and drove around the lake, which was a particular highlight. Can't recommend this place enough!! Hope to be back one day :)

Karen’s place was perfect - in a stunning location with easy access to everything you could need.

2-night stay: I recommend Alain's studio, very bright, beautiful view of the mountain and also of the outdoor parking, large studio with everything you need (bed linen, coffee, internet). The plus: a closed garage in the basement, for a small vehicle such as a 208. Located in the city center, everything is done on foot. The only downside is that the residence is built on a slope, so the ground floor is not the ground floor but the minus 1, so it's complicated to find your way from the basement to the exit. I did not meet Alain (independent arrival) but as soon as I had a question, he responded very quickly by SMS or call.

Great location. Amazing view! Quiet surroundings and neighborhood. Easy walk to the village and waterfront. Fun restaurants to walk to. Great hiking and biking in the area.

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will not hesitate to come back during my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tony's accommodation. Everything was very clean and the apartment was very cozy. He provided us with a crib and a high chair for our baby and there were also board games, children's dishes, basic things for breakfast and cooking, cleaning products... Those things that make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. A totally recommended accommodation and host😊
