Outstanding villa that will take you back in time and a beautiful walking path that will clear your mind from a busy city life. You will enjoy the stars on a clear night, witness beautiful sunsets and appreciate the sounds of nature. Luda and her family were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations to supermarkets, restaurants and nearby attractions. It was an amazing experience and if your planning to visit Italy and staying outside of Rome, we highly recommend Casal Romito!

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

A real corner of paradise! The garden, with attention to the smallest details, offers an atmosphere of absolute relaxation, while the whirlpool tub is a true gem. Everything is impeccably clean, and communication with the host has always been clear and courteous. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with great helpfulness and they carefully showed us every comfort of the house. In addition, we received valuable advice on local attractions, which made our stay even more special. If I could, I'd give it more than five stars!

The house is very nice and very large! It is in a quiet place but 5 minutes from the center of Anguillara, Manuel is super helpful and has found a solution to our every need. Highly recommended!

Host was very nice. This place is super cute. Very stylish and fashionably decorated. Nice bathroom. Very close to most attractions. Host was accommodating with securing transfers from airport to apartment and holding luggage at checkout. However, it was cumbersome to find a taxi at departure (to our next destination). In apartment booklet on Wi-Fi, was helpful. Lots of stairs but Joey was kind to transport our luggage. Five stars. If ever in Rome, I'd stay here 10 out of 10!

I booked this place for 5 days, but unfortunately had to leave shortly after checking in due to a family emergency—my husband was taken to the hospital, and I had to leave right away. When I returned, I spoke with the owner, Mario, and offered to pay for additional days. To my surprise, he was incredibly kind and told me not to worry, refusing to charge me extra. His compassion and understanding meant so much to me during such a difficult and emotional time. Although I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy my stay, I could see that the place was clean, peaceful, and very well taken care of. The location is great and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. But above all, it was Mario’s kindness that stood out the most. It’s rare to meet people in hospitality who are so genuinely caring and human. I’m truly grateful for how he treated me, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place run by someone with a big heart.

Paola is a fantastic host--responded immediately to any of additional needs. The apartment is beautiful with an excptional kitchen upstairs with terrific views. The location is perfect.

If you are searching for an amazing place to book in Rome…you can stop the search…you found it. If I could give 6 stars I would Very rare to have a one bedroom with a large, bed, a spacious kitchen and comfortable sitting area; and that is before the amazing roof top patio. A great place to have breakfast to start the day and drinks and snacks in the evening. At night the bedroom is quiet, as it is located in the back. You are located in a beautiful tree lined neighbourhood, full of shops, restaurants. An oasis after a visit to many of the crowded sites. I went to Rome to see the sites, not expecting Traverses to be one of them. Definitely made our trip to Rome special

Staying here was fantastic! We were met and helped to understand everything about the space and the area. The AC worked perfectly and the bed was comfy. It had charm and amenities and was very comfortable and clean. Laura and Roberto were wonderful- kind and responsive.

Excellent penthouse apartment, beautifully furnished with an amazing large terrace that offers peaceful rooftop views over Rome. The location is perfect for exploring the Colosseum area as it’s only a 5 min walk. The apartment is also beside the Cavour underground train station which makes connections and travel around Rome really simple. We will certainly like to book again next time we visit Rome. Alberto and the host team is extremely responsive and helpful making the experience seamless.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at your beautiful apartment. My favorite area was your outdoor patio area in turn the view was serine and spectacular! I spent most of the time in this area whether having breakfast in the morning and returning in the evening. I also found the bedroom to be quite cozy and the bed and linens to be very comfortable. Their home gave you time away from the busyness of the city and was a peaceful setting! Yet just down the street was the busyness of a beautiful city with great restaurants, which was a great balance! As a couple, they were a very easy to communicate with and met any need Irequest requested. Overall, I was more than pleased and will be returning!!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Ilaria’s apartment in Rome. We are so thankful she allowed us to check in early after our red eye flight from the USA. It allowed us to get some rest and settle in before heading out to explore. Her apartment is walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants, cafes, and gelato shops, as well as many of the famous sites. She provided clear instructions and local recommendations. The kitchen was fully stocked with all that we needed for cooking meals, including a Nespresso machine. We were traveling with our 19 mo old twins and she provided one travel crib which was very helpful for us. Be aware that the third bedroom is a loft space and the bed is a pull out couch which was totally fine for us and and the bed was very comfortable but just something to be aware of. We cannot recommend this apartment enough. It was a great central location and Ilaria is a great host!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodation corresponded exactly to the photos – everything was just as beautiful and tastefully furnished as described. The entire accommodation was very clean - you can immediately tell that hygiene is important here. The house was also equipped with everything you need. The location was wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing. We were able to park our car privately and absolutely safely, which gave us an additional feeling of security. Emanuele and Ana are the perfect hosts – super friendly, warm and always available. Communication went without major problems, and we got great recommendations for the area. It was always noticeable that the well-being of their guests was really important to them. We would come back anytime and can highly recommend this accommodation!⭐️

Our stay at Diana’s and Mario's home was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures — full of charm, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Diana's thoughtful touches — delicious food, excellent wine, and her genuine kindness — made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and coming back to such a cozy and peaceful place after a busy day was a true pleasure. We are deeply grateful for this experience and would love to return one day. Thank you, Diana and Mario, for making our Easter holiday so special!

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

Amazing stay at the villa with the family, didn’t want to leave. 2 adults 4 kids. Had everything we needed and more. Lovely quiet area, close to shop, beach and bars. 1hr to Rome via bus and train. (Get the right bus tickets) Bus to and from airport was super easy and only cost €1.50 each Simonetta was great with communication, couldn’t have asked for more.

It is an absolutely stunning place to be. The house is beautiful, the view amazing and the pool area an absolut dream! :-) We had the best weekend with friends there and everyone loved it. Felt like straight out of a Mamma Mia movie sitting there under the trees having breakfast or dinner. 10/10

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

We had the most amazing, relaxing week at the villa after a busy few days sightseeing in Rome. The house, beautiful gardens and great pool area are didn’t disappoint. The local town of Campagnano di Roma was very walkable, if you didn’t want to drive. The town felt very friendly, and we had some great meals in the local restaurants. The lakes and surrounding towns made great days out. Olimpia was fabulous, extremely welcoming, helpful and veryaccommodating. We were sad to leave.
