Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay at Barbara's place with my husband and 2 year old son. The house was wonderful, traditional, well kept and with everything you would need for a very pleasant stay. The location is stunning, with beautiful views from the house and from many vantage points around the old town. It was so peaceful and the local people very friendly. Barbara herself was an amazing host who went above and beyond to give us suggestions for routes into Rome, sights to see and the best places to eat. She was so responsive and we didnt need to worry about a thing. Would highly recommend for a relaxing, beautiful stay outside the fantastic yet exhausting chaos of Rome!

Lovely hosts, accommodating and helpful. Responsive and kind, took good care of me and my family. The flat is in a great location, you can’t beat it. The flat is small but has everything you need, and it’s been recently renovated, charming. Would go back to spend more days in this fantastic area.

Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente in una zona splendida, esci e sei in un borgo medievale, fai due passi e sei a fare colazione in riva al lago. Anguillara inoltre è collegata a Roma dal treno, in mezz'ora sei alla stazione di San Pietro, logisticamente una soluzione ideale. Simona gentile, reattiva e precisa. Consiglio.

Eleonora's place is an absolute gem - both in terms of location and the residence itself. The historic centre at the top of the hill where it's located is private and quiet, but a very short walk down to the lakeside. Lake Bracciano is extremely beautiful and there's so much to do there. The residence itself has every facility you need on a holiday, and was very comfortable - I can't think of anything I would change. Eleonora is also very responsive and proactive in her communication. Definitely my top option to stay the next time I visit Rome.

I had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s place in Rome! The apartment is located a bit outside the city center, which I actually loved — it was quieter and more peaceful, yet still super easy to get to all the main attractions. The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. Sonia and her mom were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations and making me feel very welcome. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Rome!

Appartamento bellissimo, in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla metro. Tutto è arredato con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli, con finiture recenti e in tonalità chiare e piacevoli. La cucina è ampia e davvero ben attrezzata, con utensili, stoviglie e elettrodomestici di alta qualità. Il letto è comodo, con biancheria pulita e confortevole, e il bagno spazioso e curato. L’intero appartamento era impeccabilmente pulito, ordinato e accogliente. Andrea è stato un anfitrione eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci con consigli utili. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa.

Literally the best airbnb I stayed at so far! Rome was my last destination in my 3 week Italy trip, and my mom and I were exhausted when we got to Rome. The walk from the Termini station to Guido’s place was only about 5 minutes, and Guido was outside to greet us. When we got to the room, we were so surprised to see that the room was spotless (mind you that my mom and I are pretty picky about cleanliness). We were so well-rested the night we got to Guido’s place that it felt like a fresh start. The location is amazing. You can get to anywhere without a problem since you are so close to the station. The terrace is beautiful, and you can see the sunrise every morning. There IS an elevator. The AC worked perfectly (Rome is extremely hot in the summer, so this is a must). Also, Guido was such a fun and helpful host, I really couldn’t ask for more. There isn’t a single reason not to stay at Guido’s place, and I hope to come back as well!

Viaggio da anni e ho avuto modo di soggiornare in tantissimi hotel e Airbnb in tutto il mondo… ma posso dire, senza alcun dubbio, che questo alloggio è stato uno dei migliori in assoluto. Fin dal primo momento, il check-in è stato impeccabile: ci è stato spiegato tutto nel dettaglio, sia sull’alloggio che su cosa fare a Roma. L’host è stato estremamente disponibile e cordiale, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. L’appartamento? Semplicemente perfetto. Curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, con ogni comfort immaginabile. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato cibo, vino, acqua, birra… e poi una macchina del caffè fantastica, kit di benvenuto con salviettine struccanti, lamette, vanity bag… davvero tutto ciò che si possa desiderare, e anche di più! Il letto era enorme e comodissimo, l’ambiente pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. Davvero, meriterebbe 6 stelle su 5. Potrei continuare a scrivere per ore, perché è stato tutto perfetto.

Nostromondo’s place was in a great neighborhood and was very spacious. It was very easy to get in touch with the host in advance of arriving in Rome and we were able to arrange a time to check in soon after we arrived. The host was very responsive throughout our stay, including when there was a clog in the shower drain, which she promptly worked to resolve while we were out on our daily tours. Overall a great stay in Rome, and would recommend for others!

We came from Florida USA , and were lucky to met Paola personally, she came to meet us and she was very nice an attentive, and friendly, the apartment was very clean , she has cookies for us, everything I need it was there , the place was was super quite and close to everything, the supermarket was 2 doos down which it was a plus , I will recommend Paolas and her place to anyone, from Brenda and Jesus Thank you

Ein absoluter Traum für alle Rom-Reisende. Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie beschrieben – wenn nicht sogar besser. Der Whirlpool war das Highlight nach einem langen Tag voller Sightseeing – Entspannung pur. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und doch nahe am Zentrum – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bequem mit der Metro erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

This place was absolutely beautiful we were made to feel right at home. We had great links to the metro to pop into the centre of Rome with ease or to connect to other stations to go further afield. The flat is beautiful, the sunset every night was magical. It was great to have a place to get away from some of the crowds in Rome and then venture in when we were up for it. Andrea was probably the best host we have had, super attentive, was open to give really helpful recommendations and invite us to local events, and he filled the stay with bonus things like all of the stuff you need to make a pasta dinner on your arrival and some local prosecco it was just the best. Highly recommend, would be lucky to go back ourselves!

Stephano was a fantastic host. Very flexible with check in time. Since we arrived earler he met with us gave us a house. It was very safe to keep our luggage there. He gave us great restaurant recommendations. Stefano is very responsive and helped us whenever we needed help with anything.

Soggiorno perfetto con jacuzzi romantico! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero ben. La casa pulitissima e curata nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera accogliente. La vasca idromassaggio è stata il punto forte: spaziosa, ben funzionante e incredibilmente rilassante, perfetta per un momento di coccole. Adorabile anche la TV orientabile, comoda sia dal letto che dalla vasca, ideale per serate cinema senza sacrificare il comfort. Il balconcino è stato una piacevole sorpresa, soprattutto per chi ama una pausa sigaretta senza dover scendere. Il letto era comodissimo e il parcheggio facile da trovare. Consigliatissimo per coppie che cercano relax e un tocco di romanticismo! Torneremo sicuramente. 🌟

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. This level of personalized service made our trip so much smoother an

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace

The apartment was incredible, the host was also very helpful and very responsive. The apartment is decorated perfectly and is very spacious inside. It is a walkable distance to lots of restaurants and the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return and stay again we all loved our visit.
