Apartment with stunning rooftop views in the historic Borgo Pio district

Savor the warm and welcoming atmosphere of this apartment, where the wood of the ceiling beams and the parquet create honey-colored light effects. The modern layout of the spaces is all in favor of comfort. In the characteristic Borgo Pio district in a very quiet historic building from the 1800s, 100 meters from St. Peter's Basilica and 500 meters from the Vatican Museums. Very close to the shopping area of Via Cola di Rienzo and Via del Corso. The apartment consists of a double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower and whirlpool tub, a large living room with a large sofa and a double sofa bed, a dining table and a large kitchen equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine and microwave. The apartment has 2 TVs and Wi-Fi internet, independent heating and central air conditioning in all rooms. Check-in time is quite flexible; you need to arrange your arrival time in advance by email or Whatsapp. Check-out is by 10 a.m. I'll send you instructions on how to pick up the keys. The building does not have an elevator. The Borgo district is a quiet and elegant area within walking distance of St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums as well as the great shopping street Cola di Rienzo, which connects the historic center of Rome, Piazza del Popolo, with the Vatican. Our residence is a few meters from the Ottaviano metro stop, with which you can easily reach all the attractions of the Eternal City. Extra charge to be paid upon arrival: - City tax €3.5 per person per day
