We loved the house, beautifully furnished, all bedrooms perfect with good beds, high quality furniture, lovely living/eating space with cozy couch, well equipped kitchen. The house is modern and to the highest standard, very beautiful! The views on the Dolomite mountains are spectacular, nice terrace with bbq facing the special view and little garden behind the house w a jacuzzi !!! The hosts are super helpful and friendly (Claudine) and check-in and check-out was uncomplicated and professional. Two things which we had not anticipated was that the house is very much fitted into the center of the village (practical with super market across the street) and therefore sometimes a bit noisy from the road. The pool is across the street and part of a bigger apartment complex, so it is not private but quite busy and loud. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely come again, it is a beautiful place.

Un paradiso! Una splendida baita immersa nelle montagne! Spazi puliti e vivibili! Panorama mozzafiato. Posizione strategica per chi ama camminare, in dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge il parco nazionale dello stelvio. Assolutamente da consigliare per chi ama la natura e il silenzio! Host accogliente e disponibile!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place! The accommodation was spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. Andrea was incredibly helpful, providing great local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. Our family loved exploring Cavalese and its beautiful surroundings. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend both the place and its fantastic location!

We had a wonderful stay . The house is in a beautiful setting , we felt cared by the hosts who were warm and welcoming . A real place to getaway from it all . The house was well heated and super clean with a well equipped kitchen . Many thanks !!

An amazing holidays break to total relaxation. House is located in a remote place that has all you need to enjoy your self and family. Great spot for dog owners as well as there are lots of places for the dogs to run freely. If looking a place to switch off and have some activities - this can be top of your list.

Die Familie hat uns auf dem Bauernhof herzlich empfangen. Das Chalet ist prima ausgestattet und der Garten lädt sehr zum verweilen, ausruhen und geniessen ein. Einfach wunderschön, geniale Aussicht und gemütliche Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Für Kinder hat es einen tollen Spielplatz mit viel Spielzeug. Die Infrarot Sauna im oberen Stock ist zusätzlich eine grosser Bonuspunkt. Der Bus hält gleich vor dem Haus, was perfekt für Ausflüge in die Berge nach Bozen und Meran bietet. Die Tiere auf dem Hof runden das Wohlfühlen heimelig ab. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort von ganzem Herzen. Einfach eine tolle Energie mit tollen, liebevollen Menschen. Vielen Dank! Baita stupenda, accogliente e pulita. Marco ci ha accolto e accompagnato, è stato gentilissimo. Elena sempre disponibile e anche lei gentilissima. È stata una vacanza stupenda, peccato solo per il tempo, ma comunque anche stare a casa e fare un barbecue non è stato niente male, cucina ben fornita, avevano addirittura un mattarello per stendere che pensavo di non trovare, insomma tutto fantastico il posto poi incantevole anche andare in giro per le baite vicine a piedi; ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

La vue de ce logement est incroyable et la propriétaire était très réactive aux messages. Notre séjour s’est super bien déroulé et nous avons pu profiter des superbes accommodations du lieu. Le petit point négatif que j’aurais à mentionner est que le logement n’a pas de climatisation alors il faisait chaud la nuit dans les chambres lorsque nous fermions les portes mais sinon le reste était parfait !

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questa casa! Il posto è bellissimo e molto tranquillo, perfetto per rilassarsi con un gruppo di amici. La casa è spaziosa, pulita e davvero comoda, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. L’host è stato gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo splendido chalet a Bormio. La struttura è molto grande e perfetta per gruppi o famiglie numerose: dispone di 4 spaziose camere da letto e 4 bagni, il che garantisce comfort e privacy per tutti gli ospiti. Il salone è ampio e accogliente, con un bellissimo camino che crea un’atmosfera calda e rilassante, ideale per le serate in compagnia. Anche il giardino è un punto di forza: curato e spazioso, perfetto per godersi momenti all’aperto in tranquillità. La posizione è ottima: lo chalet si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Bormio, permettendo di raggiungere comodamente ristoranti, negozi e le terme senza dover usare l’auto. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca comfort, spazio e una posizione strategica per vivere al meglio Bormio.

Posto magnifico, dall’alloggio al contesto. La casa era davvero splendida, ancora più bella dal vivo e emanava una sensazione di benessere e tranquillità. Ci siamo trovati benissimo con i padroni di casa che ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti. La consiglio a tutti dalle famiglie ai gruppi di amici. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Ein wirklich charmantes Haus in einer wunderschönen Gegend mit sehr gepflegten Garten. Danke für die tolle Kommunikation und fürs schnelle helfen sämtlicher Angelegenheiten. Wem knarrende Türen nicht stören der wird hier absolut zufrieden und begeistert sein. Toll für Familien und Hundebesitzer.

A great place to stay with genuine ski-in/ski-out. We stayed here with a second family and thoroughly enjoyed both the property and the slopes. Facilities were great, boot room was super helpful with 9 people - we'd definitely come back for another trip!

Host gentilissimo e disponibile Alloggio molto grande e spazioso Sauna/proiettore/palestra sono dei plus molto graditi e li abbiamo utilizzati molto. Vista spettacolare sulla valle e sulle montagne innevate. Impianto sciistico a due passi Ottima scelta per passare un periodo nella zona

Valentino was a perfect host. We were his first guests and we really felt like home. He is very friendly and responsive. Beautiful renovated house with plenty space for us (2 adults and 3 kids). Lovely oven, heated by wood, which adds to the atmosphere. The location has a stunning view and the sun waked us up in the morning. Full recommendation from us. Best Julia & Alex
