Beachfront holiday rentals in Trelawny Parish

Our entire family enjoyed our stay tremendously. The sea view is priceless, you can’t keep your eyes off it. The staff was friendly, courteous and respectful! We would love to visit again!

Really enjoyed my stay at Karl’s the place is as the ad describes it. Location is perfect. Other than that all I can say is stay here if you are looking for a great located Airbnb that's spacious and has wonderful views.

Susan’s villa is everything you’d expect from her pictures and details. Absolutely no complaints with the villa, yard, pool, and close neighbours. The only issue we’ve had in the 2 years staying at south sea is the homeowners by the only beach decided to rudely remove the only tree/shade there. Quite disappointing and heartbreaking for future guests. Besides that, Susan is a highly reputable businesswoman and will take care of her guests.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb by the sea in Jamaica. The views were absolutely stunning ! we loved watching both the moon rise and the sunrise right from the property. The host was extremely welcoming, and the caretaker was so kind and attentive, always making sure our needs were met. The peaceful grounds were perfect for our two-year-old son, who loved exploring and gazing out at the sea. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. We can’t wait to return!

Sanjae is a SUPER SUPER HOST. He was very responsive, every hour of the day, addressing our every need. The property was as described. We were very at home and the community is very peaceful and tranquil, allowing utmost relaxation. It was a very good holiday.

I can't say enough about this stay. Shekeria and her family were so generous and welcoming toward us. The photos are beautiful, but the actual experience is unbelievable. We were treated so kindly by Shekeria, the driver she arranged for us, Dexter, and the other locals we met while there, including Omar at the jerk chicken place down the road. Shekeria and her mother's cooking is remarkable -- we recommend!! This is a stay in the Carribean like nothing else. The private water access is beautiful and not hard to get to if you can do stairs. Crystal water and sunsets. The family's gardens are pristine and full of color and birds -- we saw the Jamaican national bird, the Doctor Bird, while there, and mangrove trees and several other wondrous bits of nature. Bluefields Beach is not far, too, but we found we really loved being right where we were. This is a special place. So, so grateful that we got to experience it.

Trevor was a responsive host from Inquiry to Checkout. He accommodated an early check in, to give us time to rest before attending the wedding. He touched base occasionally throughout our 2 night stay to make sure we were comfortable. The listing is exactly as described. We weren’t able to get the AC to stay on longer than 2-3 minutes at a time but Trevor explained in detail what to do….just didn’t work for us. If the AC is important to you that’s a consideration. In our case it wasn’t a big deal. The view from the balcony is nice and having access to the private beach is a great convenience.

This has been my second time staying with her. Very good host. She makes you feel at home the minute you get there, the place has everything you need as if you were at home. 100% recommended if you want a home from home!

Beautiful and spacious property! I would definitely stay here again! I would recommend purchasing the all inclusive plan as everything from meals to club events are a separate charge if you aren’t on the all inclusive plan. We weren’t sure what we could or could not participate in. Overall, this stay was a 10/10! Furniture was super comfortable and the views were amazing! I hope to return soon!

Wendy-Jo and Hank’s place was absolutely beautiful, private, and peaceful. The apartment had perfect views of the beach and it was easy access to both the beach and the pool. They even went out of their way to write a nice birthday card for my partner’s birthday. We also booked their recommended driver for a couple of nights when we went in town for dinner. Overall, we had no issues staying in the apartment and Wendy-Jo and Hank were super responsive if I had any questions. If I come back to Jamaica, I’ll definitely stay at this Airbnb again!

This place was fantastic. As a solo traveler, I felt safe walking about and exploring the area alone even at night. I Appreciated being tucked away but still close to everything. This place is literally right down the street from Breathless/Secret resorts. I would recommend getting a few taxi drivers information so that you have options if needed. The restaurant that is in walking distance is good but definitely try others in the area. Also go to Fairview nearby! Overall I really enjoyed the stay and will be back.

Everything you see in the photos is exactly how it is in real life. It’s really home away from home. Only problem I had was finding the place, otherwise the place was awesome and definitely will be visiting again soon.

Amazing stay! The owners were super helpful and responsive, they organized a great trip without us even asking for it! Also, it’s a gated community so as two girls traveling on our own we felt really safe there. Getting to the centre and other touristic attractions was just a few min ride. If you’re coming to Montego Bay that’s the place to stay! :)

Ricardo's condo unit was lovely. More spacious than pictures show and A/C in both bedrooms and living area was perfect. The fact each bedroom had a full bath was ideal. It was a very quiet, safe, locked community with excellent security. We were 3 senior citizen women who felt safe and found the walk to Doctor's Cave beach doable. There is a small grocery market on the walk to the beach with a friendly, helpful proprietor. you'll need a ride to a typical US size market. Only suggestions I could make would be for Ricardo to have some kitchen supplies such as plastic wrap, and some spices/sugar. Also a few mixing bowls would be helpful. It is difficult if you cook to have to buy most everything or have limited kitchen utensils. Salt and pepper was provided. We also did not use the washer/dryer as it is not a listed amenity, but did use the clothesline. We would stay again. In addition ask Ricardo for Pete Morgan's transportation contact. He is reliable and friendly as a driver.

Many thanks to Hank and Wendy Jo. They were super responsive and helpful. They graciously allowed us to check in early for our anniversary. And even sent their housekeeper to check on us mid visit. The location is great, the best hot water on the island, and what a beautiful patio to take in the sunrise and the sunset. We will definitely be back. Thank you both!

A quiet and safe place to stay. We are not interested in being in the center of a crowd so this location was perfect. Right between MoBay and Ocho Rios. Martin was available immediately once we determined that I had booked the rental car for a later date😤. Absolutely a site for sore eyes at the airport. On the way to the apartment, Martin stopped by a local restaurant and paid for both curried chicken and pork dinners for us. It was delicious. Once we arrived to the residence and walked in, I knew things were going to be okay. Very secure, clean, open design. The wind was flowing from the beach through our windows that were draped with soft curtains. Very dreamy . I am a sensitive sleeper that’s very affected by noise and temperature. Our room had a very quiet wall unit. As a result, my sleep score went from the 70’s to 80’s (a high score of 89!). My husband expressed to me that this was the best trip he never wanted to take! We looked forward to returning.

First let me say this spot is now my favorite and go to spot,the view is amazing and having the entire place for yourself is top notch,it looked exactly like the photos and we felt right at home the moment we walked in my partner said "this is the spot,we're not going anywhere else",the area is quiet and spots are easy to find for food or shopping and even the beach,we had fun just being alone and having such privacy we loved everything about this place this was definitely a Home away from home and I was sad to leave but we will definitely be back. Thanks again.

When we arrived, staff was waiting for us with beautiful smiles and welcomes. The view is absolutely beautiful and the house very clean. The purpose of this vacation was to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday and R & R. The chef made a cake and with the view the R & R was very easy. The only downfall was the weather (it rained a lot) but we made the best of it because it was still warm. Worth every penny and very pleased.

It was just what we needed for a relaxing cap off to my birthday. The place is exactly as shown and Eftihia was responsive to all of my (at times) many questions from beginning to end. The pool was a nice little dip at the end of the night too! Also, Because of the time we went it was peaceful and empty of tourists so we basically had a private beach feet away from us. This did make food options in the immediate area a little limited, but Leroy and his wife always had something for us at his restaurant Leroy’s. Also, we used Effie’s suggested driver David who was amazing along with his nephew who guided us through Kingston. It was a perfect, romantic break from the crazy city.

House was very clean. I love that each room had their own bathroom. The pool is beautiful even though we didn’t get to use it due to the weather. The view of the ocean is amazing, and Falmouth is less than 10mins away which was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.
