The old town of Kufstein, as well as all public transport, is within a three-minute walk. Spacious living-sleeping area with desk, recliner, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.

Alpine chalet with sauna and fantastic mountain views

The fantastically beautiful, luxuriously equipped chalet was built in 2017 in the Tyrolean Alpine style with a lot of old wood. The house is located 10 minutes from the mountain doctor's office on a high plateau above the village of Ellmau with a unique view of the Wilder Kaiser. In winter, the ski bus (stop 50 meters away) takes guests to the Ellmau ski resort in 5 minutes. You can ski back to the house.
