House holiday rentals in Treasure Beach

I had a fantastic stay. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful place to stay! I stayed as a family vacation. Plenty of room for all of us and Sydney was super responsive to all of our questions. Thoughtful hosts and a comfortable place to rest that’s a great value for price. Two thumbs up!

We arrived at Seaside Villa for a family gathering. The community is warm, friendly and everything you may need is conveniently located near the villa. We had people of all ages, the kids enjoyed the pool, the had a blast on the beach, every night we sat out by the pool and the kids entertained the adults with dances. The adults were able to have their own rooms, they were all beautiful, cool, and have privacy. The kitchen has everything you could need and more! Every morning I was able to pinch a fresh guava from the tree and take a walk to the beach for a swim. Treasure beach is amazing honestly, we loved smurfs for breakfast, and we hung out a lot at Lashings beach club, and everyone is so friendly and jovial! 10/10 recommend Seaside Villa, thank you Matthew and Deb for hosting us!

Our group of six just spent five wonderful days at Maison Bleu. The staff and host made really made the trip memorable for us, nevermind the beautiful setting and amazing sunsets. Thank you to Junior, Tony, Roger, and Natalie for taking such wonderful care of us. And also to Kendra for being so communicative and helping to arrange transportation to several excursions and quickly answering all of our questions. This is a great spot if you're looking for something a bit quieter than the real big tourist areas and resorts. You will be well cared for and feel refreshed. Ainsley has been very communicative before booking, during the stay and even after check out. Goofey the caretaker was very attentive and helpful and the place was really clean. The community is peaceful and seems very safe and the sunrise and sunsets from the property were awesome. Would stay here again. Good job Ainsley.

I will definitely be returning to this beautiful villa. This came right out of a Royal Palm Estate episode! Love love loved it.

The house was more than I expected! Very big house and large spacious rooms. The shower in the master bedroom was my favorite. Overall the place is well kept and close to town. The street was a bit busier than I anticipated but nothing too crazy. The house is set up to ensure the guests are safe. Plenty of door locks, gate locks , grilled in windows and cameras around the outside of the property. I really appreciated how communicative Ms Charmaine was and she made sure I had everything I needed. If I had a request, she jumped on it right away. Definitely look forward to coming back soon!

My family and I found Sheri’s place to be ideal for our needs. It was perfectly located for easy access to all areas of Mandeville. Sheri was always available and quick to respond to any requests. We truly appreciated the fruit spread upon our arrival and her generous offer to provide us with some of our favorite local items. Sheri’s place has become our go-to home away from home whenever we’re in the Mandeville area.

Timothy is a responsive host, extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful property and super safe and secure. My second time booking this property and hands down, this is my favorite stay in Mandeville.

It’s very rare to find accommodations that actually look and feel like the photos/descriptions, offer privacy, and also have a host that treats us superbly. Erica was an exceptional host. She was graceful when showing us around, VERY communicative anytime we reached out to her, and she even allowed us to partake of the ackee that was on the tree in the yard. Maxwell was also very accommodating with our check-in time, and we appreciate that from him very much. We were able to have the island experience, while still enjoying our “home” life. Staying at this Airbnb was basically our little home away from home, and I can’t thank you enough for your amazing hospitality to me and my family. If you find yourself in need of a place to stay, I highly recommend this Airbnb. You will NOT be disappointed.

Keisha is a lovely host. Very responsive. Finding the area wasn't really easy, my GPS could not find the place but Keisha provided directions. The place was clean, water pressure was low despite the water pump but hey that's common in Jamaica most times. The bathroom is tiny which might not be a problem for most people I think for me it was unusual since I have huge bathroom. The house was hot, even though there were fans. In all the cottage was cozy, the place was private, and a bit secluded in my opinion a plus for me. It's still a quick drive into Mandeville. The internet worked great and that's a plus. Would I stay again? absolutely! She rented a Kozy Kottage and that's what we got.

Superb stay. Nicole, her mum and Mr McNeal are super friendly and helpful. They certainly went above expectations to make our stay enjoyable. This one bedroomed accommodation in Amiry, 10 minutes north of Savanna la Mar is perfect for one or two travellers. Everything is super clean and modern. Hot showers, fluffy towels, well equipped kitchen, gated private parking, TV, indoor and veranda comfortable seating, gas cooker, coffee maker, etc. Superb in every way!

Roger was an excellent host. Very easy to communicate with and returns calls in a timely manner. The Chill spot definitely felt like a home away from home. Very nice and quite loaction. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for having us!! Me and my family were attending a funeral & Fay was super responsive when it came to answering my questions. I needed to be local to my Grandma’s, which she had reassured me her beautiful home was the right spot and she wasn’t wrong!! As much as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the accommodation it was perfect location and we all felt right at home. Fay was helpful before booking the accommodation all the way up to us leaving. My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The pictures on the app don’t fully capture its true beauty. Since my husband is from the area, we especially appreciated the familiar sounds of the rooster crowing at dawn and Caribbean music drifting from the windows of a neighboring house—a nostalgic and heartwarming experience. The host thoughtfully arranged for a local guide to assist us in finding the estate and personally escorted us into the gated property. We would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend this beach house for families or close friends. The host is amazing! she made sure everything was all set upon our arrival. The place is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. This picturesque place has a small stream that leads into the sea, which is just breathtaking. The panoramic view of the crystal clear water was spectacular, I snorkelled and kayaked almost everyday. Be sure to apply your sunscreen. There was something for everyone to do from my 75 year old dad to my 3 year old kid. I will most definately be revisting this gem. Thanks! this made my vacation in Jamaica a memorable one, we felt so safe and had so much fun!

Me and the other guests absolutely loved the house and all the beautiful antiques. It is very spacious and equipped with most everything we needed. What ever else we needed, it was promptly provided. The property manager greeted us and made us feel very comfortable. She was very nice and friendly. Alexis was very easy to communicate with and to rectify any errors made in listed amenities. I plan to stay here again if I come back to Mandeville Jamaica.

My family and I stayed here after the Christmas holiday and it was great. We did not spent much time on the property because we were visiting family, but when we were on the property it was nice. The host was very helpful with our needs.

Kimberly was a great host. The house was beautiful quiet well kept she assisted with all of our needs gave us recommendations even recommended a personal driver for all of our in town shopping. Inquire about the Chef service and personal driving service. You’re going to love it you won’t be disappointed. Plenty of room to accommodate a large family

The place is as advertised and easy to find. Collin is a nice person. I didn't need him, but it is good to know that he is always close by. My daughter enjoyed the beautiful yard and swing.

This is about my six or more time staying at Marcia's place. That I think shows just how wonderful Marica is as a host and how welcoming and comfortable her place is. Marcia had really become like family to us. Whenever we are in the Mandeville area Marcia's place is our home away from home. She really understands that when her guest/s chooses her home, the last thing they need is to be uncomfortable or concern about anything. I don't understand why Airbnb has not made her a super host as yet. She response rate is in mins and if there is anything that we may need or questions we may have, Marica takes care of it almost immediately. She's our super host. If you're ever in the Mandeville area please visit her home. I can guarantee that you will love it and you'll definitely go back again 😁
