All'esterno offre una bellissima terrazza con tavolo, sdraio e accesso a un grande giardino, ideale per i più piccoli, dove possono giocare e divertirsi in mezzo alla natura che li circonda.

The immediate proximity to the sea allows you to easily walk to the beach made of fine sand suitable especially for children. The villa has two double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Outside, large spaces, both at the front of the house and at the back with an additional built-in kitchen, bathroom and shower. Two covered verandas and a large garden. Free wi-fi unlimited.

This villa includes a main house and an outbuilding, with a total of 8 beds. Both rooms are really comfortable and thoughtful in the smallest of details. The villa has a large outdoor space with a pleasant English lawn, an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, a barbecue, and a pool with solarium. All rooms are air-conditioned.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
