Excellent host and good communication. We really enjoyed this place. Plenty of space and nicely decorated, with a unique vibe. Being able to breakfast with a unique view on the sea. semi private beach, outdoor shower...would have loved to extend our stay...you will not regret this experience...warmly recommended

This is a great villa with exceptional views. Very well equipped and extremely peaceful. Our three boys loved being so close to the village Astro pitch too. The village is very authentic and a great location to explore Lefkas town and the west coast beaches. Highly recommend

Villa de rêve avec une vue extraordinaire sur la mer et la nature avec tous les soirs le spectacle du couché de soleil. La conception de la maison est parfaite et de taille idéale pour 4 personnes. Elle est moderne et très bien équipée. BBQ à gaz à disposition. Bref une villa idéale en ce qui me concerne. De plus Spiros a été extrêmement disponible et nous a aidé afin de découvrir l'île dans de bonne condition. Spiros est très amical. Nous y reviendrons avec très grand plaisir

Beautiful place, great views. Clean and spacious.

Everything was great, we loved the house and the patio with the garden. We had everything we needed for our stay, including some welcoming gifts from our host. The location is a bit far from the beach, but this wasn’t a problem for us as we had the car to move around and explore the area. There are many beautiful beaches nearby and also good restaurants with great food. We highly recommend the house to anyone looking for some peace and quiet!

Fabulous! The apartment is spacious, extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. You walk up the path to the villa among beautiful trees, jasmine, mandevilla plants in full bloom and it was a delight to see. Lampros was very charming, met us and showed us around the apartment and we settled in straight away. The front terrace is stunning with views of the sea and a perfect place to chill and relax. The apartment is a short walk to the beautiful beach, bars and restaurants and there is a supermarket, bakery very close by. It was perfect base to explore the area and there is so much to see and do. We loved our visit to the monastery of Zalongo; Arta, Preveza and Parga; all within easy reach. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal at the closest restaurant Aiolos and the meal at The Fish Restaurant (basically dining on the terrace of a family home) was amazing and the family were so friendly. Our favourite meal was lunch at ll Mindo di Mare in Preveza. Villa Avocado 5 stars ❤️?

The place is very clean, warm and cozy. We had a great time during our stay. Katerina as a host was welcoming and gave us a lot of information about the surrounding area which helped elevate our journey and experiences.

Absolute TOP Villa! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut und der Check in war problemlos. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer super Lage, man ist in einigen Minuten am Hafen. Wenn wir nochmals Lefkada besuchen sollten, dann werden wir definitiv wieder hier buchen

Very nice place to stay. The pictures are exactly like the place looks in real. Kostas was good in communication and picked us up to take us to the house. There is a beautiful view from the terrace down to the city. You need a car to get to the restaurants, but then they are easy to reach.

The place is even more beautiful than appears to be in the picture; the property has an amazing view to the sea, well preserved, located in the middle of olive trees that offers you the shadow you need in the middle of a hot day; the infinity pool is a big plus that makes this place even more impressive. Kostas and his wife are the perfect hosts for the guests, making us feeling welcomed from the moment we arrived there. All in all, we had an amazing time there and we want to come back again in the future.

Anastasia was the best host we’ve ever had. Her and her family went above and beyond to insure our stay was perfect! It was like staying in a hotel. The villa was stunning, so spacious, beautiful surroundings. We came home one day to a lovely gift from her. There’s so much to see in Lefkada, beautiful beaches, very easy to drive around. We will definitely be going back .

Η διαμονή στην Villa Magnolia ήταν από την πρώτη ημέρα μέχρι και την τελευταία, υπέροχη. Τόσο πριν, όσο και κατά την άφιξή μας, ο οικοδεσπότης φρόντισε και ήταν όλα στην εντέλεια ενώ είχε δώσει σαφείς οδηγίες για την άφιξη και είχε προνοήσει να ρωτήσει για τυχόν ιδιαιτερότητες των οικογενειών και των παιδιών, ώστε να επιδιώξει να τις ικανοποιήσει. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, τακτοποιημένο και ζεστό. Φιλοξένησε άνετα τρείς οικογένειες με 7 συνολικά παιδιά στα πέντε υπνοδωμάτια (τρία έχουν δικό τους μπάνιο). Η κουζίνα και το τεράστιο καθιστικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ενώ υπάρχει πολύ ωραίος κήπος. Στα θετικά του σπιτιού είναι το πολύ καλό ασύρματο δίκτυο (wi-fi) και αναμφίβολα η τοποθεσία του. Μόνο 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τα Ιωάννινα και περίπου μια ώρα από το Μέτσοβο και τα Ζαγοροχώρια. Σε κοντινή απόσταση (5 λεπτά με τα πόδια) υπάρχουν δύο καταστήματα τροφίμων με όλα τα απαραίτητα και φούρνος.

Beautiful villa - great location, clean, has everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of space, 3 kitchens, stunning views especially for sunset! A couple of minutes from the sea! Also great to be so close to the shops and restaurants of Agios Nikita’s. Mariza was very responsive and gave us an excellent recommendation for a boat day before we arrived. We also appreciated the manager checking us in and walking us through the villa. Both were very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay. The villa is perfect for 4 to 5 people. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The two bathrooms with two showers made getting ready very fast. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the washing machine came in handy for freshening up swimwear and towels after going to the beach. The private pool area was definitely the highlight. We barely wanted to go to the beach. There’s also private parking. The location is great: walking distance to restaurants, a store, and a pharmacy. The nearest beach is just 5 minutes away. It's not the most amazing one, but good enough for a quick swim. The host Fillipos is responsive, helpful, and kept the yard and pool spotless, and his mom even brought us fresh peaches, which was such a sweet touch. One tip: if you plan to spend time near the pool, bring strong mosquito repellent.

Property and landlords are everything a renter would wish for. For the record, I live abroad, but I used to be a local and I know the area quite well. Katerina was very helpful well before we show up to the villa. Excellent communication, quick response in questions, full details provided, and she was very proactive in general. Her attitude and approach was very professional! We also had a baby with us and she prepared everything a baby needs! The property is exactly as expected by looking the pictures. It is located a few miles away from the sea, up the mountainside, with amazing view, amongst Olive trees. What you see and surrounds you is a true Greek countryside! The location is also as good as it gets if you want to travel around the entire island. The pool was great, there is always shade somewhere to hide from the hot sun, And it is very spacious. Overall, it is highly recommended!

We had such a fabulous time in Villa Senecio! The house and pool are a fantastic retreat, with the most amazing panoramic view. The outside space is really stunning- lots of places to sit and eat and enjoy the view. The bedrooms are comfortable, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air-con. We found everything very clean and well equipped - plenty of towels, including pool towels, and a well-stocked kitchen with basics like washing up liquid and vinegar and oil etc provided. We were welcomed by a lovely basket full of local produce - all of which we enjoyed - thank you so much! The pool is big and a good depth to properly swim. Our teenage kids had a brilliant time. Dimitris, who looks after the house, was a gem - very responsive and helpful. At Dimitris’ suggestion we hired a boat in Afteli beach in the south - Akis Rental Boat - were really great. Overall we really loved our holiday. Everything felt very generous and aimed to make us feel comfortable and at home! Thank you!!

Es war ein Erlebnis in der Villa von Sokratis! Wunderschön, alles neu und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sokratis war unfassbar freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Ich kann es wirklich empfehlen

Me and my friend came here for a peaceful girls retreat away for her 30th birthday. I can’t put into words how perfect this stay was for us. The host and team supporting them were so responsive and accommodating and the peace felt immediately upon arrival was unquestionable. The facilities were all very clean and a good level of communication was given about everything as well as us being given the reins to explore and enjoy our stay. The Zen garden and sauna were beautiful and an overall care and consideration has obviously been put into this stay. To be able to switch off, feel safe and reconnect was blissful and I’m very grateful to our hosts for that. It will be somewhere I return, absolutely.

What a great villa! Located in the hills near the small village of Katouna it’s a great location in Leftkada. 15mins from the main city and 15mins from the lively town of Nydri. There is a steep climb up to the villa and also the walk to the local village square but it’s worth the effort. The Villa is lovely and recently been finished therefore everything was new and great condition all fully equipped. The main house has 2 bedrooms with en-suites and aircon also an adjoining balcony which we used in mornings and evenings to take in the spectacular views. There is separate annex which our 2 elder sons shared and they loved it, their own separate space. The pool is adequate for jumping in and cooling off, great fun was had by all but it’s not a pool for swim laps. The only down side was that the villa is north facing and therefore you lose the sun late afternoon and we then used the balcony. The owners were truly fantastic, cleaned every few days and we can highly recommend.

🌟 Ονειρική διαμονή σε υπέροχη βίλα! Η βίλα ήταν ευρύχωρη, πεντακάθαρη και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Η ιδιωτική πισίνα ήταν απόλαυση – ιδανική για χαλάρωση όλη τη μέρα. Η τοποθεσία ήσυχη αλλά κοντά σε καταστήματα και παραλίες. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Ιδανική επιλογή για ξεκούραστες διακοπές. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά, το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
