Holiday rentals with beach access in Tramandaí

Everything as described in the listing, very good environment and close to everything. Brenda and Flávia are very attentive, but their mother Salete is above average, very dear and friendly. We will definitely be back.

The apartment has warm décor, offers comfort, is airy and is very organized and clean. The highlight is in the stunning view of the beach and the bar. The building is close to the beach and the Centro, located in the best place in Tramandaí. It is accessible for those who have decreased mobility, have a lift and an access ramp on the door. Our hospitality was brief but pleasant and quiet, corresponding to our expectation.

The carnival holiday 2025 was perfect in this accommodation, apartment seems to have been recently renovated, only 2 flights of stairs, has parking, we find everything clean and organized. The sea view is indescribable, and the apartment well aired by the sea breeze. Laundry machine, rangers, rackets to play on the beach. Anyway complete and very nice apartment, with several nearby markets, and close to the center, we also feel no need to use the car. Already our reference in Tramandaí and if we can we will be back for sure!

My family and I loved the experience of being in Rogerson and Tatiane's space. From pre-check-in, they were extremely friendly and dedicated. The space is beautiful, smells nice and is cozy! Very well equipped! We felt at home! It has a great distance from the beach, market, restaurants and pharmacies and is still quiet to sleep! Full package!!! We'll be back for sure!

Everything just perfect, met and even exceeded expectations. However, a constructive review, I think they could put an internet router close to the airbnb for better wifi connection and the shower after a few minutes turned on, the resistance turns off and we have to turn off and turn on the shower again, which gets in the way of the shower. Outside this, it was a great experience.

Evandro was very polite, kind and polite. Always ready to answer our questions. The house is better than the photos of the ad. The courtyard is large in the back, has a space for 2 cars at the front, 2 grills, one outside and another in the house. The q was wonderful p knots because the day of the stay was rainy. We have several utensils available and functioning at our disposal. Even with the problem of watching TV, it was wonderful, we enjoyed every moment in the house and the rainy day. We will certainly be back soon.

Our stay at Carina's house was sensational. The amenities of the house served us with great comfort. The house is close to the center, restaurants, the beach and at the same time a very quiet and safe place. The house of Fabiano, is exelent, as well as in the photos and all that he described. It is a block and a half from the beach, a few blocks from the center. Clean, airy, with availability of chairs and support for loading them to the beach. Enough kitchen Utensilios. Well there's no way not to compliment. Even the unavailability of wi-fi previously described provided connectivity with nature, human interaction and favoring reading. Á, sleeping with the sound of the sea and waking up with the sea as the landscape of the bedroom window has already been worth what I invested.

We greatly enjoyed our stay, at Arthur's property! The apartment is in front of the beach and you can see the sea. The condominium is very safe, clean and organized, with a structure for the post-spring. Arthur and Alex were very kind at the reception and check-out. I intend to go back!

I had an excellent experience in the apartment! Everything is very clean, well organized, all the furniture is planned, beautiful and well distributed. The location is great, right on the beach, I would live there all summer. Communication with the hosts was quick and thoughtful.

The apartment is large and overlooks the beach the location is very good on the seaside avenue with restaurants nearby, I will return as soon as possible!!

The flat is super cozy and had everything we needed, I felt at home. The view is incredible! Well located in front of the sea! Cristina, our host, is a sweetheart! We were given all the instructions we needed to enjoy our holiday in Tramandaí. When we arrived, we were greeted by Roberval and wife who were also super loved and attentive with us.
