The fully stocked kitchen allows for making the perfect meal with all the necessities or head out to the delicious restaurants on Del Mar Street in downtown San Clemente. Staying here you’ll be just a few minutes’ drive to local beaches, golf courses and parks. Take a walk to San Clemente State beach just across the street. The popular surf spots at Trestles beach at San Mateo point is just about one mile away, while San Onofre State Beach is just under 2 miles away, making this vacation rental a great choice for surfers and families wanting to catch some Southern California waves and sun! Please feel free to reach out for any questions, concerns or travel advice! This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with golf course near by. We are down the street from the Rip Curl Store. This is a residential area located NEXT to the 5 freeway for convenient access. This can cause very mild traffic noise from the 5, however, there are multiple hotels and other vacation rentals on the same street which does not seem to bother many guests. Easy access to freeway allowing for quick and easy travel to multiple sought-after destinations such as San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland and many others! Close to Camp Pendleton, multiple hiking trails, for example Cleveland National Forest, several golf courses and of course, famous Southern California beaches. Getting around: San Clemente Summer Weekend Trolly - FREE- taking you from a near by stop every 15 minutes all around beautiful San Clemente! Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available! Amtrak, Pacific Surfliner Route - train - takes you from San Clemente to Sea World, all the way to Downtown San Diego. Heading north, the Surfliner takes you directly through Anaheim, making your ticket to Disneyland worry free. Not to mention, this convenient train will take you all the way to Los Angeles. Summit Cabin on the Rocks

Perched atop a miniature mountain with expansive views extending from the Pacific Ocean to the peak of San Gorgonio (highest mountain in SoCal), this concept cabin is like a disintegrated house spread across about a 1 acre area. The interior consists of a lofted queen size bed with a large skylight for stargazing, as well as a lounge space with an oversized leather sofa. The highlight of the cabin is the outdoor space. It features a cabana with a day-bed, bean bag, swing chairs, a kitchen, etc

The Wood Pile Inn getaway

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This historic cabin built in 1920 was recently refurbished to its old charm with some modern upgrades for your comfort. The original owner of the Cabin was an author named Catherine Woods. She wrote the very first book on the history of Palomar Mountain; Teepee to Telescope. You'll find a copy in the cabin for a good read.Lots of natural light make this little cabin feel spacious, the windows throughout the cabin offer a beautiful forest view.
