We were pleasantly surprised by the little community there and especially the restaurant when we arrived rather late. Our hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely rebook.

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

We had a pleasant stay. The house is very comfortable and well-decorated. Finally, the house is well located, very central to shine in the different villages.

We cannot say enough great things about my stay at Sophie’s place — it was truly exceptional from start to finish. Sophie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive, making us feel at home the moment we arrived. Her hospitality set the tone for a warm and relaxing experience. The place itself was spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it both cozy and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, centrally located to the Normandy sites. We appreciated how easy it was to get around. My family of five (three of them young children) stayed here for a few days during a three week journey around Europe. It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to visit the D-Day sites and this home made our stay 100% enjoyable. It is my favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. It was perfectly clean, had everything we could have thought we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in such an amazing place!

The property and hosts were both excellent, we had a great time visiting an appreciated the private and beautiful location. It is very close to all Normandy historical attractions yet the property is tucked away in a small village that is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and found the hosts to be truly wonderful people. Highly recommend!

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). We'd definitely return. Thank you for a great stop on our road trip.

An informative detailed plan for the DDay beaches was provided by Francois. lovely flat perfectly located for easy walk into Bayeux. there is a Saturday market 5 mins away, typically French. Our host was always happy to help with info and advice. we will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends.

Very happy stay! Charming village near Arromanche! Very beautiful area of Normandy. Close to the landing beaches, even if some require a little more kilometers, Gold Beach is just 5 minutes away and is impressive to see! Very nice and very quiet and peaceful house! Perfect with a baby.

Ideal house to discover the region! We had a great 3-night stay in Carole and Marc's lovely house, located near Bayeux – a perfect location for visiting the Landing beaches. The house is very clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and the quiet of the place is really appreciable. We particularly liked the terrace, very pleasant for relaxing at the end of the day. The arrival was simple thanks to a key box, and we then had the pleasure of meeting Carole and Marc, very welcoming and caring. We were a family with two teenagers, and even though the house only has one bathroom (open to the bedroom), it did not pose any particular problem – you just have to organize a little. A big thank you to Carole and Marc for their hospitality – we will keep a very good memory of this stay.

We loved staying at Carine’s lovely home in Bayeux. The house is very comfortable and the garden is beautiful. The house is an excellent base for exploring the D-Day landing beaches as well as further inland in Normandy. Walking into Bayeux is really easy and there’s a lovely bakery only 5 minutes away by foot. Thanks Carine for the great recommendation.

We had a few wonderful days in Normandy. This accommodation is perfectly located as a base to visit the many attractions surrounding the landing in Normandy. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the host, who gave us a lot of valuable information about the area. During our stay, we didn't see the host anymore, but she was always available if needed. The accommodation has all the comforts. The toilet and shower are on the small side, but since our traveling party consists of two men of over 1.95 meters, that has been understandable and certainly not disturbing. All in all a nice place to stay and we would definitely recommend this place to others.

Going to Normandy with my 83 year old grandpa was easy and exactly what we had hoped for thanks to Sandra’s location. Great space that was very quiet and private in a beautiful neighborhood, within a walkable distance to the city center. Highly recommend this place for any family to come and enjoy the sights of Normandy!

We had a most wonderful stay at Morgane and Baptiste cottage in beautiful Normandy. It was the perfect location for a relaxed getaway from everyday busy life. The place itself is lovely, a really restful space with that was perfectly clean, comfortable and cosy. We had great days where we spent most of it there, resting and relaxing. The location was good too, 5 minutes from amenities, 20 minutes from Juno beach and 15 from Caen, so there’s plenty to do, without having to go far. And our hosts were fantastic! Really friendly, quick to respond and ready to give advice. They helped us plan a journey into Paris, and took time to say farewell when we left - we left really impressed!
