Dear Guests Welcome! Caccamo is a hill town on the north coast of Sicily 521 m above the sea level, 10 km from the coast, 45 km from Palermo. The town of medieval origin is very rich in art and history. The town holds great views of the surrounding countryside and overlooks the San Leonardo river valley and the artificial lake Rosamarina, where you can enjoy different recreation activities and watersports. The area is known for its agricultural products: almonds, meat, cheeses and olives.

Comfortable House with Saltwater Infinity Pool

Unser Ferienhaus "Casa accanto al Carrubo" wurde 2015 erbaut. 2017 kam dann der Infinity Pool (Salzwasser) hinzu. Es liegt sehr ruhig 3 km vom kleinen Fischerdorf San Nicola L'Arena entfernt. Der Blick fällt auf die Berge des Naturreservats "Pizzo Cane". The Holiday Home was build in 2015. 2017 we finished the saltwater infinity pool. It lies about 3 km outside of San Nicola L'Arena a small fisherman village 30km from Palermo. There are beautiful views to the mountains of a natural reserve.

Casa Villea - Big terrace with sea view

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

The geographical location of this villa allows you to admire two landscapes behind Mount Eurako and comfortably , anywhere in the house, the infinite and immense beauty of the sea. That's why a newly built pool was built with a completely infinity sea view. Cefalù, Palermo, and Castelbuono a few kilometers away.

A quiet house

The house is located 500 meters from the center and 750 meters from Caccamo Castle. It is equipped with a large and well-equipped kitchen-living room and a bathroom; a double bedroom and a loft with a full-size bed and a bathroom with a large shower. You can park your car for free and parking is easy to find. Quality towels, fresh sheets, shampoo, and shower gel will be at your disposal.

Casa del Rais with private access to the sea

Casa del Rais, located on the rocks under Solanto Castle, has a breathtaking view with access to the private sea. This is a historic residence and the ancient home of the Rais, also used for tuna sighting and to signal the start of the Mattanza. Today, the house of the old Rais is completely renovated with standards and comforts of pure design that make it one of a kind.
