Great place to stay, clean and has everything you need.

What a perfect spot to stay for my family’s winter vacation! The snow was epic! The local resort, Kokusai is great and Rusutsu and Niseko are also a bit further on to explore. The studio’s central location is walkable to good restaurants and numerous beautiful onsens. It’s clean, warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. Neil was a fantastic source of local knowledge, which was very helpful in the authentic town of Jozankei Onsen. Highly recommend this place!

The house is clean and the decor is new. The walkway between the two rooms is narrow and the suitcase cannot be opened. The second floor bathroom only has a toilet and a washroom behind the toilet, and brushing teeth and washing are still available on the first floor. The entire room uses a central air conditioning system, and the rooms on the second floor do not have independent air conditioning. The central air conditioning outlet is small, and it takes a long time for the room to cool down in the summer.

Yoshie's home was a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well-stocked with useful supplies and plenty of complimentary snacks! It's also very close to a grocery store, Laweson, and Yamato office for luggage forwarding. Yoshie was also very helpful, offering to drive us to a nearby station both at check-in and check-out and giving us advice on efficient trains.

The host of the accommodation was very friendly. The accommodation was so clean and spacious that it was too bad to stay alone. It was nice that the surroundings were all secluded and quiet as it was a residential area. The best part was that the access process was uncomplicated and guests were able to move when they wanted to. If I come to Oasa next time, I would definitely use it again. We had a really good stay.

There were many rooms, and it was very clean and comfortable. I was also grateful that toothbrushes and towels were provided.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and had the most wonderful time! We felt at home right away as the apartment was really cozy. Do take note that there is no lift and the room is on the 3rd floor. However, it was not a problem for us even though we had 3 suitcases. The neighborhood has plenty of food options, convenience stores, drug stores and supermarket all within walkable distance. Thanks to this apartment, we love Hiragishi neighborhood!

The place was accessible and the host made an effort to secure a parking space for us. For those not driving it is within walking distance from a station. But do note that you would have to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs. Other than that it was cosy and could comfortably fit the two of us.

Great location with extremely close access to konbini and a short 2 minute walk to the nearest station. The view of the Sapporo landscape from the balcony is amazing and better than the pictures show.

It was very clean and the location was very good. It is right in front of Shingen Ramen, so it is recommended for those who want to open run. The room was bigger than I thought, so 4 of us stayed comfortably, and the neighborhood was quiet, so I slept well. I highly recommend it!

I had an amazing stay at Moreu's house! Moreu is incredibly kind and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The location is very convenient, with easy access to everything you might need. The house itself is impeccably clean and well-equipped, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Great place, everything in good condition, responsive hosts

Immediately after booking, I received a polite explanation of how to get there, and I was able to go with peace of mind even in a place I had never been before.The room was very clean and tidy, and it was easy to find things, so it was easy to spend time.The place was thoroughly cleaned and we had a pleasant time.It was a week's stay, but it was very good.Thank you very much.

There were two of us in Chen's place and we enjoyed it very much. Only the nights were a bit noisy but you have to expect that when you vacation in susukino.

This was our first time visiting Otaru, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and an easy stroll to the main streets of Otaru. Every morning, we could hear the sound of the steam clock and music in the distance, which made the atmosphere feel so peaceful and beautiful. It’s also very close to convenience stores and everything else we needed. We really loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

The room was actually bigger than I expected. Everything is super clean and the room was very nice. It was facing the ocean and I bet it would’ve looked even better during the winter. I also really appreciated having a bath that’s also facing that view.

We loved Yumi’s place. Two things stood out. First, the home itself was very nice. It is on a high floor with a great view of the city. The beds are comfortable. The bath area has a very nice bathtub. And the dining room has a welcoming, rustic table. The space is decorated very well, but is not cluttered. Second, the location is excellent. It is very close to a subway station. And it has both a Lawsons and a Seven-Eleven nearby. It is also right next to a large, beautiful park. We were lucky enough to book Yumi’s place during the Sapporo festival in the park and had fun checking it out. Being an unfamiliar with Japanese and Sapporo, I found the paid parking lots to be confusing, but eventually figured it out. Also the security door to the elevator was confusing. Yumi explains what to do during check-in, but I still had some trouble. Despite these initial setbacks, we had a great time and I would choose Yumi’s place again the next time we are in Sapporo.

CP is 200%, enjoy it very much, more thoughtful design than many hotels, and I highly recommend coming here for a relaxing vacation!
