Quentin and Guillaume were kind, responsive genimal hosts, their cottage is clean, well-equipped and in a quiet and secure setting. I recommend it.

We just returned from our stay in Blois and we were very satisfied with the residence. The location is amazing and the house was a great value compared to others we researched. We ate lovely meals there with food from the local shops and enjoyed the view. There are a few caveats to share that didn't negatively impact our stay, but should be shared for clarity. There are two toilettes in the house on two different level and they are shared by all guests. There are in-room bathing and sinks in each bedroom, but only one room has a stand up shower. The other two are designed to combine with a bath. There is another shower on the main level, but it is not as convenient as having it in-room. There is also no realistic parking on site and the center town is crowded. We used the paid parking that is very close and convenient, but was an extra 15 euro per day. Lastly, it is good to know this is an old building with neighbors, so there is some noise. Our co-host was also fantastic. Merci!

We had a great time at Marie-Paule's house with our 15-month-old daughter. The apartment is spacious and nice. We enjoyed the terrace which is a real plus! The apartment is well equipped with cooking utensils etc. and it is right next to the train station and Château de Blois so very well located. We'll be happy to go back!

Great time with your partner!! the presence of the hot tub is a real plus. the accommodation was very clean and well-equipped, we were very well received and we were able to enjoy this short stay peacefully.

You can't find a better service that perfectly matches the description on the site. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or proposal for improvement are very commendable. But as it is specified in many opinions published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already at the top. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the general situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their place.

Very well-equipped apartment. Everything is sparkling clean. Within cycling distance of the city center with many restaurants. The bakery is within walking distance to get delicious baguettes in the morning and more. Supermarkets are also in short proximity. Bicycles could be safely stored in the basement room on the bottom left of the apartment building and the wagon can be placed in the open parking space with enclosed bareel. Places too over to park.👌👍

Small but very functional apartment and very well arranged to save maximum space. There were 4 of us including 2 children and we slept perfectly in the apartment. We were even able to unfold our crib from the baby and move around the apartment easily. Located on the heights of Montrichard, the view from the balcony is clear enough to admire the surroundings. The location of this apartment was perfect for going to Beauval Zoo, just a 20 minute drive away! Great value, tidy and clean, I recommend this apartment!

I recommend this apartment to my friends. It's certainly above all expectations. The only advice I would give Melin is to let guests find placemats for breakfast, too. Otherwise everything is perfect

Laetitia is very nice, caring and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare your delicious meal! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we did not get very hot (we appreciated having blankets available). We had a lovely weekend! And all of my friends and I highly recommend taking this place.

We had a lovely time at the Poulain cottage. Château de Blois and the Museum of Magic are reached by foot in less than 10 minutes. Shops are also within walking distance. The private parking space included with the rental is a real plus. This allows you to leave the car during the stay. In addition to the exceptional location of the cottage, it has been renovated in the former home of Mr. Poulain founder of the brand in his name, and the cottage has been tastefully decorated with posters of the brand. Documents (TV documentary, book) on the history of the Poulain brand are available in the cottage to make the stay also a cultural moment. We highly recommend it. Thanks a lot

Beautiful studio downstairs of a beautiful house with a large garden full of trees. Very relaxing place and warm host. I'd recommend it without a second thought

Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!

Great stay in this appartment with superbe view on the river! The private Whirlpool we liked very much; it is really relaxing. In a sunny day you can enjoy the B breakfast/ dinner outside! Close to the center of Blois and also others sights like Amboise ....

We had a great time at Bertrand's place. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and pool. The listing matches the photos and descriptions perfectly. We'll be happy to go back! Thanks for the stay.

We had a lovely stay at Ellis's. The place is ideal for a quiet rest. Ellis is available if you need anything. We were with a 17-month-old baby who was able to play outside safely and discover lots of new things. We also enjoyed the BBQ outside, which was very nice. What a positive thing about this place.

All as described. Beautiful complex. A great experience. Great host. Ideal for excursions or simply enjoying the life at the farm.

Very good welcome from Allison and Thomas, we immediately felt comfortable! Special mention for the pool, our 2 year old daughter had a lot of fun (daddy too of course!) We would highly recommend.
