Start the day on the outdoor deck before heading out to the village's shopping strip. Designed in a minimalist aesthetic, this centrally-located apartment is filled with natural light, and is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The apartment is conveniently located close to local shops and cafes which are literally less then 5 minutes walk. There is also a grocery store less than 20meters away and two train stations within walking distance. Seddon is 7km travel distance from the Melbourne CBD and 4 train stops away. The whole apartment is available for your private stay. There is a separate rear door entry to the top level via a lane way. Your host won’t be on the property but they’ll be available for anything you need during your stay. We are only a phone call or email away and will not be too far away. Seddon is an inner city suburb with a friendly demographic that enjoys the cafe and coffee culture. There are small parks speckled throughout the suburb and people will always greet you with a smile as they pass you by. There is a train station with walking distance away and takes 4 stops to arrive within the Melbourne City CBD. If you have a rental car, you can park about 20 meteres away from the apartment with no restrictions. The apartment is located on the top level of a retail store with a private entry from the rear lane.

Saratu was friendly and welcoming, the home was immaculate and safe, everything was as described, basic instructions and conditions for my stay were clear. I spent the majority of my trip out and about, typically only returning to the home late in the evenings (as quietly as I was able) - the flexibility to do this without issue was very appriciated. I checked in as a stranger and while staying here I felt more like visiting an old friend than just booking accommodation. I really appreciate both Jana and Ilona (hosts) in allowing me to check in early. I was greeted by Ilona . Ilona kindly walked me through the house, showed me to my room . As we toured the space , she pointed out the kitchen, bathroom ensuring I had everything needed . I really admired how beautifully maintained the accommodation was-every detail reflected care and pride. The highlight of my stay was being invited to celebrate my host's birthday- a truly special experience that speaks the volumes about the generosity and hospitality. I had the opportunity to meet other house guests and had great conversation and made beautiful connection. I cant recommend this place enough for everyone looking for not just a stay but a heartfelt connection. Thank you for your genuine warmth and kindness.

Was a lovely stay in Yen’s home. Nice and quiet area and other guests staying were nice and respectful. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts was made to feel at home straight away ☺️. Stayed for a long stay and was there over the Easter period and even had an Easter present given to us from Yen which was very kind. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back and stay again when visiting the area.
