In lovely Hoverberg you can fully enjoy. In the summer you can enjoy a good lunch/dinner in our boat harbor 200m away and also make a visit to Hoverbergstoppen and look at the fantastic view! In winter you have snowmobile tracks right by the corner and 1h to Vemdalen,Klövsjö,Storhogna&Björnrike. Also about 1h to Åre. 5 minutes by car to the center where there are ICA,Systembolaget,Apotek, Restaurant,Health center etc. On the grounds, there is also a playground for children.

Fräsch och mysig stuga med närhet till natur och sjö. 10 km till Östersund, 3 .3 km till Birka Folkhögskola, 3,5 km till Eldrimner, 4 km till Torsta gymnasium, 90 km till Åre. Fridfullt naturområde där du kan ta en promenad. Uteplats med markis, grill och solstolar. Bil är bra att ha eftersom det är 3 km till närmaste buss. Parkering finns alldeles utanför huset, uttag för motorvärmare. Elbilsladdare finns mot extra avgift. Städning mot extra avgift.

The house is on an island, but is accessible via a fixed road. The airport and the cozy city center of Östersund are only a 20-minute drive away. The lovely ski resort of Bydalen and Åre can be reached in less than 1 to 1,5 hour. Moose Garden is located within 5 km. In short, a dream place!

Wonderful apartments in the middle of Björnrike with a great view of Sonfjället. In winter it is ski in and ski out, you can click in the skis at the door and ski to the store to shop. In the summer you can hike up the mountain directly from the apartment.
