Holiday rentals with a patio in Tortuguero

I have stayed at many Airbnb’s in multiple countries. This place was the most lovingly-created. Truly a fun little “park” to enjoy in the “jungle”: Can’t wait to go back.

What a location! Tortuguero is unique and Carmen (host), Angelo (Carmen’s husband and guide) and Hector (recommended guide with Angelo) helped shape our wonderful experience there. Accommodation perfectly located in quiet and brand new location 4 minutes walk outside the town, with a terrace overlooking the Caribbean. Although tour offers are plentiful in tortuguero , we would highly recommend choosing Angelo and Hector. With them, we went on a night time walk, early morning boat tour and day hike in national park. In this way, Instead of doing tours in large groups, we were just myself and wife, and got more a much more personalised trip. Seeing an incredible variety of animals and plants, going deeper into the canals than other boat trips, I’ve not felt this connected to nature in years. Would highly recommend this magical experience.

Elizabeth has a great little place to stay. It was perfect for me and met all of my expectations. She was responsive to the few questions that came up prior to and during my stay. I would not hesitate to return here in the future.

We were from the first foreigners... we loved it because everything was very clean... and it lacks nothing, they take care of you and make you feel at home ... they help you with everything and everything has the fair price!! up to the hill is Lidien's daily promenade would definitely come back!!! if you like to travel! and get to know a little more about this wonderful country, this is the place!!! We had a great stay! The place was incredibly peaceful. The house was very nice and had everything we needed for a wonderful trip. Liliana was incredibly helpful and shared local activities and checked in to make sure all was going well. We ate at Timbu, which was a fantastic local resturaunt. The natural beauty that surrounds the home was great. Overall a great experience. Thanks

This house was a true haven in the middle of nature, with the sounds of monkeys and frogs at night! The location was perfect, as a stop to go to the Caribbean beaches and tourist attractions. It was surrounded by trees and had a peaceful atmosphere. The house was clean, with all the details I needed to feel at home. I had a great communication with the host, always willing to help and answer my questions. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my stay. I definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy place to rest!

Just a great place to stay at! Very central to a lot of national parks (including Tortuguero just 1.5 hrs to La Pavona dock). The real delight was having the river right behind us, loved taking a dip after the hikes. So peaceful! 10/10

Wonderful, beautiful, peaceful home. Great for a nights stay. Host is so welcoming and responsive. Pool is smaller in real life than it appears in pictures. It is still nice to could down in.

We had an exceptional two-night stay with my family (with my wife and our three daughters). This is probably one of our best Airbnb Experiences! The place, a little away from the classic tourist circuits, is a real gem. You discover beautiful nature: a lush forest, a beautiful waterfall, superb animals and very good restaurants nearby. The location is also ideal for those who want to reach Tortuguero or Cahuita easily. Meals and breakfast are excellent, made with care and taste. A real plus! A huge thank you to Laura, who is an extremely attentive, warm and available host. It was a real pleasure. We recommend this place without a second thought!

Good accommodation, very quiet place

Very nice host, he showed us another small waterfall and went swimming with us. Very good location right by the river with jungle vibes. There was nothing missing in amenities.

It was an exelente experience ,Fabiola was very cortez and flexible with check-in and check-out , the accommodation impeccable and very comfortable .
