If you are looking for a peaceful time cuddling very cute cats and breathing fresh air in beautiful surroundings, you are at the right place. We had a great time in the nature and found this little house very homely.

L'appartamento di Emidio si trova in una località assolutamente splendida, sia per paesaggio che per architettura. L'appartamento stesso è meraviglioso con una terrazza gigantesca che offre una favolosa vista dei dintorni e del mare. La pulizia era impeccabile e la zona è davvero tranquilla e con facilità di parcheggio. Emidio è stato un host perfetto e gentilissimo, ci ha fornito molte informazioni sulle zone circostanti e ci ha accolti come fossimo a casa nostra. Sicuramente ritorneremo per goderci qualche giorno in più e scoprire quelle zone fantastiche.

Piękne mieszkanie, urządzone we włoskim klimacie. Bardzo czysto. W pełni wyposażone , w mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet i więcej. Super lokalizacja, do morza spacerem 3 minuty , do centrum max 10 minut. W spokojnej okolicy. Pani Simonetta jest bardzo miła i kontaktowa. Na samym początku przedstawiła nam miejsca do których warto pójść , poleciła najlepsze restauracje , a nawet na koniec zamówiła taxi na lotnisko na konkretną godzinę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno jak zawitamy w Pescarze to też się tam zatrzymamy.

You get a whole apartment for the price of a room in a beautiful hilltop village. The accommodation was very clean. It's a village with lots of character and a fantastic restaurant/ bar. I had a lovely Carbonara for just 8 Euros and the beer is served icy cold. I had a few drinks with the locals and like all Italians they are very friendly.

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento di Michela è stato molto piacevole. La terrazza ci è piaciuta moltissimo!

Un angolo di pace da cui godere un panorama stupendo tra gli Appennini ed il mare. Appartamento curato e dotato di tutti i comfort, vicinissimo al medievale centro storico di Montepagano. Vacanza indimenticabile e da consigliare a tutti

Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen Wohngegend von Pescara, der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Der Pinienpark ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Außengestaltung ist wunderbar, Tisch, Stühle, Sonnenschirm und eine superbequeme Hängematte. Innen ists klein, aber fein. Marco und seine Familie sind tolle und nette Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Wünsche sind sofort erfüllt worden. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und wäre gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Auf jeden Fall werde ich wiederkommen!

Schöne, hochwertige Wohnung direkt an der Strandpromenade. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und unsere Gastgeberin hat immer super schnell geantwortet. Unfassbar praktisch nach dem Strandbesuch: eine Außendusche, sogar mit Warmwasser. Eigener (wenn auch nur für Kleinwagen geeigneter) Stellplatz. Was uns nicht klar war, zu unserer Reisezeit Ende Mai wird dort erst aufgebaut und nur wenige Restaurants/Bars hatten geöffnet. Von der wirklich großen Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf Strand und Meer. Allerdings befindet sich direkt davor ein Volleyballfeld. Kurz vor unserer Abreise wurden dort die Seitennetze aufgehängt, was die Sicht dann doch beeinträchtigt. Nichts desto trotz super Location!

We dad an amazing stay in this beautiful, modern flat near the beach in Giulianova! The location is perfect, just a short distance to the sea, and the flat had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts, a lovely couple, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The only thing we missed were mosquito screens on the windows, which would have allowed us to enjoy the fresh sea breeze in the evenings and at night. Still, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd love to return!

The apartment is small like described but very clean and functional. I was surprised that it’s located inside a doctors place but that didn’t bother me at all :) there’s a bus running to the central station but it’s far from the beach. However I would recommend the apartment!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana rilassante in questo angolo di Abruzzo. L'appartamento è come descritto, abbiamo apprezzato specialmente la terrazza che lo circonda quasi del tutto . La spiaggia di ciotoli dista circa 700 mt. da casa ed è molto tranquilla. A 5 minuti di auto, per chi ama la spiaggia attrezzata, può trovare sia Roseto che Pineto . Roberto è un host molto disponibile , ci ha fornito 2 bici per spostarci.

Die Wohnung ist wenige Meter entfernt vom Strand und ist gut ausgestattet! Die Terrasse ist privat und sehr groß. Während unseren Aufenthalt hat der Whirlpool leider nicht funktioniert was wir sehr schade fanden, vielleicht haben wir das nächste Mal mehr Glück. Danke Lorenza für den schönen Aufenthalt!

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Worte reichen nicht um zu beschreiben wie unglaublich schön es hier ist! Es ist alles noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Raffaele & Carla sind fantastische Gastgeber und haben hier ein absolutes Paradies erschaffen. An jedes Detail gedacht und mit viel Liebe und unglaublicher Sorgfalt einen Ort geschaffen von dem man nicht mehr weg will. Das Grundstück ist ein Traum sowie auch die Aussicht zu Bergen und Meer! Die apartments mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Außerdem haben sie uns die tollsten tips für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben und waren immer zur Stelle wenn wir etwas brauchten. Wir planen jetzt schon den nächsten Urlaub nächstes Jahr hier! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Leonardo per una settimana, sia per vacanza che per smart working. La posizione è ottima, fronte mare, vicina a ristoranti e negozi, ed è possibile muoversi tranquillamente a piedi o in bicicletta. E' inoltre possibile raggiungere la stazione in pochi minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, oltre ad essere molto pulito e spazioso. Leonardo è un host molto reattivo e disponible. Esperienza positiva, spero di tornare presto!

L'appartamento è come descritto, con un bagno moderno e tutto l'occorrente, anche in cucina ( la colazione di un paio di giorni era assicurata) È al secondo piano e le scale sono leggermente ripide con i pianerottoli stretti ma per noi non è stato un problema (un po' di movimento fa bene) Abbiamo usato la terrazza la sera per cenare anche se bisogna fare un'altra rampa di scale portando su l'occorrente, ma dopo gli ottimi pranzi a base di pesce sul lungomare, le cene sono state leggere. Non si gode il panorama ma una fresca e piacevole brezza sì, almeno durante il nostro soggiorno Dino è stato ricco di consigli, sempre solerte e ci ha prestato le sue biciclette, utilssimei per spostarsi nelle lunghe ciclabili della zona Abbiamo raggiunto Grottammare alta e Marano (Cupra alta), proprio belle. La sera uscendo di casa in due minuti si raggiungeva il corso principale, animato e con tanti locali San Benedetto ci è piaciuta (anche la parte più antica), speriamo di tornarci

Giovanni est un hote très aimable et réactif! Une petit attention pour nos enfants nous attendaient à notre arrivée ce qui nous a clairement beaucoup touché. L’appartement est beau, lumineux et spacieux. Il est très bien équipé et on peut remarquer que comparé à d’autres appartements en location, les équipements de celui-ci sont régulièrement renouvelés pour donner un aspect de neuf. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la place de parking privative et l’accès à la plage à 2 min à pieds. Nous séjournerons avec grand plaisir dans ce logement pour notre prochain séjour à Montesilvano.

Hermoso lugar, extremadamente limpio y con una ubicación privilegiada. Recibimos una atención estupenda de parte de Fabio y su mamá. Tuvimos un excelente estadía allí, es un lugar que recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.

Francesca est juste extraordinaire 🥰 En plus d’un logement au top du top qui correspond totalement aux photos, Francesca nous a donner beaucoup d’info concernant la ville, les choses à faire et à visiter et surtout à manger également 😋 Merci encore pour votre réactivité pour les messages et pour votre gentillesse. Vous êtes dévouée pour aider vos hôtes et rendre leur vacance paisible. Francesca a tout installé dans l’appartement pour notre petit garçon. Ensuite n’ayant pas la possibilité de rester dans la chambre pour la sieste de notre Loulou car ce magnifique appartement attendait déjà de nouveaux voyageurs, Francesca nous a laisser profiter des ses transats et parasol sur sa plage privé. Quel bonheur de voir son enfant dormir avec le doux son des vagues 🥰 Et la cerise sur le gâteau, Francesca a garder nos valises toute la journée et nous les a amené directement à l’aéroport à l’heure de notre départ. Juste milles merci à vous pour tout! ❤️

Roberto e Sandra sono stati impeccabili in tutto! Io e mio nipote ci siam sentiti come a casa, persone solari empatiche e super disponibili , che dire, davvero straordinari! Lo consiglio vivamente, posto molto bello, casa pulitissima e provvista di tutti i confort! Ci hanno consigliato posti da visitare, locali e ristoranti molto buoni della zona! Tutto perfetto e ritorneremo sicuramente altre volte! A presto, un abbraccio fortissimo ad entrambi! Grazie di cuore!!!

Excelente departamento, grande y cómodo, volvería. A tener en cuenta que NO dispone de conexión a internet, luego todo lo demás perfecto.
