The house is beautiful, super tidy and minimal... five minutes' walk from the sea... quiet area with excellent restaurants... host always responsive and friendly... with super flexible check-in and out... we will definitely be back... super great experience

This is a great place to stay in a fairly rural area, but we'll developed. The pool at the property is excellently maintained. The roads to the property are steep, but the climb is rewarded with a view of the mountains in the distance. The apartment was very clean and the bed was good. The only thing that I missed were some more cooking utensils. There was a coffee maker and a pot.

Our stay was incredible! The view is unbeatable. The hosts are such friendly people and went above and beyond our expectations of helping us out. Rosetta and Marco helped me get to where I needed to go and made sure I was safe and sound. They were quick to respond and very helpful with great recommendations. As they said, renting a car is the best bet in this area.

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

I enjoyed my stay. Roberto provided very good insights about the surrounding area. What I loved most, is that he provided a bicycle! The beach is close and quiet, not very touriste, but if you prefer busy, it's very close. One thing... it's very close to a major road AND train tracks.

A fantastic stay to say the least, a lovely place where you can relax and drink great wine with a beautiful view, not to mention the magnificent pool with a view. Apartment as described, super equipped. The hosts are always kind and helpful, Luca and Paola make you feel at home, really prepared and passionate about what they do, it's thanks to people like you if you can enjoy great wine! For us now the 3rd time we have booked with Marina and Luigi. Cottage is neat and super clean! And upon arrival there was a bottle of wine ready with some refreshments. Located near highway, but was not annoying for us. Close to beach, both with sunbeds and free pieces. Plenty to see in the area.

Cristian was very helpful, we found him waiting for us. The accommodation is a terraced house in a residence with a swimming pool that can be used until late. It is on 3 levels, has two double bedrooms, and a large sofa bed, a bathroom and a half, and a fully equipped kitchen. Honestly, I've never found a kitchen supply so complete. Towels, and kitchen tablecloths, plenty. Cristian is a great host. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Daniela’s was fantastic, if we were not just passing through for one night we would have loved to stay longer. Next time we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Morena's place 10 days in August with my family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a vacation and my three-year-old also felt at home. Morena is a wonderful person, very helpful. I recommend this solution to those who use this solution, especially if you want to experience the sea, which is a stone's throw away. it's a very nice appartement, I recomand !

The stay was really positive and as we expected from the descriptions: restful and with all the necessary amenities. The house enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and, being located on a hill, enjoys a pleasant refreshing breeze. Just a 5-minute drive, you can access free beaches equipped for umbrellas (provided with chairs by the host) and always clean. We plan to come back next year.

Apartment is furnished in a very functional way, clean and equipped with everything you need and even things we didn't expect, we felt right at home. Then the effort made to anticipate check-in hours to avoid being out around during the hottest hours, given the critical temperatures. We just have to thank you for your great availability and kindness. Nice to have a garage for the car. Supermarket and beach within walking distance. The only problem is the location near the railway, we have struggled to get used to the vibrations that were felt at the passage of trains.

Piotr, the host, was very kind and responsive to our inquiries. He recommended several restaurants and several beaches. The studio makes its own, the sofa bed was quite comfortable, the overall cleanliness was impeccable! The only things I would improve are these: - the shower curtain doesn't cover the space 100% and causes some water to come out during the shower; -the induction stoves are comfortable and easy to use, however the hot plate you use for heating is slightly small; - the sofa bed was equipped with two single sheets and not a double bed. Obviously, these small things have not compromised in any way our stay or devalued our vacation! Thank you very much for your kindness and availability, hello Piotr!

Wonderful place in the San Grasso region.

Me and my kids loved the place. The Italian fler is reflected on every side. Is on the mountains of Gualdo, it's definitely a wow effect.

The apartment is a few meters away from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have better luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

Everything is perfect!

What a gem! It's much much better than the pictures show it. the hosts are super friendly, the location is beautiful (but you do need a car obviously to get to places), private jacuzzi and great wi-fi!

Words are not enough to describe how incredibly beautiful it is here! It's all even more beautiful than in the photos! Raffaele & Carla are fantastic hosts and have created an absolute paradise here. Thought of every detail and created a place from which you don't want to leave with a lot of love and incredible care. The property is a dream as well as the view of mountains and sea! The apartments are equipped with everything you need! They also gave us the most amazing tips for restaurants and excursions and were always on hand if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.

My family and I traveled from Knoxville, TN to Sant'Omero to visit relatives! We were absolutely blown away by this Air B&B. Not only was the home extremely clean with amenities including full bathrooms, kitchen, pool, but also the views were incredible. We were greeted at the front door and given a tour of the home. The host was responsive, polite, professional, and friendly. She went above and beyond as a host. We had a wonderful time and will remember this trip forever! I hope to visit again and stay here!! This was easily our most enjoyable experience with Air B&B.
