39 m² apartment, well lit on the 1st floor in a small country village with amenities (bakery, grocery store, bar/tobacco store 100 m away). 30 km from Moulins, 45 km from Montluçon and 10 km from Bourbon-l'Archambault (spa town). Including: A fitted kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen accessories...) open to the living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with 140 bed, a bathroom with shower and towel dryer, separate toilet.

This sturdy, stylish property is perfect for a nice overnight stay. The gîte has been equipped with all the amenities needed. Outside, you can enjoy the sun deck, overlooking the meadow where the horses graze. The gîte is in a rural location, but a short distance from restaurant, supermarket and the highway, A71 (10 minutes). If you want, you can use breakfast, this is a well-stocked basket. Reservation is necessary. Cost €12.50 per person.
