Laundry machine in bathroom and shower with entrance from outside. 30 min to Kalmar and about 45 min to Karlskrona. Grocery store is located in Bergkvara about 2 kilometers away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

The house can be found on the outskirts of the village Söderåkra, between the port towns of Kalmar and Karlskrona. It has a perfect starting point for excursions to the island of Öland, in Sweden's glass kingdom or pure nature. Peaceful location and a kilometer to the nearest supermarket. The cottage is newly renovated . Bed linen and towels are provided.

If you want to go to the summer town of Kalmar and Öland it is only about 30 minutes drive. Pets are welcome, but you are responsible for keeping them clean.
