We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

O apartamento era espetacular, exatamente como nas fotos. Localização incrível, numa zona super privilegiada, a apenas 2 minutos a pé da Gran Vía. Muito fácil de encontrar e com entrada simples e prática. Senti-me em casa — moderno, confortável e acolhedor. Tudo perfeito, tanto o espaço como o anfitrião. Recomendo a 100%!

Loved our stay at Miguel’s place. Quiet and cozy, lovely furnishings with high end details. Miguel was so flexible in letting us leave our bags before checking in. After our red eye flight, that was helpful. Ate out for our meals but kitchen had everything needed for cooking and eating in. A/C units were both in living room area as well as bedroom which was nice as it was in the high 90 degrees when we were there. The only thing I would add is a tv in the bedroom but we Americans love our tvs. I was there with my adult son who slept on a very comfortable sofa and it would have been nice to have my own tv in the bedroom. A very pleasant stay in a safe neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and museums all within walking distance. I recommend it and would stay there again.

We loved this airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable and the host was super responsive. We appreciated that despite being right on Plaza Mayor if the balcony doors were closed it was super quiet.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft und waren top zufrieden. Alles war genau so wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Wir konnten sogar 3h früher in die Unterkunft, dass haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Kommunikation lief sehr einfach und schnell ab. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können die die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Un logement très largement supérieur à d'autres locations en terme de prestation. Le soin apporté avec un petit dejeuner le premier jour est une attention qui a touché surtout quand on arrive très tardivement dans la nuit. Une sécurité d'accès au logement même la nuit avant de récupérer les clés du logement rassurante après un long voyage. Bref, je recommande vivement on se sentait chez soi et reviendrais avec plaisir. Hôte très bienveillante et à l'écoute.

El apartamento es excelente y los aportes de Yiftach y su colaboradora lo hicieron todo mejor y más fácil . El alojamiento brinda todo lo esperado ya que se trata de artefactos nuevos en perfecto funcionamiento . El agua , su presión son excelentes. El equipamiento es completo . La ubicación no puede ser mejor , en pleno centro pero absolutamente silencioso. Permite recorrer los principales puntos de Madrid a pie y la proximidad al Metro complementa lo anterior. Zona bulliciosa , atractiva y a la vez muy segura. . Seguramente volvería al apartamento.

Luis is the most amiable host. He picked us up at the station, was always in reach and even ordered a taxi for me. First class service ! And the apartment is ideally situated, very clean and fully furnished with all you need, including toaster, hairdryer, 2 umbrellas (!), city maps and books. It has it's charm and when you open the big linen curtains and long windows of the French balcony you even see the tower of the cathedral. The 2 levels of the apartment and the additional toilet are ideal for 2 persons.

We hebben een enorm aangenaam verblijf gehad bij Carmelo! Het appartement heeft een goede ligging. Je ligt in een rustige straat maar als je 2 minuten wandelt dan ben je al op de Gran Via. Het is voorzien van airco wat aangenaam is met de warme temperaturen. Voor de rest is alles voorzien van bestek en borden tot doucheproducten. Het contact met Carmelo verliep vlotjes en hij legde ons perfect uit hoe we tot bij het appartement moesten geraken vanaf het vliegveld. Hij wachtte ons op op het appartement en legde vanalles uit wat we wilden weten. Doorheen ons verblijf was hij ook beschikbaar. Ik zou het zeker aanraden om hier te verblijven!

Manuel and Esperanza greeted us personally and showed us the apartment and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy everything Toledo has to offer. The apartment is spotless clean and felt like home. Convenient located 3 minutes walk from the St Martin's bridge, we kept the car in their private covered all the time since it wasn't needed. They had the basic supplies inside for us like water, coffee, tea, milk, juice, and bread, making it very convenient when coming from a 8 hours international trip. They were very courteous and made themselves available for anything we needed. I couldn't recommend their apartment enough.

Fabulous location, beautiful and well appointed. Greatly appreciated the air conditioning on our super hot days!

La casa de Noemí es estupenda. Muy limpia y bonita. La terraza es lo más especial sin duda, con su espacio y vistas. Fuimos dos parejas y tanto el sofá cama como la cama fueron muy cómodos para dormir. Además se agradece que dejaran unas cápsulas de café para por la mañana. Otro plus es que Noemí respondía muy rápido y te manda todas las indicaciones que necesitas durante tu estancia. Si volviese a Toledo, sin duda volvería a vuestro alojamiento. Gracias!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Madrid. Appartement très spacieux, confortable, conforme aux photos, idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes activités, nous avons pu tout réaliser à pieds. Facile de s’y rendre en métro via l’aéroport. Nous avions demandé une décoration de bienvenue avec des ballons et nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir que notre demande avait été réalisée. Je recommande +++

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Estancia maravillosa en esta casa ubicada dentro de una finca rural. Fui con mi novia para una escapada romántica y el lugar era perfecto. Es cierto que son dos plantas y dos alojamientos, y por consiguiente puedes tener vecinos, y también es cierto que el guardés de la finca vive a unos 50 metros; pero en ningún momento sentí invadida mi intimidad. Los muebles y la decoración son preciosos y en excelente estado. El entorno es muy bonito, plena naturaleza. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetirla.
