Spacious gardens (ca. 2.500 m2) with old trees, including a thousand-year-old olive tree, a large private swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with terraces and views of the bay of Pollença. Large, partly covered terraces (ca. 60 m2) surrounding the house and a big adjacent barbecue (1,20 x 0,60 m). Mixing Mallorquin and German styles, the renovation of the house was finished in July 2018 using mostly eco friendly, non-toxic materials.

Surrounded by nature, trees and with many lovely nooks to enjoy and relax. Very near to Pollença Old Town, 10' by car to wonderful Cala Sant Vicenç with its beautiful bathing areas, 15 to Port de Pollença with its extensive beaches and gastronomic offer in an idyllic setting.

Can Petrel - Casa de Campo in Mallorca

We absolutely loved our stay in Can Petrel. Mariano was a great initial point of contact with great tips for the local town of Pollensa and further afield. The villa itself was fabulous, just as described, simple but comfortable with everything we needed (with great beach toys and children’s games in the garage!). The setting is wonderful, nestled beneath the mountains with great vistas over open countryside, we loved hearing the goat bells in the evening! And the garden (and lemon trees for the G&Ts) was much appreciated. The terrace was great for breakfast before the heat of the day kicked in and having A/C for overnight provided some relief from the heat! It was a great base to explore the local area with both Pollensa (on foot) and Port of Pollensa (with the car) accessible. Also worth noting that it was perfect for little ones, felt very safe. The only thing it was missing was a comfortable sofa as the futon was a little unsupportive but the chairs were an ok alternative.

Very nice villa, we had a great week in this pleasant and spacious house that corresponded in every way to our expectations. Many amenities were available to us for our greatest pleasure, and we also had a box with the essentials when we arrived. Communication with the host was impeccable, clear, and concise. Communication ahead of the stay allowed us to arrive more serene. And all the guides on offer helped us greatly. We will highly recommend this host to other vacationers who would like to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Mallorca! Thanks Owl Booking 😁

We stayed 5 nights in the house on the hill. We loved the house and the spectacular view. Fantastic energy, tranquility, electricity from solar cells and drinking water from natural sources. Pep was a perfect host who helped us before the stay with bookings of padel and spa, he guided us during the stay and even came with a bag of freshly picked oranges. Even after the stay, he has been available to us and we are very grateful and can only give the place our best recommendations. The house was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, spices, toilet paper, trash bags, delicious towels, bed linen, etc. Pep had recommended us to rent a small car, but we had already booked a medium-sized car and it required a little skill to drive up the hill, but it went without problems.
