Agata di Militello, located in the community of Torrenova, lies the "Casa Grande" di Santo Pietro estate on approximately 50 hectares of land. The house is the heart of a fascinating 50 hectares garden and has wide spaces equipped with seats and large umbrellas surrounded by olive trees, palms and other typical Mediterranean flora. The old building is reached by walking along a path, shaded by olive, almond and oak trees. Three spectacular terraces offer you a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Eolian islands and allow you to sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night. The house has a very scenic swimming pool. On the ground floor of the house there is: - a spacious entrance hall - a luminous living room - an ample dining room - the kitchen, equipped all that is necessary - a double bedroom with bathroom in suite On the first floor the house offers various accommodations: - a room with a double bed, convertible in thre single beds on request - 2 double bedrooms with bathroom in suite - 2 single rooms with shared bathroom - a studio equipped with a sofa beds for two seats if needed Our guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house, terraces, garden, swimming pool and all over 50 hectars of country. The owners will be present for check-in and check-out. A welcome kit with typical products will be ready for the guests. Relish total immersion in nature, with coastal walks among the olive and citrus trees. Swim in the sea daily, with Torrenova beach a walk or drive away. The villa is well positioned to explore Palermo, Cefalù, Etna volcano, and Sicily's other gems. Amazing place with a pool and hot tub right on the beach! Perfect location (must have a car) to drive to Cefalu for a day trip. I could have stayed here for longer. There was a grill we used to make dinner. House was in great condition just as pictured. Highly recommend.

For us a relaxing paradise in the nature! Biagio, Francesco and also Giovanni were extremely helpful when we had big problems. The house is simply furnished, but it has everything you need. The size was especially appealing for us. A car is urgently necessary for all activities, the access is rocky and uneven, but easy to create. The only problem was the entrance to the area. Google Maps always showed us an access, which is closed. You have to go in from the other side.

This is the most beautiful home I’ve ever been. House is clean, each bedroom has its own bathroom, swimming pool is great and clean, the house has a huge kitchen and 2 washer machines, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and Ignazio the owner is very nice and he welcomed us with a wine bottle and a big basket with essential items for cooking. We had our wedding there and it was the most perfect location, definitely we are planning coming back soon.

We had a great time at Giovanni's house. The house is a typical old farmhouse renovated with a unique design and a beautiful freestanding bathtub. The location is quiet and surrounded by nature. You can find olive, cherry and hazelnut trees. The outdoor spaces are vast for taking walks with a breathtaking view on one side of the sea and on the other of Mount Etna. Nearby there are typical restaurants and various wineries that offer wine tasting of Etna. Then there are the hosts who I must say are very kind and take great care of this place. A car is necessary to get around comfortably, and it is also possible to reach the sea. Thanks to Giovanni, Pippo and Gertrud!

We really enjoyed our stay at Roberta’s beautiful home! The views are breathtaking, albeit a windy drive to the house it is completely worth it once you arrive. Roberta was kind, responsive, and even arranged transportation to and from town with Giorgio (who helps manage the property and is so kind). The beds were comfortable, the interior was modern and functional, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook on days when we were not in town. We felt so safe and welcomed from the second we arrived (greeted with prosecco and fresh fruit!). The cherry on top were the two lovely dogs who lived on the property with us - we wished we could take them home with us! Thank you Roberta!
