It was an unbeatable stay, a very quiet stay, with good facilities and all kinds of details, Alfred is very detailed and attentive to us. He has offered us all kinds of freedoms so that we can be better and enjoy the stay to the fullest. Thank you very much and I recommend it to everyone.

A nice and cozy little house. The hot tub is ideal for relaxing. It's the perfect place if you're looking to disconnect and rest. In addition to having hiking trails, which is what we like.

As for the apartment, I can only have words of praise. It is as described and shown in the pictures. Quiet, impeccably clean, comfortable mattresses, a good TV, pool, closed parking in the same development, 5 minutes walk from the beach, a magnificent terrace and everything you need to have a good vacation in Oropesa and feel at home.

The truth is that the house is incredible! We had a great end! Of course, as a recommendation you have to bring mosquito repellents in the summer season! We will repeat!!

the house itself is very good, perfect location and cozy place. There are details missing, they have 3 coffee machines of which none work, the kitchen, the furniture and dishes were not very clean, they had stains and it was not really clean. The rooms could use a few drawers to store underwear, but everything else is perfect. I don't think it's right that the ad says that animals are allowed and then they charge you for them. I also don't think it's right that they charge you 40 euros to enter on a Sunday, although the app says 40 euros, but for July and August, for June it doesn't say anything, but hey, the payment is accepted out of empathy. Everything else is perfect.

Very well located apartment, very close to the supermarkets to shop and restaurants, in addition to being on the beachfront. Clean and tidy apartment, ideal for spending your vacations. Very good service from the owners of the apartment.

Fully equipped apartment, it lacks nothing. It's just as seen in the photos. A parking spot next to the elevator. Direct access to the beach. Spectacular views. We were very comfortable.

Hi, We had a great week with the family in Catherine and Steve's home. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting, and the pool is a real asset for young and old! The beach is easily accessible on foot in just 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The accommodation was impeccable when we arrived: clean, tidy and as described. Thank you to our hosts for their kindness and responsiveness :)

Ideal place to spend a few days getting to know the city. The accommodation is located near a wide variety of supermarkets and cafes and practically next to the city center. The main room and bathroom are very spacious and the street quite quiet. Both Miriam and Merche were aware that our stay was comfortable, giving us breakfast products and recommending restaurants and tourist places. We hope to repeat next year.

We loved our stay in Peñíscola! The apartment was just spacious enough for 3 adults and 1 kid, clean, and just steps from the beach with beautiful sea view and view of the castle (imo better than the most photos) . Perfect location for exploring the old town and relaxing by the beach. Great for families — peaceful and convenient. Plus free parking spot if you need one. We would definitely return!

This is a nice stay for two families in a nice beach town. This house is also pets friendly.

Margarita is a great person, very flexible despite my frequent changes of opinion has always been open and hassle-free❤️ The apartment is quiet very friendly neighbors. I stayed at Margarita's place for almost 3 months and everything was great :) Beautiful neighborhood, close to the beach, shops about 700 meters away. This is the perfect location for Peniscola. Walkable to everything including the castle, restaurants and grocery. Ana was the best host even meeting us on the street and directing us to parking and our apartment. She also provided great dining recommendations! The apartment was perfect. Honestly even better in person than even the photos! views of the beach and castle were perfect. Our only negative is we didn't stay long enough!

It really is as beautiful as in the photos; the apartment is very practically furnished — we didn’t miss a thing, including the kitchen equipment. The area is also lovely, with plenty of parks, playgrounds, a pool right underneath the window, the sea just a 5-minute walk away, and a large store nearby. The owner responded to all questions very promptly and proactively.

The accommodation is quiet and very well located at the foot of a hiking path and close to Valencia. We enjoyed our stay. However, we had seen small house and the word room related to the photo of the bed. But in fact it is a one-room loft. The loft is mentioned in the description but we only retained the title of the listing and the title of the photo of the bed in the sleeping description. We had a young child so less convenient for naps but we were able to adapt and our stay went very well.

Lena's accommodation has been a delight. It is very comfortable and perfectly equipped. The hosts were so nice. We have all enjoyed a lot ( older and kids), both inside the house and its fantastic exterior.

From the beginning of the reservation, Laura was very attentive at all times, she answered the questions I had and clarified the location of the apartment. I have a baby and I needed a blender and she lent me one in the apartment, she answered me when I wrote to her in a very kind and close way. The development is spectacular, comfortable, beautiful, close to the beach and promenade with restaurants and ice cream parlors. We'll definitely repeat it again!!

Jaques is a very friendly and attentive person and responds immediately. The location of the place is perfect and has an amazing view. If I go back to Peñiscola I will repeat with Jaques.
