Tutto perfetto. Host disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. L'appartamento è molto carino e vicino al centro. Consigliatissimo!

Non ci sono parole per descrivere la meraviglia che si prova la sera, seduti nel giardinetto della casa, ad osservare le luci di san nicola che si riflettono nel mare, unici rumori i gabbiani e le cicale. Alloggio accogliente, pulito, fresco, rilassante, Francesco veramente gentile e disponibile, ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa. Vicinissimo al porto e al diving per chi interessato alle immersioni. Torneremo sicuramente!

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Maurizio e Mariella gentilissimi. Ci hanno aiutato molto e ci hanno anche prolungato l'orario del checkout permettendoci di partire più rilassati. Appartamento estremamente carino, super fornito e molto accogliente e pulito. zona veramente top, vicino a tutti e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, sia libera che a pagamento. Davvero un'esperienza meravigliosa, consigliatissimo!

Antonio est très sympathique, met à l'aise dès votre arrivée Si vous êtes soucieux de garer votre voiture ou moto, il y a un parking surveillé à une centaine de mètres de son logement Une petite boulangerie juste en bas de l'immeuble qui fait des croissants excellents (n'hésitez pas à demander tout n'est pas forcément présenté...) À quelques minutes à pieds de hyper centre-ville, l'idéal pour parcourir les charmantes rues et être parmis les habitants locaux... Ou au retour du resto pour la balade digestive 💯

The location is just perfect for exploring Gargano and walkable to the beach. Even though our host did not speak English, our first language, we were easily able to communicate with Google translate and she had clear instructions written out in 5 languages. That was so gracious and helpful. The casa is just as the description and photos indicate. Will definitely be back. If you choose to visit Mattinata, which we recommend you do, make sure to take a boat ride up the coast with Luna Rosa! Spectacular once in a lifetime experience!

Wunderbarer und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Maurizio & Vittoria sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Villa ist stilvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Villa, Pool sowie Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das von Maurizio eigens produzierte Olivenöl rundete unseren italienischen Kulinarik ab. Vielen Dank Vittoria & Maurizio!! Villa ist empfehlenswert..

First, thank you to our hosts, we felt very welcomed at their residence. Responsive communication. Gated private parking was a plus. The apartment on the 2nd level of the home was very comfortable, clean and the space indoors was perfect for the two of us. We loved the outdoor kitchen, patio and both private upper decks were perfect to follow the sun all day. From the upper decks we had view of the landscape of the sea. Gardens around property were gorgeous. The pool was big with a zero depth sundeck and plenty of chairs. The neighborhood was close to the grocery Lidl, and we found the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Would stay again without a doubt.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Résidence paisible avec une belle vue sur la mer, la piscine était superbe, une situation géographique au top, proches des commerces, de belles plages et surtout à 10min de Vieste. Sante nous à partager de bons conseils pour les sorties et toujours disponibles. Grand merci Sante, nous avons passé de très belles vacances !

Wat een schitterende locatie om te verblijven. Zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke Gabriëlla en familie. Erg hulpvaardig om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. Het appartement op de begane grond is werkelijk uitstekend en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer fraaie uitgevoerde renovatie van een boerderij tot in de kleinste details door een architect uitgevoerd. Vanuit de prachtig aangelegde tuin en vanuit het appartement heb je een rustgevend uitzicht op de zee. Ook heerlijk is het gebruik van het slim aangelegde zwembad. Wij hebben er ontzettend genoten. Alles was was keurig in orde en zeer schoon.

Très belle propriété près du centre ville et de la mer. Endroit très calme et reposant. très propre et excellent accueil. Le propriétaire est très gentil et très accueillant. le logement pour deux est parfait. il ne manque rien.

le personnel de l'accueil est réactif et très aimable. Le logement avec une grande cuisine correspond bien aux besoins de 2 adultes avec 1 enfant. La chambre est bien agencée avec un grand lit très confortable . La résidence était calme début mai toutefois, les cloisons sont minces, on entend un peu les voisins. La résidence dispose d'une plage privée avec transats ainsi que d'une piscine. Par contre, le restaurant pratique des prix assez élevés par rapport aux autres établissements fréquentés dans la région touristique des Pouilles. Le dessert était cher et à peine décongelé. Les plats sont peu copieux mais très bons.

A very beautiful and peaceful place with stunning views surrounded by olive groves. Both Claudio and Veronica were very helpful and Veronica always responded to anything we needed.

insieme al mio compagno abbiamo scelto questo alloggio poiché si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di vignanotica e avendo portato con noi il kayak è stato ottimale! l'alloggio è completamente immerso nella natura quindi silenzio e tranquillità sono assicurati. per le nostre esigenze è stato tutto perfetto, inoltre abbiamo usufruito anche del piccolo barbecue a disposizione della casa. Lucia è stata molto gentile e reattiva e ci ha anche portato in cadeau molto apprezzato

We had a great time in Angela’s beautiful place. She was the perfect host, super communicative and informative and took the time to explain how everything worked which was really appreciated. She gave us plenty of information on the area and what to do. But the highlight was the bedroom with the French door view right over the ocean where we would watch sailing boats go by and the ocean change during the day. It was perfect. Everything we needed was within short walking distance. We loved staying here and will be back!! Perfect relaxation and so quiet and peaceful! Thank you Angela!

The accommodation was well sited on the edge of town with easy access to any eating houses. The place was very comfortable & the view from the Balcony was breath-taking - I could have sat there all day

Die Wohnung ist perfekt. Zu zweit gibt es genug Platz. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die sehr schnell kühlt. Das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse! Wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer und die Altstadt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie liegt mitten in der Altstadt, dennoch sehr ruhig. Zum Meer sind es einige Treppenstufen. Restaurants, Cafés und Bars nur um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation mit Clarissa lief super. Sie hat uns mit all unseren Anliegen rund um Check in und Check out alles ermöglicht. Einfach toll. Wir können sie Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende im Haus von Anna verbracht und eine gute Zeit gehabt. Man befindet sich fußläufig vom Strand, die Innenstadt erreicht man schnell mit dem Auto und die Unterkunft ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir konnten entspannt früher einchecken und die Kommunikation hat problemlos geklappt.

Die Wohnung von Lidia ist groß und liegt wunderbar wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden. Man kann sowohl eine Terrasse für sich allein vor dem Haus nutzen oder sich im Gemeinschaftsgarten hinter dem Haus am Meer aufhalten. Das allerbeste an unseren Aufenthalt ist aber, dass wir Lidia und ihren Hund Judy kennengelernt haben. Lidia ist so eine herzensgute, großzügige und warmherzige Frau, das hat unseren Aufenthalt verschönert. Sie hat uns mit zahlreichen Tipps zu tollen regionalen Spezialitäten weiter geholfen und auch im Alltag mit Informationen unterstützt und übersetzt. Zusätzlich war sie sehr großzügig mit verschiedenen regionalen Köstlichkeiten. Judy ist ein ganz lieber Hund und passt gut auf, so dass wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt haben. Es war wunderbar das Leben vor Ort und die Menschen dort kennenzulernen, gleichzeitig hat man aber auch seine Privatsphäre und kann sich jederzeit zurückziehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank Lidia!

L'appartamento è immerso nel verde tra gli ulivi a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Ottimo per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla e in relax. Consiglio il soggiorno in questo appartamento anche per la comodità vista la posizione strategica tra Peschici e Vieste, senza fare spostamenti troppo lunghi in auto abbiamo potuto gustare tanti luoghi nei dintorni. Abbiamo apprezzato molto lo spazio esterno, sia per gli angoli attrezzati per il relax sia per la cucina e l'area barbecue. Comoda anche la doccia esterna. Nella zona ci sono sia ristoranti che supermercati, raggiungibili a pochi minuti in macchina. Host disponibile, tempestivo nelle risposte e ci ha dato buoni consigli! Senza dubbio torneremo perché ci siamo sentiti come a casa!

This is the type of house you always dream about staying in. Right next to the sea and great views over the bay and Marina di Vasto. The old town is a less than 30 minute (brisk uphill) walk from on the house, but Marina di Vasto itself already offers a host of bars and restaurants. Francesca went above and beyond anything to make sure our stay was as perfect as could be. We loved the house and the garden. Great spot to start exploring some of the great things Abruzzo has to offer! Absolutely loved our stay and cannot compliment Francesca enough for her help and responsiveness. Thank you!
