We were completely satisfied with the accommodation - everything was super clean and we had 5 relaxing and relaxing days :) We highly recommend the accommodation, you can't go wrong here. We spent several days with my partner and the truth is that it exceeded our expectations. From the moment of booking, they contact you to arrange the delivery of the keys. Alberto and his family are very kind and attentive. They are aware of all the details so that you can have an excellent vacation. Regarding the accommodation, it has everything they offer and more. The place is spacious, bright and they deliver it to you impeccable. The bathroom and kitchen have everything you need. The room has a comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked perfectly. An important detail is the terrace that left us open-mouthed!! It is much larger than it looks in the photos, it has a covered area with a large table where we ate almost every day and an uncovered area to take advantage of day and night. You can park on the street without any problems and it is a nice area for walking. Good connections to visit different beaches. We'll be back!!

The house was very clean and in a great location. We rented a car on the island, so we really appreciated the property’s parking space. Nicola's communication was excellent—he was always super responsive and helpful. We left the house very happy.

Marco’s accommodation is amazing! It is located steps from the beach and plenty of local bars. You are also a short bus ride away from Cagliari city center. This is the perfect place to stay in Sardinia.

Our stay in Giovanni's apartment was a dream. He welcomed us very kindly, explained everything to us in detail and gave us many tips about the region. A very dedicated host. In the apartment you will find everything you need and everything works perfectly from shower to air conditioning. The location is also great, just a few meters from the supermarket, beach and restaurant. We stayed there for 5 nights and felt at home. On our next holiday in Sardinia, we will book here again and recommend the apartment 100%.

What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

Perfect stay... just outside the center of Pula (within walking distance), with convenient free parking a few steps away. Clean house, tidy and with everything you need to feel at home (cooking utensils, oil, salt, coffee, umbrella with deck chair). The house is equipped with air conditioning but it was not necessary as the house stays cool in the evening. Last but not least, flexibility on check-in and check-out times. Very nice little beach house with everything you need for a nice beach vacation. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The proximity to the 7km long sandy beach was excellent. The contact with Marcus, the property manager, was great and very friendly. We would definitely come back.

We feel very good at Fabrizio and Claudia's home. Fabrizio has provided us with all the information we need to make sure our check-in goes smoothly. When we arrived we found food and drinks as a welcome gift, that's lovely, thank you! Then the house was really clean and there is everything you need: towels, shower gel, paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee, dish soap, umbrella, dryer, laundry clips... The bathroom inside is small, it's true, but the one on the terrace is covered and more spacious. The view of the hills is also very pretty. The Miticus pizzeria nearby is excellent (we have not tested the others) and the staff very kind. We had a great time in Solanas. Thank you so much for your availability too!

The house is as advertised, nice garden, functional house, much appreciated outdoor shower, nearby beach, calm assured. On a personal note, we were lucky enough to enjoy Simone's kindness who came to pick us up in the countryside, after dark because of a broken car! Thanks to him our stay was able to continue serenely. Feel free to come and spend several days in this peaceful retreat!

The house is located in a quiet environment and has the charm as pictured. Great location for the various beaches. Maria communicates quickly and the instructions for the apartment and directions are TOP. Only to recommend.

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. They were warm and hospitable. We cant recommend it enough! Thank you Gian Franco and Eli!

Great base for exploring Cagliari. Valentina was really helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean and really well located for local bars and restaurants etc. Would recommend.

A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

I had a great week at this flat. It is really cozy and I loved the view. Clara was really responsive whenever I had a question and she helped me wherever she could.

We spent a week in this apartment in October and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. It even had mosquito nets on the windows, so you could leave the windows open at night. The terrace had morning sun and if you were lucky you could see parrots in the trees. The supermarkets are within walking distance and the center of Villasimius can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In case of any problems, Allessandro was immediately on hand. We arrived at night by car and found the apartment very easily with the instructions. Everything was great, thank you Allessandro

Efisio was very kind and helpful. Great space! We have a family of 6- everyone had a bed and 3 bathrooms was extremely nice. Each bedroom has a bathroom connected. The outdoor living area has nice views, spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!
