Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Torre Delle Stelle (Maracalagonis)

This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren 9-tägigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und schön und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert. Besonders gefallen haben uns die liebevollen Details in der Einrichtung und die gemütliche Atmosphäre sowie der wunderschöne Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir haben 4 Tage in der ruhigen Oase von Carla verbracht. Nach turbulenten Tagen in touristisch überlaufenenden Gegenden, ist ihre Unterkunft der perfekte Rückzugsort um abzuschalten und runter zu kommen. Die Umgebung überzeugt vor allem durch traumhafte Strände, wer schicke Restaurants, Fußgängerzonen zum bummeln und Bars sucht, ist hier falsch. Wir haben es genossen im örtlichen Supermarkt (toll ausgestattet obwohl er echt klein ist) einzukaufen und frische italienische Lebensmittel zum kochen nutzen zu können. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen, lesen und genießen ein. Alles ist sehr gut gepflegt, sogar frische selbst gepflückte Beeren und selbst gebackenen Kuchen hat uns Carla gebracht.

Florian jest bardzo miły i szybko odpowiada na wiadomości. Wysłał nam bardzo jasne instrukcje jak dostać się do mieszkania. Okolica jest spokojna i przepiękna. Widok z tarasu zapiera dech w piersi! Cieszyliśmy się posiłkami z pięknym widokiem. Dom był czysty i znajduje się w nim wszystko czego potrzebujesz a nawet i więcej! Bardzo polecamy i dziękujemy!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit strandhuisje. Het weer was prachtig, dus we hebben voornamelijk buiten geleefd. Het overdekte terras, de grote tuin met bbq en de warme buitendouche waren een pré, met name omdat het binnen niet zo groot is. De keuken is heel compleet maar de slaapkamers en badkamer zijn echt krap voor vier grote volwassenen. In alle ruimtes is airco en buiten ook een fan, waardoor het goed uit te houden is in de warmte. En het allermooiste: je loopt van je omheinde tuin door een poortje en trapje zo het strand op! De zee is lang ondiep, maar ook kraakhelder en verrukkelijk! Stefano is een superhost, of het nu gaat om een lekkende airco, te weinig handdoeken of wijnglazen, een kapotte parasol, een weerbarstig slot, Stefano lost het supersnel op! Altijd vriendelijk, beleefd en met een grote glimlach, alleen al voor hem zou je nog een keer terugkomen :)

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Wir haben als Gruppe eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage ist super! Maria Christina und Angela sind super lieb und immer zu erreichen. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet – hell, sauber und sehr geschmackvoll. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage, umgeben von Natur, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick, den wir jeden Morgen und Abend einfach nur genießen konnten. Die Terrasse war unser absoluter Lieblingsplatz zum Frühstücken und Entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

What a beautiful apartment, such a great location and so easy to walk to all of the different areas. A stunning view from the balcony with amazing sunsets, a gorgeous bathroom and kitchen with a comfortable bed and lounge. If you go to Sardinia you must book here!! Wonderful hosts who greeted us warmly and responded quickly to any questions. 5 stars from us-thank you Lucio and Silvia! Grazie x

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

Appartamento molto bello, grande e spazioso. Tutto ben curato, dalla pulizia (impeccabile) ai comfort serviti. Francesco è una persona estremamente disponibile e reattiva in caso di necessità. Ci siamo veramente sentiti a casa. Grazie mille per il fantastico soggiorno!

So glad we found Daniele’s lovely apartment! It was the perfect place to stay in Cagliari. Inside, it was quiet and spotlessly clean, with good air conditioning. Outside, it was ideally located, conveniently close to the main streets of the city centre for eating and exploring. Daniele was a great host, very friendly and always quick to respond to messages. He also shared lots of local recommendations, which we enjoyed during our stay (particularly the amazing pastry shop just up the street!). Top recommendations from us - we hope to stay again!

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Samantha und Maurizio sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern & Samantha ist so freundlich. Sie hat uns am ersten Tag persönlich empfangen & uns in der Wohnung alles gezeigt. Außerdem hat sie uns super viele Empfehlungen, sei es stände, Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc., am ersten Tag geschickt. Die Empfehlungen waren so hilfreich, wir haben jede einzelne genossen. Es ist wirklich ein tolles Airbnb mit tollen Vermietern, was zu 100% weiterempfohlen werden kann… wir würden nochmal wieder kommen ☺️☺️

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir haben immer selber gekocht, da die Restaurants völlig überteuert waren. Zudem konnten wir beim Nachtessen den wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Simonetta hat sich öfters gemeldet und nachgefragt. Wir könneen diese Unterkunft weiterentfehlen.

We loved this spot! The jacuzzi overlooking the city was amazing. The place was in a great location. The kitchen was lovely to cook in. We stayed here for a week and made it our home. The rooms get dark and cold which make for great sleeping. The area is quiet, the balcony you can see the ocean from, and it was a 10/10 spot to stay. The hosts are very responsive too! If you have any questions, they write you back almost immediately. Great place to stay, highly recommend it!

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

Pro: posizione splendida, con doppio affaccio (anche se con casa di fronte) su poetto e molentargius. Completamente ristrutturata. Tutto il necessario presente anche per stare più giorni. Cons: letto un po' piccolo e materasso non comodissimo. Terzo piano senza ascensore. Prezzo alto. In generale, siamo stati benissimo. Daniela sempre disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ritorneremo.

wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt. Super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in bester Lage. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein traumhaft schöner Ausblick vom schönen Balkon. Silvia war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. Séjour excellent; l'endroit est fabuleux avec cet accès direct à la mer et les rochers qui font qu'il n'y avait personne alors que les plages alentours étaient très peuplées. La terrasse est extra et l'appartement très équipé avec tous les appareils ménagers et beaucoup de détails et d'attentions et tous les produits basiques sont là. Les kayaks et autres masques, palmes, jeux de plages; transats etc ont été très appréciés ausi! Orazio a été extrèmement sympathique déjà bien avant notre arrivée et a meme accepté de recevoir pour nous des gros colis arrivés une semaine avant notre séjour. Il nous a aussi aussi donné des recommandations de lieux à visiter ou d'évènements. Bref c'était parfait et nous espérons revenir un jour.

Super cute rustic place to stay, centrally located and easy to get around and walk through the city. Bernadette was super responsive and check in was easy. The only thing is the door was kind of hard to unlock but I think that’s all Italian doors. Clean place, beautifully decorated and spacious. We accidentally slept in on our day of check out and Bernadette was very nice about it
