E Mountains Home

ElenaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Exceeded expectations to find a comfortable place to stay while attending an SCA event down the road. Superbly clean throughout the mobile home. Each bedroom has their own bathroom with the master having a spacious bath and separate shower. Amenities like Roku TV and a Primo water dispenser are the cherry and whip cream on top.

Hicker 3

I had a heavenly experience listening to my music with the built in sound system. My vibrational frequency hit a peak, however I also hit a trough. This was due to my action of course - the place was perfect. The camper is located on their property, & their house is close by. It offers visual privacy, yet it felt quite close to the couple. I layed for too long and suffered from some lust - this seems to happen anywhere & everywhere if I relax too much. One drawback was the portapotties had a strong chemical smell that was ever present in the picnic table area. Thankfully there are nice outdoor chairs for eating elsewhere. If you want to remove the sheets for the hosts like I did: be extra careful with long nails. The sheets are quite tight & I caused some critical nail damage that led to its removal. I thoroughly enjoyed my time, however the morning was a bit rough for me. The lighting inside the camper was amazing! I loved the portable heater. I absolutely recommend this rental.

Thunderbird Cabin

The cabin was perfect. David is a terrific host who responded to my incessant messages instantly. The deer were our favorite extra in the space, coming to the pond all day. The location is peaceful and perfect for a get away.

Room with a view of the Manzano mountains

I stayed in Wayne's Airbnb for 2 months while volunteering at Salinas Pueblo Missions National Monument. Wayne and Lorrane were perfect hosts - they were responsive and kind but allowed me my privacy. I felt comfortable and at home right away. The setting is beautiful and the location perfect for exploring New Mexico. I had everything I needed, even for the longer term stay.

Queen Bedroom w/Amenities #1

MarvinRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I am a Grand Enchantment hiker who was on his summer break from teaching. When I got into Mountainair. All lodging was booked. Luckily a local at the grocery store told me to try Airbnb. Glad I did, Peter had one room left of three at his place. Super grateful it was available. Things that stood out was the state of the art key pad to enter facility and one for each room. The bed was super comfy in room #1 and had plenty of outlets to charge all my electronics. My room had a fridge and with mini freezer with a flat screen TV to watch Netflix, Disney + etc. (You do have to have a membership to watch). The thing that was super cool was the convenient location near the center of town. Made daily visits to the super awesome grocery store which had a deli. Post office was across the street and the Park Service Headquarters for the Salinas Ruins was next door to the grocery. Ended up staying two nights. The price was fantastic. Highly recommend. Thank you Peter. :-)

Stunning 2-story Cabin w/ Mountain Views on 40acre

JaneRating, 5 stars5 months ago
A beautiful home! Separate living and sleeping areas upstairs and down so every one has lots of privacy when desired. A two story high living room with plenty of windows guarantees a beautifully lit interior. We loved the view of the nearby Manzano mountains , the physical solitude, and the gorgeous sunrises. Our hosts were kind and attentive, and even brought homemade apple turnovers.
