Lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Even more spacious than photos suggest. It was also wonderful to be able to do walks right from the property. Friendly hosts who greeted us and popped by to check we were OK and if they could help in any way. Baked treats and tea supplies when we arrived were a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

Stunning setting, beautiful grounds and the perfect break for a young family. Our kids loved the pool and the games room, very well situated for trips to Totnes and Dartmouth. Sheila and Richard were very welcoming and responsive hosts - we had a great time, highly recommend the space and the hosts!

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this charming barn conversion, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The facilities were top-notch and eco-conscious, which I truly appreciated. Penny, the host, was friendly and attentive. When I encountered a minor issue upon arrival, she resolved it quickly and with genuine apologies, ensuring my stay was comfortable from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!

Great place for an overnight stay in Plymouth. Hosts were very accommodating in finding us parking right outside, for a disabled friend - although she found the few steps up to the entrance difficult.

Donna was and may always be the best Air BnB host we’ve ever had, was the most lovely and genuine person and really made our stay in Devon perfect. The property was amazing we had almost no issues and had a great nights sleep ever night! Would definitely recommend you stay here if you’re heading to visit salcombe or the surrounding areas !

What a beautiful gem of a home to stay, with rolling Devonshire countryside right outside the most incredible window. Honestly who needs telly with that view. Beth was a lovely friendly host, we were treated to local beers, milk and eggs from the family chickens. Our dog was spoilt too, with thoughtful snacks. The Sugar Loaf had everything we needed and Newton St Cyfres was a perfect base, with fabulous walks and a delicious meal in the dog friendly village Italian restaurant (not to mention beer at The Beer Engine). But I’m saving the best til last - the Hypnose bed! I’ve stayed in so many fancy AirBnBs that scrimp on bed comfort but not here - the Hypnose mattress enabled a great rest with no back aches. And the pillows were super comfy too. Highly recommend stay here

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment with great harbour views.

We’re a young family of 6 and stayed for 4 nights during the Summer half-term holiday. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is very well located next to South Sands beach and adjacent to the Harbour Beach hotel. It was great to be able to make use of the pool & spa in the hotel. We all had a great time, and this apartment will definitely be on our shortlist for our next trip to Salcombe!

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Amazing location close to Burrator reservoir and open moorland. Really close to Plymouth & Tavistock. The Burrator Inn is close by who has a great menu and 🍻. Check in was painless and the accommodation was perfect. I met the family and all really lovely people. Will rebook and see you again soon.

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything that we needed and much more. There are a number of shops close by with a little Spar a walking distance away - amazing location. All the rooms were clean and lovely to stay in. The shower! I could have stayed in the shower for HOURS if possible! It was incredibly handy to have the washer and dryer available too! John made sure we had some milk and orange juice in the fridge, not to mention the amazing cookies ready for my coffee. We will be travelling back to Exeter in September again and will 100% be booking with Bez again.

No 8 is a lovely house that has been beautiful decorated throughout. Everything is clean and modern and the welcome basket was particularly welcome. Elliot is a responsive host, we had a minor issue and he was straight round to sort it out. There are a lot of stairs so not for anyone with mobility issues. We would thoroughly recommend this house, we had a lovely weekend.

a fabulous property with the most incredible view. Very hi tech and beautifully decorated. Delighted to find that there were enough dishwasher tablets for each day we were there and there were cleaning products that meant it was easy to keep the house beautiful. We walked into Teignmouth to visit the Lobster Lounge which was a great place to eat. The walk is lovely but would be challenging if you were not fit. we also ate at the Crab Shack and the Ship In which were excellent and we had Sunday lunch at The Castle Inn , Holcombe, which we would highly recommend.

We had such a lovely holiday, the park is in an ideal location with lovely facilities, our children loved the pool! The caravan was beautiful, clean and spacious and such great value for money! Great communication throughout as well, thank you.

A wonderfully peaceful lodge and super helpful host, Abi. Deceptively spacious inside and beautiful sea views from the terrace. Terrific walks right from the front door too, wouldn’t stay anywhere else on future visits!

A well positioned, clean, tidy and comfortable caravan on a fabulous site right by the beach with plenty to do. Caravan was lovely with everything we needed.

Wonderful cottage and garden with stunning nature surrounding it. The cottage is modern in feel with everything you could need, and felt very cosy with plenty to do (really enjoyed the table tennis in the barn!). Nikki was a great host and very helpful and responsive. We had a really enjoyable time here, and would quite happily return again.
