Maria's condo in Positano is exactly as described and pictured. Our group of 4 spent two nights and all said how much we would love to live there indefinitely. It's quite the hike down and back from the beach (but pretty much every Airbnb or hotel accommodation is). The only reason for 4 stars is that Maria was still cleaning the unit when we arrived at 3pm check in until 430-- for which she was incredibly apologetic. We were grateful the property is so well taken care of. Definitely don't forget to bring a swim cap down to the pool with you-- they won't let you get in the water without one! (Even if you have your hair up and don't plan to go under).

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeber: Sie waren wirklich rund um die Uhr erreichbar, extrem höflich, hilfsbereit und einfach herzlich. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wonderful! We had the entire place to ourselves, the views are amazing! Loved and would definitely stay there again.

This place was perfection! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and a tour of this incredible place. The pool and outdoor spaces plus the balcony with its incredible views were a huge hit! The family and their dog are so lovely and we couldn't say a single bad word about our stay here. Great location, big and spacious rooms, plenty of outdoor space and the pool was so good! If you are staying in or around Praiano then I wouldn't look anywhere else. It is even more stunning in real life. We can't wait to come back!

If you are looking for a post card view of Positano and the coastline, this is the place to stay. The property was beautiful and the pool was an added bonus. Air conditioning worked fine for us. Domenico was kind enough to help meet us and assist with our luggage. He even reserved a taxi for our Capri tour and recommend the La Strada restaurant. The food, service and close proximity were all great. One note to keep in mind is the number of steps to get to the property. It can be a bit of challenge for some. Otherwise, we had a memorable stay.

The property is in a simply beautiful setting, with amazing patios and a pool we made full use of. The host and staff were wonderful and helped us in every way possible. We loved our visit and the views!!!! Just 2 notes, if you have physical challenges you will struggle getting up and down the stairs between the street and property (there are many!). And if you want to spend a lot of time in the town of Amalfi, there is no easy way to travel back and forth. There is a bus that is exceptionally crowded without stops called out so very stressful. And taxis from the center to the property go off meter and can charge as much as 100-130 euro for the 15 minute drive when busy. There is a town shuttle in the peak period I’m told but it was not running during our stay. The staff however were wonderful and gave us rides when they could; Alessandrina assisted us with tour arrangements and was very helpful; and we loved Dina and her sister Enzah who lived on the property and helped us so much!

Licia was the most helpful air bnb host I’ve ever had! She went above and beyond prior to our stay and all the way through it. She notified us our ferry was cancelled due to bad weather and helped us set up a taxi service from the airport last minute. She even helped with taxi services and making dinner reservations throughout the stay. The property is gorgeous and the views are incredible! Be ready for many stairs getting to and from almost anywhere.

Valentina and Tiziana were so lovely and their home was amazing. They provided so many helpful tips and information And the house exceeded our expectations 2 balconies with stunning views, a big kitchen and dining/lounge room and all the bathroom and washing amenities you could need. We choose Praiano to save on costs however having stayed there I wouldn’t stay in Amalfi or Positano again! It was a lovely little town close enough to both but far enough from the craziness A 10/10 stay all around

Tusind tak for et virkelig dejligt ophold i jeres smukke hus. Vi nød den smukke udsigt fra terrassen og at bo på bjerget, hvor huset lå i private omgivelser. Alt var pænt og rent, gode køkkenfaciliteter, gode senge, behagelige møbler på terrassen og fint badeværelse med vaskemaskine. Michelas mand hentede os i bil og kørte os til huset. Han var meget hjælpsom og gav os en masse gode tips og råd. God kommunikation og hurtig og hjælpsom respons. Jeg vil varmt anbefale denne bolig som kun ligger 10 min på gåben fra Maiori, en hyggelig by med den bedste badestrand. De bedste hilsner Mette

Loved our stay here! In a great location. There weren’t many stairs to get to the Airbnb or to get to restaurants and the beach. The pictures they have don’t do this place justice. Way more beautiful in person. The host was great. They let us check in early and let us keep our bags at the Airbnb late while we explored. Would book again!!!

An absolutely blissful escape from the crowds in the larger resorts. The views from the apartment were breathtaking and there were multiple bars and restaurants offering spectacular views as standard all within comfortable walking distance.We used the local buses to get around which was cheap and easy if a little crowded sometimes, the bus stop was a few steps away and allowed us to visit all the other resorts. The apartment itself was perfect for us, a well equipped kitchen, a sitting area ( we didn't use, preferring to sit on the balcony) a large bedroom with loads of storage.Absolutely LOVED it!

This was our second visit to Domenico's house, we loved it so much the first time. Domenico is such a gracious person and host. The view is beautiful and unsurpassed in our travels. Amalfi is about a 10-15 minute walk down the hill to the town centre. Thankyou for hosting us again Domenico!

Marinella was extremely hospitable & had the cutest friendly dog Gringo! House was clean & large & the view was excellent!!

This is one of our favorite places to stay- this is the third time we've been here, and it never disappoints. Lucio sends lots of details on how to check in, and things to know about the apartment. We were met by a very nice and professional young person who made sure we got into the apartment with no problems. I'd highly recommend anyone who wants to explore the Amalfi Coast to stay here for a restful vacation.

Our stay in Positano was incredible, this house was everything we hoped for and more. The location felt secluded and peaceful, tucked away from the crowds but still just a short walk down to the town centre and close to a bus stop for easy access. The private beach was an absolute highlight, with paddle boards and kayaks ready to use, such a luxury compared to the busy public beaches. The apartment had thoughtful touches throughout, including drinks, snacks, and all the essentials for a perfect stay. And a big shoutout to Vito, who was fantastic, super helpful during check-in and check-out, quick to respond, and full of great recommendations. He really made our experience even better. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

My friends and I had the most amazing stay, thanks to our incredible host! He set up rides for us and was always quick to respond to any questions we had, making communication a breeze. The Airbnb itself was absolutely stunning — the pictures truly don’t do it justice. It’s like something out of a dream! Every corner of the space had a special charm that made our stay feel magical and unforgettable. One of the highlights of our trip was the morning we were checking out. Our host stopped by and made us all delicious cappuccinos, and we sat together in the kitchen chatting like old friends. It was such a warm and personal touch that really made our stay memorable. The hospitality and the beautiful atmosphere were truly unmatched, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Best location and best patio in positano!

We had a wonderful stay as a family in this spacious 2-story Amalfi home. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the center square and beach. So close to everything we needed, yet still quiet enough to relax. The apartment itself was much larger than we expected, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. They made everything easy, from the smooth check-in process to the thoughtful video they shared to guide us right to the door. Every request or question we had was answered quickly and with care. It’s a place that helped make our family trip to Amalfi even more memorable. Highly recommend!

FABULOUS and special villa, even more beautiful than in photos. Designed with attention to every detail, with artistic touches throughout. We enjoyed the location, higher up with incredible views and away from the more crowded tourist areas. Our experience in this area felt much more authentic to our experience of Positano years ago before tourism became so heavy. Yet accessible by bus, taxi and on foot via stairs from lower Positano. Market and fantastic restaurants nearby. Roberta was absolutely the best host we’ve ever had. Thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable and professional. She attended to every detail with amazing recommendations and arrangements, from the porter service for our luggage, resources in the neighborhood, last minute dinner reservations, taxi service, an incredible Pompeii tour with a private guide, and much, much more. It’s clear from conversations we had with Positano residents that Roberta is beloved in the community as well. HIGHLY recommend!!

From the moment I booked Vito reached out and was very helpful with preplanning. He met us upon arrival and offered more insights for our stay. His place far exceeded our expectations. We loved the small community of Montepertuso and preferred it over the main Positano city center. Some of our best memories staying here were making meals from the local market and watching a thunderstorm over the sea from the top story window seats. Everyday was an adventure whether we were walking down to Positano beaches, or up to the Montepertuso’s hole in the rock. Would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a more relaxed vibe to Positano area.

Martina’s place was amazing! Definitely bigger than in pictures, and the view was awesome! This was the best hospitality. Martina and her dad brought us a bottle of their amazing wine ❤️ they were so kind. Thank you for an amazing stay 😃

We were extremely happy with this beautiful place. The home is very neat, clean and comfortable. The view from the patio is amazing. We sat outside many times day and night enjoying the view. Yes it is up the hill from the beach and once you get there you have 100 steps to the unit (which are not consecutive. You have some long flat or slightly elevated pads to recover before you do more steps). Don't fear them. We were told the first thing to do was to learn how to use the bus (Interno Positano) which we did and it made getting back up the hill a lot easier. The icing on the cake is Imara. She is amazing. So friendly and helpful. Anything you need just ask and she'll help you out! Thank you Imara.

The unit offers breathtaking panoramic views. Simona & Alessio are great! We drove in from Rome and they saved a car space for us and helped us with our luggage. They are great communicators. Provided all the extras to make the stay comfortable. They provided Champaign on check in, vegetable's at our door and a cute bottle of lemon cello upon our last day. BE AWARE: In the description it says 200 steps. If you are from the US and other areas its better described as stairs, not steps. The stairs are 200 to the bus stop and another 50 to the two restaurants. And then a steep 200 or 250 back up to the unit. I would say on a given day we did between 1000 and 1500 stairs to and from the unit. I only put this in because there is a difference in steps and stairs and if you have knee or physical issues this may not be the unit for you.
